24 hours after you log in to the website for the first time, your statement will transfer over from the POS system. The "My Statement" page will include your current statement, any previous statements, how far along you are with your food minimum, and will give you the opportunity to make payments.

Tee Times
There is one tee sheet for the golf course
When looking to book a tee time, any time with a blue box is available for booking
Simply select the time, and your name will already be included
If looking to add other members or guests, search their name in the bar above
Next, select how many holes you will be playing, if you will be walking, riding, etc., and select create reservation!
Dining Reservations
On the dining reservations page, you may select your dining venue, time, and howmany people will be dining with you. After you select "Find a Table," it will provide you available time selections to choose from, and then you may create your reservation.
Dining reservations are not mandatory, but are appreciated in the instances of larger parties or busier days.
Cabana Reservations
Each cabana includes poolside loungers, towels, a mini fridge with soft drinks and waters, and more! When you select "Cabana Reservations," it will display a table with the four to choose from. If available, simply put in your name and create reservation!

Q: Will a member receive printed statements in the mail?
A: No, the Member will receive an email when a new bill statement is generated on the first business day of the month. All members can also view their bill statement and its details online in the KCC Member Portal (requires login) https://www.kccclub.org/login
Q: Can a Member pay its balance by sending a check to the KNCC?
A: Yes. The KNCC address is on the billing statement.
Q: Can a Member pay its balance by credit card, debit card or an electronic check from its bank account?
A: We only accept payments vis check or ACH.
Q: Is the bank account information secure?
A: Yes. You will notice the https:// in the URL bar on the Administration Portal. This industry standard Secure Socket Layer encrypts all information you submit on the page, including your account and routing numbers.
Q: When is the payment due?
A: Payments Must Be Received by the 15th of The Month
Q: Are there any billing email notifications sent?
A: Yes, the person identified in the admin portal as the main member billing contact will be sent an email notification in a few scenarios:
1) Each month when a new bill statement is generated showing the balance.
2) Each time the payment is not received by the 15th of the month.

PAYING CLUB DUES
GOLF The Course
Originally designed in 1894 by Lawrence Van Etten measured some 5,300 yards. A neighboring property was purchased at the urging of A.W. Tillinghast who had been retained to redesign the course in 1925. Tillinghast was replaced a year later by Seth Raynor, who died before the course was completed. To finish Raynor’s work, his protege, Charles Banks took over in 1927. All three are given credit for the current design of the course. The course begins with a flourish and culminates with an amazing par 4 18th hole. But that’s not all . . . there’s a stunning short par-three 19th hole at Knollwood for unresolved swing thoughts or to settle. In the Fall of 2016 Knollwood Country Club completed a restoration project that included bunker and tree work in addition to extending the 10th tee and redesigning the 12th green and 13th tee complex. The current yardage now plays 6,532 yards.

The Knollwood Men’s Thursday Night Golf League:
Open to any male golf member with an established handicap interested in gathering for golf and social events at the club. The league runs mid-June through August weekly on Thursdays starting at 5:30pm The fee to join is $220 which includes prize money and an end of season party Please talk to the golf professional staff for more information on how to join!

The Knollwood Country Club Senior Men’s League is available to golfing members only in good standing age 55 and up.

We are excited to introduce Knollwood Day Camp for Summer 2023! We are thrilled to be partnering with KE Camps to provide your children with the highest quality summer camp experience possible. KE Camps operates summer camps at private country clubs nationwide. While large in scope with over 200 camps in 35 states, KE Camps is a family-owned operation. The KE Camps team (all of whom are “camp people” themselves!) is dedicated to infusing the warmth and spirit of a traditional summer camp experience into our club setting. Ashley and Dan Schmitz, as well as the entire KE Camps team, look forward to passing on their love and passion for camp to your family this summer!
Knollwood Day Camp will offer children 5 to 11 the opportunity to experience a variety of exciting and innovative programs within the familiar, safe, and beautiful grounds of our club. The small group size will provide a feeling of family for every camper. Each week’s activity schedule will include a combination of Arts & Crafts, Fun with Foods, STEM Activities, Team Building, Super Science, Group Games, Wacky Wednesday and Friday Funday theme days, and Thankful Thursday community service projects. In addition, campers will participate in golf and tennis sessions two times a week with Knollwood Country Club’s pros and will also enjoy a free swim period daily as well.
KE Camps is committed to providing a dynamic camp schedule, where campers will participate in a combination of athletic, creative, and educational activities – all while thriving in a supportive and encouraging environment. Beyond the activities offered, the inclusive atmosphere of camp allows each child to grow in confidence, independence, and social skills, implemented through the KE Camps’ Value System of SMILE. Enrollment is flexible, so campers may join for as many weekly sessions as they’d like. Enrollment will open to Club Members and Guests on February 3, providing the perfect opportunity to bring a friend to camp!
KE Camps prides themselves on hiring a staff team with a strong passion for working with children in a camp setting. It is the goal of the camp director and counselors to make every camper feel welcome, successful, and cared for every day. With an average staff to camper ratio of 1:6, you can be confident your child is fully supervised by a team of qualified and adult professionals, all of whom will have undergone an extensive interview and training process Staff members will come from the local area and will look forward to getting to know you and your child this summer (more information to come as we get closer to the start of camp)!

While the dress code at Knollwood Country Club allows for casual attire and denim in all areas of the clubhouse, please note bathing suits (even with cover-up) outside of the pool area, men’s tank tops/cutoffs, distressed or frayed blue jeans or clothing with inappropriate/vulgar language are not allowed

Our Members Only Website is a key tool for new and existing members alike helping to keep you up to date on everything happening at YOUR club! You can make tee-times, view upcoming events, make dining reservations, view dining menus, club governing documents and search for Members using the Member Directory.
When you initially visit the Members Only Website, you will log in with your username and password The user name will be “000” or “0000” (the numbers) followed by your member number with the caveat that the user ID must be 8 numbers, no letters Your password will default to Password1 and upon logging in, you will be required to create a unique password If you ever need to update, reset, or change your credentials for the Members Only Website please email JASON TEJADA; JTEJADA@HERITAGEGOLFGROUP.COM,
