HOTEL AMENITIES

• Rooms are located on the same floor, however hotels are exclusively used by teams – no other guests are permitted.

• Individual bedrooms for all players and essential staff.

• Team’s meeting, dining, physio and medical rooms will be set up in a manner to ensure that social distancing is maintained.

HOTEL OPERATIONS

• All team spaces have access controls to prevent non-authorised persons from entering that space.

• Private access ensured for the team’s hotel arrival and departure. No contact between the team and the general public may occur.

• All rooms will be sanitised and sealed prior to team arrival. Room keys will be clearly labelled and laid out at reception to avoid handing them from hand to hand.

• Hand sanitiser and wipes will be available throughout the hotel.

• Only hotel staff residing within the secure bio-bubble will be assigned to the team’s areas. The number of approved hotel staff will be kept to the smallest practicable amount.

• Visible signage will be available throughout the hotel.

TEAM CATERING

• Team meals will be prepared in a dedicated kitchen by dedicated kitchen staff. The kitchen will be fully cleaned, disinfected and sanitised prior to being used for the team.

• A clearing station will be available for the team to clear away their own plates to limit interaction with hotel staff.

• Hotel catering staff will maintain social distancing at all times and will only be in the team space when absolutely necessary, e.g. serving the buffet.
