Haunted History Tour Comes to Albany If you are a fan of Ghost Hunters TV show or other shows of that nature, then you are going to love Albany’s Haunted History Tour! Dawane Harris of Bigfoot Bites at Heritage Mall stated “this tour will showcase mysteries, ghostly adventures, and spooky stories about historic downtown Albany and surrounding areas” If you like the paranormal, strange or spooky, let them be your guide to an evening of adventure. The tour will start at the food court at Heritage Mall in Albany. Everyone with a ticket will receive a 16 ounce cup of Killer Tots from Bigfoot Bites as they enrich and educate you on how to take part! At the start of the tour, they hand out real ghost hunting equipment just like that used by professionals and on TV including but not limited to night vision, parabolic microphones, EMF detectors, dowsing
rods, and more. You will then set out visiting two known ghostly stops and get you behind the scenes (yes you will get to use the equipment) into what hauntings are all about. What makes this so fun is these are true stories from the history of Albany and surrounding areas! The plan is to offer a 7pm and a 9pm tour. There does have to be a minimum of five passengers to make it happen. There is a limit of 15. This is a great employee outing or fun night out for fifteen of your closest friends! Cost is $25 per person. Tours will run Friday and Saturday nights starting October 7th through October 29th. This tour is bound to sell out (since each group is limited to 15 maximum in size), so get your tickets now. You can call Bigfoot Bites to reserve tickets at 541-791-7669.
by Karen Rogers October is National Magic Month! When Rick and I retired from performing after 35 years, we were honored when the International Brotherhood of Magicians, the I.B.M., presents us with a Lifetime Achievement Award. We are very fortunate to have an active magic club that meets Saturdays at the main library in Albany on 14th street at 1:00 in the afternoon. Two of our magical mainstays are Steve Peterson and Jeff McMahon. They are both wonderful performers and really, really nice human beings! Steve has performed for over fifty years and offers a wide variety of magic from sleightof-hand to comedy kids shows. You can reach him at MinorMiraclesMagic@comcast.net. He is currently the president of Ring 238 of the I.B.M. Jeff has a pleasant positive persona who has honed his skills studying with the late Jerry Andrus, one of the finest card and coin manipulators ever. Rick and I had the honor of starting Jeff in magic! Jeff will be performing at the Points for Profit Living Well Expo at Heritage Mall in Albany on October 22nd, so be sure to see him there. Check out Jeff’s website at: www.jeffmcmagic.com. Magic is a great hobby for kids because it teaches them a whole new set of problem solving tools and encourages them to practice. I personally highly recommend it!

With shorter days and cooler weather making their appearance, here’s a nice snack for an afternoon or evening around the TV. Granted, they are a bit sticky, but are so tasty you can’t resist them, just pass out some moist wipes. Of course, the truly fastidious will take a complete shower after each wing. These are so easy and non-fussy that you can let them simmer slowly while you accomplish more important tasks, like finding the remote. Get a large package of chicken wings, about twenty or so. I chop off the tiny last joint and freeze them for stock. Place the wings in a large Dutch oven or a slow cooker. Smash 2-3 large garlic cloves, peel and add to the pot and add 2-3 one half inch slices of fresh ginger. Pour 1 C good soy sauce, I like Kikkoman, over the wings and add ¼ C sugar or Splenda and add just enough water to barely cover the wings. Set the pot over med.-low heat and allow to simmer until tender, about 45 minutes. Stir occasionally to make sure all wings are submerged to take on a nice color. When done, lift and drain and place on a platter -they are good

