the rest of the body, the brain needs exercise and maintenance in order to optimize and protect its current and future health. Through mental exercise, you can stimulate and enhance brain cell connections and even delay the onset of Alzheimer's disease. This lesson includes activities that Homemakers can engage in to promote brain health. Please invite anyone you think might be interested in the topic. Everyone is welcome to attend. This class will be taught by Denise Wooley on Nov. 21 at 10:00 AM at the Hickman County Extension Office and Nov. 22 at 1:30 PM at the Carlisle County Extension Office.
