The rising cost of construction materials is increasing the cost of our homes, making them less affordable for the Habitat families. Over the last few years world markets have doubled the price of both steel and concrete. Plywood has risen by 100% compared to a few years ago and all building materials are becoming more and more expensive. “I felt it was important to help by contributing my small amount of money. I know that even a roll of wire can cost a few hundred dollars these days.� Eve Nuttall (donor)