The sauce can be frozen or refrigerated for a week and can be reused once. So, pass out the lobster bibs, wet wipers and place extra towels on the rack! Enjoy! Breast Cancer Awareness October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Approximately 1 in 8 women and 1 in 1000 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer in the US. The risk of breast cancer is increased if one is female, over the age of 50yrs, has a first degree relative with breast cancer, had early onset menses (before age 11yrs), or late onset menopause (after age 55yrs). These factors cannot be controlled, but here are a few that can be: KNOW YOUR RISK: Talk to relatives about their cancer history. Learn about the type of breast cancer they were diagnosed with. Share this information with a cancer genetics specialist. It may have a bearing on the type of preventative care you may seek out. GET REGULAR MAMMOGRAMS: Women aged 45-54yrs should have an annual mammogram. If there is no family history or associated risk, mammograms may be done every two years to reduce one’s exposure to the radiation used in mammography. Women at high risk may begin and continue annual mammograms beginning at age 40yrs. STAY ACTIVE: Exercise reduces cancer risk. The American Cancer Society recommends 150 mins of moderate activity weekly. Taking a half
hour walk, five times a week, will do it! MAINTAIN A HEALTHY WEIGHT: The correlation between obesity and breast cancer is wellPamela documented. Fat Becker, RpH tissue produces estrogen, and affects Rice’s the immune system; Pharmacy both of which & Gifts increase breast cancer risk. A “Pill Box LIMIT Pharmacy” ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION: Women who have 2-5 alcoholic beverages daily have 1.5 times the risk of women who do not drink. DO NOT SMOKE: Breast cancer risk is highest for those who began using tobacco at an early age, or have been heavy smokers. Smoking increases the risk for all cancers! KNOW YOUR BODY: Learn how to perform a breast self-exam to feel for changes in your breast tissue. Watch for changes in the appearance of the breast and nipples: dimpling, redness, discharge, etc. These changes do not need to be accompanied by pain to be worrisome. Early detection of breast cancer can save your life, seek medical attention immediately. If you feel something is wrong, but your doctor is taking a “wait and watch” approach, get a second opinion! Let’s Talk About Shingles
Earth
Shingles. The thought makes some cringe. Yet shingles and its vaccine are quite misunderstood. How do you get shingles? Almost all of us who are 20+ were exposed to a virus called varicellazoster (VZ) virus or “chicken pox.” People under 20 most likely had the varicella vaccine which also gives you the virus. Once a person has chicken pox or the vaccine, the VZ virus stays in the body forever. The virus hides in the nerve root and avoids detection by the immune system. Picture the immune system as a bunch of soldiers sweeping through an area looking for anyone who does not belong and the virus as the enemy hiding out in a dark corner somewhere. So how does this relate to shingles? The first time someone gets exposed to the VZ virus their body reacts in a way that we know as chicken pox with high fever and a rash all over the body. Once someone has the VZ virus in their body, shingles happens when the virus comes out of hiding in the nerve root and affects the skin in the area of that nerve, called a dermatome. Shingles can occur anywhere on the body. Common examples include one side of an arm or leg or an area on the back or chest. Shingles usually stays on the right or the left side of the body and does not cross halves of the body. The affected skin can blister, turn red and become extremely painful.

If everyone carries the virus forever, how come only some people get shingles? Shingles only happens if your VZ virus comes out. About 1 Amanda in 3 people will get Brown MD shingles. We don’t yet fully understand why Avoda the virus “reactivates” Health in some people and Clinic 541-928-5426 not others. We know that a weakened or overwhelmed immune system makes the VZ virus able to reactivate, such as in people with HIV or someone who has an illness. We think stress can also suppress the immune system and cause shingles. How do I prevent it? Some would say with the shingles vaccine. This is where the vaccine is very misunderstood. In clinical trials, the shingles vaccine only prevented shingles in 51% of patients. So your odds of not getting shingles after vaccine is as good as a coin toss. The reason this is important is because we are now seeing many patients who go untreated for shingles because they develop symptoms but are convinced its not shingles because they had the vaccine. Also, shingles after vaccine can often appear as a painful area without the redness or blisters. So what should you do? Talk with your doctor about whether the shingles vaccine is right for you. Then remember, if you think it might be shingles ask your doctor because shingles after vaccination is possible.

Last month I mentioned that your body is a selfhealing and selfregulating organism; it is designed to heal itself and regulate its own internal functions. In the case of Crohn’s disease, for an example, cells in the intestine, die and are not necessarily replaced by new healthy cells. This is why the intestine eventually deteriorates and ulcerates. This can be life threatening. One must also remember that your nervous system runs your whole body and all of its functions; your immune system, your heart, your healing ability, etc., even your digestive system. All these function under direct orders from your nervous system. It therefore stands to reason, that if there is an interference with the normal function of your nervous system, your body will not work the way it should. A number of studies have actually shown that this is exactly the case with Crohn’s, Ulcerative Colitis, and IBS; that these conditions are neurologically based.

