NEW FUELING STATIONS Making certain the site develop facilitates good ingress and egress, HFA fueling team works with owners and developers to make the project a success.

Whether designing a new fueling station prototype or adapting to multiple sites, HFA project execution with plans, specifications and construction administration is responsive and thorough.

CNG FUELING STATIONS With state and local regulations evolving, HFA works closely with local jurisdictions to make certain projects are properly permitted in order to meet schedule deadlines.

With over 25 CNG projects completed for Love’s Travel Centers, HFA has the expertise to get projects completed across the country.

RE-TANK + RE-PIPING It takes creative thinking and a strong background of experience in finding solutions to issues that can arise when replacing out of date equipment and worn-out fueling infrastructure. HFA conducts thorough due diligence and communicates with owners about possible cost-saving solutions to meet local regulations.

Drawing upon the experience from over 350 re-tank and re-piping projects for 7Eleven, Sam’s Clubs, Walmart, and Love’s, HFA can deliver successful solutions and costeffective projects.

PROTOTYPE DESIGN + MANAGEMENT Our Fueling team works closely with owners and equipment manufacturers to design a prototype fueling station that is efficient, cost-effective and easy to maintain.

HFA designs the underground fuel systems and delivers high-quality biddable documents to the clients and the contractors. They stay current with the maintenance of the prototype as jurisdictional regulations evolve and upgrades to equipment occur.

Prototype fueling systems have been designed and maintained for Love’s Travel Centers, 7Eleven Stores, Sam’s Clubs fueling program, Walmart, Kum & Go, Jiffy Trip, and Sam’s Mart.

OIL SYSTEM DESIGN DEVELOPMENT HFA Fueling developed a working prototype for Love’s truck shop oil storage / delivery. This design is used for developing site specific permitting / construction documents. With this new design, Love’s is able to increase their oil storage from 2,600 gallons to 35,000 gallons. This was accomplished by replacing the traditional floor mounted oil tanks with larger underground storage tanks, similar to those used for fuel storage. This allowed space inside the building to be opened up for additional tire storage.

HFA Fueling worked closely with equipment manufacturers and Love’s to develop this prototype design from scratch to meet the client’s needs. This system is able to supply pressurized oil delivery to multiple truck service bays.
