Set in the beautiful community of Lakewood Ranch, The Country Club has been exquisitely designed to accommodate your special day!

The Country Club offers multiple indoor and outdoor spaces overlooking the golf courses, nature preserve, and fountain-filled lakes allow you to choose the area that best accommodates your event.

We pride ourselves on the superior quality of our food and service, focusing on every detail when planning your event.

GUARANTEES

Final guest count, timeline & all final details are due seven (7) business days prior to your wedding. This guest count will be considered your final guarantee and is not subject to reduction. If your actual guest count exceeds this number, appropriate charges will be incurred, and menu substitutions may be necessary.

SERVICE CHARGE AND SALES TAX

A 20% taxable Service Charge and applicable State Sales Tax will be added to all Food and Beverage charges as well as any Audiovisual Equipment charges and Function Room Set-Up/Rental Fees. The Service Charge includes usage of 72” round tables and 6ft rectangle tables for guestbook/gifts/place cards etc., banquet chairs, white poly-blend linen, and (4) votive candles. Please note that the Service Charge is not a gratuity.

MENU TASTING

Once a contract is signed, your Wedding Specialist can assist in setting up a time for a menu tasting. This usually occurs no later than 3 - 4 months prior to your wedding for the couple and (2) guests to attend. Menu Tastings take place Tuesday-Friday between 11:30am and 2:30pm, with limited availability on Saturdays. Appointments are based on availability.

MINIMUM REVENUE

A Food & Beverage Minimum requirement will apply to your Wedding based on your event date. Your Wedding Specialist will outline your minimum in your contract. If the Food and Beverage Minimum charges meet or exceed the contracted minimum, no Room Rental will be charged. If the charges are less than the minimum, the difference between the minimum and the actual charges will be assessed as a Room Rental Fee. The minimum is exclusive of Service Charge, Sales Tax, and additional banquet fees. Only Food & Beverage ordered through the Club will apply towards the minimum.

PARKING

Self-parking is available and complimentary. Please speak with our Wedding Specialist for available valet options.

VENDOR&CHILDRENSMEALS

We do offer your Vendors a hot meal upon your prior request when submitting your Guarantee Guest Counts. Please provide us with the number of vendors you will be feeding night of your wedding. This is only for Vendors who will be brought in from outside of our Venue. Vendors meals are $35.00++ each.

Children’s Plated Meals are Chicken Tenders and French Fries and are provided for any child under the age of 12 years or younger. Each Children’s Meal is $20.00++ each. If selecting Buffet instead of Plated, the Child Buffet cost is half of the adult buffet price.

CEREMONY

Indoor and outdoor ceremony sites are available at the Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club. Included with the ceremony fee is a day-of Venue Wedding Coordinator to assist with your ceremony needs to ensure a smooth experience for you and your guests.

Provided for your ceremony includes the following with our $1,500.00 ceremony fee.

- Personal items include Place Cards, Card Box, Cake Knife Set, Favors, Programs, etc.