Solid State the Great Debate
Hi, Dan with Butler Computers and Services LLC here. My clients often ask me about data backup. Today I will answer a few of these questions. Do I need to back? The short answer, yes. If you have any information on your computer that you don’t want to lose then you need to back it up. Whether you’re a home or business your data is susceptible to loss through viruses, hardware failure, theft, or damage. How often do I need to back up? Most at home users can get by with backing up their data once daily while machines used for business purposes should utilize a backup software provides continuous backup. What is the best backup solution? Truth be told there is no one size fits all. Most home user needs can be met with a set it and forget it unlimited
online backup plan. While businesses should utilize more at least two different backup solutions. Preferably one online and one offline. Isn’t Dropbox, Google Drive, One Dan Drive, etc. good Butler, enough for backing Butler Computers & up my data? While Services LLC these services are often inexpensive and a great addition to backups they often do not guarantee your data and are still susceptible to viruses and malicious acts. Don’t backup solutions cost a lot of money? No, most backup solutions are very affordable and can be easily tailored to your individual needs. Choosing the right backup solution can be quite overwhelming. Contact Butler Computers and Services LLC today and we’ll help you find the best solution to fit your backup needs. 541791-6220 or service@bcstechs.com

Brush Away Toxins and Fat
Skin care is one of the best paths to create all over body health, but how often do we extend the care of our skin beyond our face? Extending skin care to the rest of our body? For many of us it may not be as often as we should. Luckily, there is an incredibly beneficial and relaxing technique to take care of the rest of your skin. “Dry Skin Brushing” is one of the best treatments that detoxifies and cleanses the skin and body. The first and most impacting benefit of this service is; lymph system stimulation. This is something that Americans in particular struggle with on a daily basis, simply because of our poor food choices, pollution, and lack of exercise. By receiving this treatment, a safe and effectively flushing your lymph system, which holds many toxins that have built up over time happens. Not only detoxifying, Dry Skin Brushing is an incredible way to help shed weight. By stimulating the skin, it causes increased circulation which is a major component of flushing out fat, cellulite, and toxins from the body. By Dry Brushing, the fat and different components that cling to our skins
structures, are able to be released and flushed out, very much like a deep tissue massage would for your muscles; but for the skin. Choosing Lindie M. the correct care Truex, and equipment for River’s Edge Dry Skin Brushing Day Spa is crucial. It is 541-791-2800 recommended that a high quality brush be used, and treatments be done by a licensed, trained professional such as a spa service provider at our spa. This is a treatment that I have seen benefits from in body treatments and facial treatments. Not only do I enjoy providing this service, I take pride in offering home care education. I offer “take home knowledge.” Think of it as you getting your hair styled and actually being able to recreate that style at home in the days and weeks following your appointment. I enjoy offering advice and the tools needed to support you in continuing to care for your skin. Please contact me to discuss your skin care concerns and learn more about how we can work together to address them. Call or text Lindie at 541-602-0711. What
is
Why do we all work? If it is for money, then does it mean that those who earn enough to last a life time or those who inherit, should do no work? Try to find out around with your friends about why they work and surely few of them will answer — for money. If someone who has enough money decides to do no work, will it make that person happy and contented? We derive satisfaction in life by doing things that we feel are worthwhile. If we are sure that we have done good work, we feel peace in the heart. It gives us the approval of our ability. Let us find out if we are inspired in and with our work. How to know if we are inspired in what we do? The first question should be - are we made for that work? Does that work fit our abilities and mental makeup? If yes, the first barrier to inspiration in work is broken. For example a person with weak physique will find the work of a sailor very unsuitable. What about enjoyment? Do you enjoy doing your work? Are you happy at the end of the day or tired and irritated? If you enjoy doing your work, no amount of hard work will tire you out totally. Otherwise your inner frustration of doing something that you don’t like doing will tire you out with anger in no time. Do you feel that your work makes other lives better? If some how you can begin getting that feeling, your
inspiration in work will rise without any other help. Think of a person, who made a bed especially for a sick person. During a visit to the sick person, the maker is told that the bed has made life much better and how much the patient loves the bed and thanks the maker for that. The person who made that bed will feel extremely satisfied with his/her work after this session. Unfortunately, most of the customer interaction are handled by the marketing department now a days and the people who work to make the product, don’t come in touch with the users. We all feel very satisfied if we feel that our work has made someone feel better. If the marketing person who makes good sales is thanked by the shareholders of the company for multiplying their investment, he/she will be equally happy. The point is - we feel satisfied and inspired if we give joy to other with our work. The last test to find out if you are inspired in your work would be to find out if you show creativity in your work? Those who are inspired show creativity in some area of their work, because they want to improve the work efficiency. Uninspired souls will only wait for the day to get over while inspired ones always feel good and creative doing their work. If you have found a work that inspires you, you are very lucky, otherwise it is time to find your true vocation and get satisfaction.

