ACTIVATE: To activate your Membership, we simply require the signed Membership Application and the initiation fee associated with the requested tier of Membership. Initiation fee must be paid in full by check or credit card, but we do need to keep a valid credit card number on file. MEMBER NUMBER: You will be assigned a Member number in the form of SO/YP/FG### typically on the same day you submit your application. This Member number may be used to make dining reservations, tee times, court times, and may be used for any charges incurred at the Club. WEBSITE: Each adult on the Membership will also be given a User name and Password to log into our website (www.thedominionclub.com). Upon logging in for the first time, you will be given the option to change your password. We do send out a weekly email called ‘Around the Copper Top’ which outlines upcoming events and juicy nuggets of wisdom from our departmental Managers. PICTURES: We do ask that you provide a head shot of each individual on the Membership. This will not be used for marketing purposes, but rather so that our Staff may acquaint themselves with your family and to ensure that there are no unauthorized charges to your account. BILLING: Each month you will receive a monthly statement via email that will be delivered by the 5th of the month. It will contain all itemized charges. If you prefer to receive a hard copy, please contact the receptionist at 804-360-1200. Please note that dues are billed in arrears so you will not receive your first statement until the conclusion of your first month of Membership privileges. PAYMENT: Payment is due by the 25th of the month in order to not incur finance charges. TDC offers 4 convenient payment options: 1) Auto-draft from a checking account; 2) Auto-draft from a credit card ($6 processing fee); 3) On Line Billing– you may log into the website at any time to view your statement in real time, check your food minimum, and pay your bill with a checking account or credit card at no additional fee; 4) Send a check via mail or hand deliver the check to our Accounting office.

Reciprocal Clubs 



 

TDC offers chargeback privileges at a variety of Central Virginia Clubs as well as the Heritage Golf Group collection of properties. When visiting these Clubs as a guest of their Member, you may make charges directly to your TDC Member account and they will appear on your regular monthly statement. It is recommended that if you wish to schedule a tee time or court time that you make such a reservation through the TDC pro shops.
