Since 1894, Knollwood Country Club has been a beacon of private club hospitality in New York’s exclusive Westchester County. We are beyond excited to have completed a multimillion dollar reinvention: a brand new restaurant & lounge with modernized amenities and media, a private wine room for intimate Member dinners and an expanded outdoor covered dining space that features, media, music and heaters for year-round fun. We have also updated the club’s private event space, Locker Rooms and Club Offices while continuing golf course and aquatic center improvements. GENERAL CLUBHOUSE DRESS CODE

While the dress code at Knollwood Country Club allows for casual attire and denim in all areas of the clubhouse, please note bathing suits (even with cover-up) outside of the pool area, men’s tank tops/cutoffs, distressed or frayed blue jeans or clothing with inappropriate/vulgar language are not allowed.

Club management is the sole judge of what is appropriate. The Club will notify Members of specific dress requirements periodically and for special events.

Golf at Knollwood

The Course

Icommunity with country club amenities, naming it "Knollwood" for its picturesque surroundings.

The golf course was originally designed in 1894 by Lawrence Van Etten and measured roughly 5,300 yards. A neighboring property was purchased at the urging of A.W. Tillinghast who had been retained to redesign the course in 1925. Tillinghast was replaced a year later by Seth Raynor, who died before the course was completed. To finish Raynor’s work, his protege, Charles Banks took over in 1927.

The course begins with a flourish and culminates with an amazing par-four 18th hole But that’s not all . . . there’s a stunning short par-three 19th hole at Knollwood for unresolved swing thoughts or to settle.

Feel free to bring friends, family and colleagues to play golf with you! You can have as many guests as you like, but we ask that the same guest not come more then 6 times per year. We also ask that at peak tee times – 7:00 am - 10:30 am on Saturday, Sunday and Holiday mornings – members only have 1 guest.

Men’s Thursday Night Golf League

Open to any male golf member with an established handicap interested in gathering for golf and social events at the club. The league will start Thursday, June 13, and will continue every Thursday from June to August. The weekly sessions will start at 5:30 pm. Playoffs to follow.

The fee to join is $220 which includes prize money and an end of season party.

Knollwood Country Club offers members the opportunity to play on two Har-Tru tennis courts.

Meet other members while attending our tennis social events. Book a court with your family and friends, or sign up for a clinic or schedule a lesson. Lessons both private and semi-private along with clinics throughout the season are available to all ages.

Our two Bocce Courts conveniently, located near the tennis courts and pool complex, are a great gathering spot for everyone. Members can be found enjoying the courts late into the evening after dinner in the Grill, a round of golf or stepping off the courts.

With both equipment, the machines are set up with memberships.

Simply create your own free individual account to establish your login credentials and track your progress effortlessly. Each time you use the bike or mirror, just log into your personal account for instant access.

POOL OPERATIONS

The aquatics area presents a generous sized swimming pool with lap lanes, a fully enclosed gated toddler pool and a poolside grill. The pool season begins Memorial Day weekend and runs through Labor Day.

Our Members Only Website is a key tool for new and existing members alike helping to keep you up to date on everything happening at YOUR club! You can make tee-times, view upcoming events, make dining reservations, view dining menus, club governing documents and search for Members using the Member Directory.

When you initially visit the Members Only Website, you will log in with your username and password. The user name will be “000” or “0000” (the numbers) followed by your member number with the caveat that the user ID must be 8 numbers, no letters. Your password will default to Knollwood1894 and upon logging in, you will be required to create a unique password. If you ever need to update, reset, or change your credentials for the Members Only Website please email Jason Tejada; Jtejada@heritagegolfgroup.com

Includes any data about yourself, including dining preferences, allergies, a profile picture, if you choose to include one, etc.

Your profile can be edited at any time. You may also choose which information you would like to be public to the membership

You can also select to update your "Activities and Interests" on your profile. We recommend doing this so that you get the latest updates on events that pique your interest!

MY STATEMENT

24 hours after you log in to the website for the first time, your statement will transfer over from the POS system

The "My Statement" page will include your current statement, any previous statements, how far along you are with your food minimum, and will give you the opportunity to make payments.

REMINDER- All payments must be submitted by the 25th of the month.

NAVIGATING THE WEBSITE

RESERVATIONS

Includes tee times, dining reservations, and cabana reservations by the pool.

Tee Times

There is one tee sheet for the golf course.

When looking to book a tee time, any time with a blue box is available for booking. Simply select the time, and your name will already be included.

If looking to add other members or guests, search their name in the bar above.

Next, select how many holes you will be playing, if you will be walking, riding, etc., and select create reservation!

Dining Reservations

On the dining reservations page, you may select your dining venue, time, and how many people will be dining with you. After you select "Find a Table," it will provide you available time selections to choose from, and then you may create your reservation.

Dining reservations are not mandatory, but are appreciated in the instances of larger parties or busier days.

Cabana Reservations

Each cabana includes poolside loungers, towels, a mini fridge with soft drinks, waters, and more!

When you select "Cabana Reservations," it will display a table with the four to choose from.

If available, simply put in your name and create reservation!

In the directory, you can view the profiles of other members, and any information they wish to make visible.

CLUB CALENDAR

The Club Calendar includes all upcoming social events, golf tournaments, and any notices in Club hours of operations.

Any event with a red “X” next to it is either closed for registration, or has reached capacity. An event with a plus sign next to it means it is available for booking!

To view details and register for an event, click the name, and underneath the flyer click "Register.”

All member events have a 48 hour cancellation policy in effect, and cancelling outside of this window will result in a charge to your membership.

BILLING INFORMATION

STATEMENTS & PAYMENTS

All members will receive an email when a new bill statement is generated on the first business day of the month.

All members can also view their bill statement and its details online in the KCC Member Portal at https://www.kccclub.org/login.

The person identified in the admin portal as the main member billing contact will be sent an email notification in a few scenarios:

1) Each month when a new bill statement is generated showing the balance.

2) Each time the payment is not received by the 15th of the month.

ACH PAYMENT:

Another great option to pay your bill is through ACH payment. Just complete an authorization form and return to our Club Accountant. There is no additional fee and your payment will run on the 15th day of each month.

A: Yes. You will notice the https:// in the URL bar on the Administration Portal. This industry standard Secure Socket Layer encrypts all information you submit on the page, including your account and routing numbers.
