Provides nutritious midday meals and many other services and activities for senior citizens (60+) at the following 19 senior activity centers Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. While there are no charges for many of the programs, nominal fees may be charged for some classes. Contact individual centers listed below to determine specific activities. Daily door-to-door transportation to and from centers is available by calling 904-255-6805. Each Community & Senior Center listing is numbered and has a corresponding pinpoint on the map on page 11.
