Subject: Introduction of Code of Conduct for Employees

Dear colleague,

‘We connect people and cultures’

Our mission statement represents what we believe in as a company and what we strive for. We now have over 400 employees who, like you, do their best every day to do their jobs to the best of their ability. Everyone does this in his or her own way and according to their own judgement, and this ensures the successes of our organisation.

Because we want to be as clear as possible about (un)desired behaviour, we have drawn up an Employee Code of Conduct that indicates what we can and may expect from each other. In this way, we demonstrate our commitment to social interaction with each other, the environment and business relations. This Code of Conduct acts as a guide to our desired behaviour.

As of September 2024, the management signed the attached Code of Conduct. We ask you to read it carefully, expect you to act in accordance with it every day, encourage each other to follow the Code and call each other to account when necessary. As management of Heuschen & Schrouff, we believe it is important that our employees commit to this and see the importance of agreeing to its contents. Should you be unable or unwilling to comply with the Code of Conduct, you can report to our HR department via HR@heuschenschrouff.com up to 14 days from the date of this letter and you will be contacted.

New employees will receive this Code of Conduct together with their employment contract and sign for compliance.
