How do I make a dining reservation?

Please follow the steps outlined below:

Visit our club website at http://kccclub.org. Log in to your member account by clicking on "Member Home" and entering your credentials.

Once logged in, you will be directed to your personalized member homepage. Look for the prominent button labeled "Dining Reservations" and click on it. You will be presented with options to select your party size and desired dining time. Choose your party size from the available options. Select the desired time from the list of available reservation slots. Confirm your reservation, and you're all set!

By following these steps, you can easily secure a dining reservation. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak hours.

How do I make a Saturday night dinner reservation?

We are thrilled to announce that every Saturday night, we host a special dinner event featuring captivating live music to enhance your dining experience.

To secure your table, you have multiple options for making reservations:

Snack Shack Take-Out Orders:

For take-out orders from the Snack Shack, please call extension 244. Our staff will be happy to assist you in placing your order and provide any necessary information.

Cabana Information:

How do I make a Cabana Reservation?

To reserve a cabana, simply follow these easy steps:

1. Visit our website at https://www.kccclub.org/

2. Once you are in the Member Homepage, select POOL.

3. Click the “Make your cabana reservation" button.

4. Scroll to the desired date of your reservation.

5. Click on "Cabana Reservation." This will direct you to the reservation page.

6. On the reservation page, you will find a large box labeled "Register." Click on this box to proceed.

7. Fill out all the required information in the provided fields. Ensure that you provide accurate and complete details.

8. After entering the necessary information, remember to click on "Save Registration" to confirm your reservation.

Please note that cabana reservations can only be made online and must be done seven days in advance. This means you can book a cabana up to a week before your desired date of reservation.

If you are planning a cabana party and would like to make a reservation further in advance, we have a separate process in place. You can coordinate your cabana party reservation through our Catering Department Director, Jaclyn Pipolo.

How much is a Cabana?

We are pleased to inform you that as part of our membership benefits, you are entitled to use our Cabanas free of charge.

To ensure that we can continue to offer this exclusive amenity, we have implemented a minimum food and beverage consumption policy for Cabana usage. The details of the policy are as follows: 1. 2.

Weekdays: A minimum food or beverage consumption of $50 is required for Cabana usage.

Weekends: A minimum food or beverage consumption of $100 is required for Cabana usage.

Please note that this policy applies to all Cabana reservations, regardless of the duration of usage.

Pool Information:

What are the pool hours of operation?

The updated pool hours of operation for the month of June and the rest of the summer season are attached below. Please take note of the following details:

Pool Hours until June 26th:

Friday - Sunday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Pool Hours starting June 27th:

Tuesdays - Sundays: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Wednesdays: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Additionally, we would like to remind you that outside food and beverage items are not permitted at the pool. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a clean and safe environment for all our guests.

What are the Snack Shack hours of operation?

Please take note of the following details:

Until June 26th:

The Snack Shack will be open on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Starting June 27th:

The Snack Shack will be open from Tuesdays to Sundays, and closed on Mondays. The operating hours will be from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

What are the gym hours of operation?

Club Gym Hours:

The club gym is now open 24/7 for your convenience. You can access the gym at any time that suits your schedule.

What is the gym access code?

Access Code:

To enter the gym, please use the code: 6725x. This code will grant you entry through the gym door.

In case you encounter any issues while entering the code, we have a simple solution for you. If you experience any difficulty or the code doesn't work, please follow these steps:

Press the letter "C" to clear the lock. Retry entering the code: 6725x.

How do I make an event registration?

Please see attached for the process for event reservations and also see important information regarding our cancellation policy.

Event Reservations:

To make an event reservation, please follow these simple steps:

Visit our club website at http://kccclub.org. Log in to your member account by clicking on "Member Home" and entering your credentials.

Once logged in, you will be directed to your personalized member homepage.

Look for the prominent button labeled "Event Reservations" and click on it.

Scroll through the calendar to find the desired event and click on it. Fill out the necessary information for your reservation and click "Save to Calendar" to confirm your attendance.

Cancellation Policy:

We have implemented a 72-hour cancellation policy for all events. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours before the event start time to avoid any cancellation fees. This policy allows us to better manage event preparations and accommodate other interested members.

To become a member, please follow the simple process outlined below:

Initial Inquiry:

If you are interested in membership, we encourage you to reach out to our dedicated Membership Director, Shannon Mcquarry. Shannon can be contacted via email at smcquarry@heritagegolfgroup.com or by phone at (904) 504-1169.

Once you have expressed your interest in membership, Shannon will schedule a personalized tour of our club for you. During the tour, you will have the opportunity to explore our facilities, amenities, and experience the welcoming atmosphere first hand. After your club tour and discussion with Shannon, if you decide to proceed with membership, you will be provided with a membership application.

Within 24 hours of your application being approved, your membership account will be activated. At this point, you will be able to enjoy all the privileges and benefits of being a Knollwood Country Club member.

Golf Information:

What is the golf course's hours of operation?

