Why should you engage in the discussion? Executives are playing more flexible roles in today’s rapidly changing and increasingly global business environment. This roundtable is an opportunity for networking and learning with key thought leaders and senior business executives. The format is designed to provide an open and stimulating environment where new ideas and insights into coaching, personal branding and image consulting can be explored. As an attendee, you will have access to the Global Roundtable results from at least 15 countries and 20 cities which will offer a look at global leadership trends and potential opportunities for business in the global marketplace.
Who should join? The roundtable is an invitation only event focused on Senior Executives, Entrepreneurs, and those with strong links to developing talent and leadership competencies.
About The Events The Global Coaching Roundtable was launched by Columbia Coaching Alliance in December 2008. The first roundtable took place in Shanghai at 3 on the Bund with a diverse group of Executives, Entrepreneurs, and CCA Clients. The mission of the initiative is to stimulate a global conversation on coaching and leadership development from a wide and diverse range of viewpoints. The culmination will be the publication of an article sharing the global conversation with the coaching and business communities.
About The Roundtable Hosts
Lynne Marks, President of London Image Institute is a Certified Image Master (CIM) with the Association of Image Consultants International, one of only a handful of CIM members in the world. She has an unparalleled background in the arena of image and is among the most experienced image consultant trainers in the world. As a corporate facilitator, Lynne provided programs in image management, communication skills, customer service, corporate protocol and presentation skills, to companies such as American Express, The Weather Channel, Coca-Cola, AT&T and CNN Sports. As a consultant in corporate identity design and branding, she has designed and delivered courses in leadership, sales, customer service, management and executive team development, and consulted for companies such as United Airlines, Pacific Dunlop, Minnesota Mutual and Coca-Cola Enterprises. Her individual clients are among some of the top U.S. executives and politicians to whom she coaches visual, nonverbal, interpersonal communication, interview and presentation skills and self-branding. Lynne is co-author of Industry best-seller, The Perfect Fit: How to Start an Image Consulting Business and author of Skinny Bits, a comprehensive handbook to launch an image consulting business. She is the international president of the Association of Image Consultants International and dedicated to developing the careers of professional image consultants and the image industry worldwide.
Sally Harrison’s
expertise is meeting the challenges of organizations, teams and individual executives focused on change management, performance optimization/enhancement and transition. Her executive team coaching focuses on strategic development of talent and teams enables leaders to effectively navigate startups, turnarounds, realignments, mergers, and acquisitions. Sally helps her clients gain competitive advantage in turbulent environments through a process of engagement, onboarding, professional development and retention which results in committed, high-performance teams. Her career spans more than 24 years in human capital executive coaching and consulting practices in New York and Boston markets with Tarnow Associates, Outplacement Options, the Kinlin Company and Career Consultants. Corporate experience includes sales, marketing, business development and general management roles. Sally’s clients value the optimism, energy, and pragmatic approach of her leadership coaching, and her effectiveness at creating result-driven solutions for their business challenges.
Jeffrey Jones‘ expertise is engaging with leaders and senior executives who are conducting business in
highly competitive international markets. His executive business coaching focuses on helping clients develop the necessary cross-cultural skills and business acumen to compete successfully on the global playing field. He has the unique capability to coach foreign-born executives who need to get results in the US market. His career encompasses more than 20 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region where he developed his interest in transcultural leadership coaching and became fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Vietnamese. He held a Directorship in HR and Operations for Millicom International Cellular which operates across 17 countries. Jeffrey is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Eight Lions Corporation in Vietnam which holds master licenses for 15 leading home, lifestyle & fashion brands, employs more than 185 people, and helps sustain Jeffrey’s pragmatic approach to executive leadership coaching. Jeffrey’s clients appreciate his focus on innovation and creativity.
