Roundtable Why should you engage in the discussion? Executives are playing more flexible roles in today’s rapidly changing and increasingly global business environment. This roundtable is an opportunity for networking and learning with key thought leaders and senior business executives. The format is designed to provide an open and stimulating environment where new ideas and insights into coaching, personal branding and image consulting can be explored. As an attendee, you will have access to the Global Roundtable results from at least 15 countries and 20 cities which will offer a look at global leadership trends and potential opportunities for business in the global marketplace.

Who should join? The roundtable is an invitation only event focused on Senior Executives, Entrepreneurs, and those with strong links to developing talent and leadership competencies.

About The Events The Global Coaching Roundtable was launched by Human Factor International (HFI) in December 2008. The first roundtable took place in Shanghai with a diverse group of Executives, Entrepreneurs, HR VPs, and HFI Clients. 2009 roundtable series events have been held in Hong Kong, Ho Chi Minh City, Phnom Penh, Singapore, Mexico City, Boston, New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, Orlando and Bermuda. The mission of the initiative is to stimulate a global conversation on coaching and leadership development from a wide and diverse range of viewpoints. The culmination will be the publication of an article sharing the global conversation with the coaching and business communities.


About The Roundtable Hosts Jeffrey Jones’

expertise is engaging with leaders and senior executives who are conducting business in highly competitive

international markets. His executive business coaching focuses on helping clients develop the necessary cross-cultural skills and business acumen to compete successfully on the global playing field. He has the unique capability to coach foreign-born executives who need to get results in the US market. His career encompasses more than 20 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region where he developed his interest in transcultural leadership coaching and became fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Vietnamese. He held a Directorship in HR and Operations for Millicom International Cellular which operates across 17 countries. Jeffrey is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Eight Lions Corporation in Vietnam which holds master licenses for 15 leading home, lifestyle & fashion brands, employs more than 185 people, and helps sustain Jeffrey’s pragmatic approach to executive leadership coaching. Jeffrey’s clients appreciate his focus on innovation and creativity. His evidence-based approach, business acumen and global perspective combine to enable his clients to create breakthrough business results.

Thomas Irre

is the Media Director at Human Factor International and the Director at Random Act of Communications. His PR and communications experience began in 1995 at The Atlantic Magazine. Thomas has more than 10 years of management experience in music recording in New York and Boston, and 8 years in high-end hospitality environments. Thomas attended Northeastern University in Boston and has lived in New York City for the past 15 years.

Phil Guo

is the Director of Business Development for Human Factor International in the Asia Pacific region. He is committed to leveraging his clients' human capital advantage with a variety of coaching approaches in transcultural leadership, vitality & wellness, and image & personal branding. His experience in human resource development includes both corporate and entrepreneurial sectors. He is a native of Shanghai and frequently works in South East Asia.