Golf Course Hours of Operation:

Our golf course is open for play from Tuesday to Sunday, providing you with ample opportunities to enjoy your favorite sport.

How do I make a tee time?

Please see the attached to make a tee time reservation, please follow the instructions below:

Visit the club website at http://kccclub.org Log in to your member account by clicking on "Member Home" and entering your credentials.

Once logged in, locate the prominent button labeled "Tee Times" and click on it.

You will be redirected to the Tee Sheet, where you can choose the date you wish to reserve a tee time. Look for available time slots displayed in blue boxes on the Tee Sheet. These indicate that the time is still open and can be selected.

If a desired time slot is unavailable (not selectable), it means that it has already been booked by another member. Please choose an alternative available time that suits your preferences. Select the desired available time by clicking on the corresponding blue button.

Confirm your tee time reservation, and you're all set!

Please note the following important details regarding tee times:

Tee times can be made from Tuesday to Sunday. The available reservation window is from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Billing Information: Important billing information

Printed Statements:

All members will receive an email when a new bill statement is generated on the first business day of the month.

All members can also view their bill statement and its details online in the KCC Member Portal at https://www.kccclub.org/login.

The person identified in the admin portal as the main member billing contact will be sent an email notification in a few scenarios:

1) Each month when a new bill statement is generated showing the balance.

2) Each time the payment is not received by the 15th of the month.

Members will also find that the Knollwood Country Club address is on the billing statement for their connivence.

Please note, that payments Must Be Received by the 15th of The Month.

Balance Payment: KCC only accept payments via check or ACH.

Your profile can be edited at any time. You may also choose which information you would like to be public to the membership.

You can also select update your "Activities and Interests" on your profile. We recommend doing so that you get the latest updates on events that pique your interest!

My statement:

24 hours after you log in to the website for the first time, your statement will transfer over from the POS system.

The "My Statement" page will include your current statement, any previous statements, how far along you are with your food minimum, and will give you the opportunity to make payments.

In the directory, you can view the profiles of other members, and any information they wish to make visible

Club Calendar:

The Club Calendar includes all upcoming social events, golf tournaments, and any notices in Club hours of operations.

Any event with a red X next to it is either closed for registration, or has reached capacity. An event with a plus sign next to it means it is available for booking!

To view details and register for an event, click the name, and underneath the flyer click "Register." All member events have a 48 hour cancellation policy in effect, and cancelling outside of this window will result in a charge to your membership

Reservations:

Includes tee times, dining reservations, and cabana reservations by the pool.

Tee Times

There is one tee sheet for the golf course

When looking to book a tee time, any time with a blue box is available for booking. Simply select the time, and your name will already be included. If looking to add other members or guests, search their name in the bar above.

Next, select how many holes you will be playing, if you will be walking, riding, etc., and select create reservation!

Dining Reservations

On the dining reservations page, you may select your dining venue, time, and howmany people will be dining with you After you select "Find a Table," it will provide you available time selections to choose from, and then you may create your reservation

Dining reservations are not mandatory, but are appreciated in the instances of larger parties or busier days

Cabana Reservations

Each cabana includes poolside loungers, towels, a mini fridge with soft drinks and waters, and more! When you select "Cabana Reservations," it will display a table with the four to choose from If available, simply put in your name and create reservation!

What is the club dress code?

General Clubhouse Dress Code:

While the dress code at Knollwood Country Club allows for casual attire and denim in all areas of the clubhouse, please note bathing suits (even with cover-up) outside of the pool area, men’s tank tops/cutoffs, distressed or frayed blue jeans or clothing with inappropriate/vulgar language are not allowed.

Club management is the sole judge of what is appropriate. The Club will notify Members of specific dress requirements periodically and for special events.

A more thorough explanation of all dress code requirements can be found in the Club’s Rules and Regulations in the Members’ Only section of the club’s website at www.kccclub.org.

How do I access the club calendar?

Please follow these step-by-step instructions:

Open your web browser and go to kccclub.org

Look for the "Member Login" or "Sign In" option on the website. Click on the "Member Login" or "Sign In" link to proceed.

Enter your username and password in the provided fields. If you don't have a username and password yet, you may need to register or contact the club administration for login details.

Once logged in, you will be directed to the member home page.

Look for a "Calendar" or "Events" tab/menu option and click on it. The club calendar should now be displayed, showing various dates and events.

Navigate to the specific date you are interested in by scrolling or using any provided navigation controls.

Click on the desired date to access the details of the event scheduled for that day.

How do I get a locker?

If you have any inquiries regarding lockers or wish to purchase a locker, please contact Peter Guzman at (914) 274-1742 .

How much is a locker?

Lockers are available at a price of $110 for a half locker and $190 for a full locker.

Who do I tip?

Food and Beverage servers have an automatic gratuity of 18% gratuity that is added to your food and beverage check.

Employees in the Cart Barn, Valet Service, and Locker Room attendants all receive an hourly rate and gratuities are greatly appreciated.