Have Y’all Heard About the Western Shindig?
PNW Adult & Teen Challenge Western Shindig is a huge fundraiser for our Willamette Valley Campus. Adult & Teen Challenge is a non-profit, residential program ministering to people seeking to be free from life-controlling issues such as drugs and alcohol. Adult & Teen Challenge helps people become mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well, and spiritually alive. We strive to put Hope in every addict’s life. The basic cost for the student’s participation in our program is approximately

$2,500 per month. This fundraiser will help make it possible for students to develop a new life by helping underwrite the cost of this program. The shindig encourages wearing western attire and our gym is turned into a western town where we start off with a social hour and some hollering fundraising, then we serve a fantastic western BBQ dinner, and to end the evening you hear some Heart Warmin’, Life Changin’, Story Tellin’. Hope lives here, freedom is found here, and changed lives leave here.

“The Ascent of a Leader”
Going
Book Review (Part 2)
Bill emphasizes the importance for a leader to be credible and trusted. He redefines what a leader needs to place as their high values. He strongly communicates that a leader that is aware of his people Keven and creates Ferguson, environments Willamette where they Valley can grow will Christian be trusted and respected. Supply “They 541-754-9295 needed to create an environment where people sensed enough safety to be real. They needed an atmosphere where people could breathe with integrity, where they felt trusted and valued for who they really were.” (pg. 26) I really appreciated and resonated with his exhortation to provide environments of grace. What I like about this approach to leadership is that grace when traced back leads to the very character of God. It has been noted by some that they would rather work for a non-Christian than a Christian. If the Christian leader operated with a goal of having an environment of grace, he/she may find that this poor reputation would change. In fact, what a great way of being a witness for Jesus Christ!!! Bill communicates that providing a relationship and environment of grace are the rails on a ladder. What I believe and found interesting is that when leaders build into their community opportunities for relationship building, the outcome is more productivity. People feel good about what they are doing. Bill calls the world’s ladder the capacity ladder. This ladder is focused on what I can do, develop my capacities, acquire title or position, and attain individual potential. The rails are

characterized by power and leverage and mistrust and ungrace. The character ladder is the description Bill gives as an encouragement for developing leaders. The first rung on the character ladder is our trust in God and our trust in others with our own lives. “I choose to let God be God, understanding that God’s ways are not mine.” (pg. 69) At the heart of trusting others with your life is an act of humility. The second rung on the ladder is choosing to be vulnerable with those we trust. “To be vulnerable means to come under another’s influence.” (pg. 77) There is great value in allowing others to see into our lives so that they might speak into our lives in such a way that we grow and develop into godly leaders. “Sometimes the only way we can see our talents objectively is through the eyes of others.” (pg. 79) This has been very difficult and humbling for me over the past year and a half. I placed my trust in the leaders at First Baptist to speak into my life in terms of my gifting, talents, strengths, as well as my weaknesses, etc. I was thankful for their input. The third rung is characterized by aligning with truth. “To align ourselves with truth is a personal decision that is best made in a community of people who care for us. The truth about who we are cannot be wholly known without interaction with others.” (pg 98) The fourth rung is described as, “Pay the Price”. Jesus is our greatest example. (Philippians 2:6-11) We are called to serve selflessly in every area of our lives. The fifth rung is discovering our destiny for which God has called us. We are called to live the Great Commandment and Great Commission no matter where we are or what we are doing. Bill gives four important truths that come between the rungs. They are humility, submission, obedience, and suffering/maturity. These qualities are opposite of what we usually see pursued by leaders in the world today. I would highly recommend this read to any developing leader, whether they are serving in the church or in the cooperate world.

The Property Inspection Process
Travel
One of the first time periods you will be expected to meet in this transaction will be the inspection period. The duration of the inspection period is determine by the buyer in the original contract you submit to the seller. Most time periods range from 10-14 business days. If it is a unique property they tend to extend longer. In this period you have a predetermined time to schedule, complete inspection, and present sellers with a repair addendum if buyers decide that is necessary. Your real estate broker will have recommendations of what inspectors you should use. You are always welcome as the buyer to choose your own inspector; the only requirement is that they are licensed in the state of Oregon. Once the inspector has been hired by the buyer, the home inspection will be scheduled to be completed in the allowed time frame. The whole home inspection usually takes about 3-4 hrs. In this 3-4 hr. period the home inspector will evaluate every area of the home, including exterior, interior, under the home, in the attack and on the roof. After the inspection is complete, the inspector will send the buyer a copy of the whole home inspection. The buyer needs to review the report noting areas of concern that

they have. The realtor will also review the inspection and note areas of concern that they see. It is best to sit down with your realtor and review Jess the report Hubert, together Cadwell before Realty the repair Group addendum is written and www.valley submitted. oregon There are homes.com sometimes some negotiations that take place during this time period. Once the negotiations are complete and the repairs are agreed upon, the seller is given a time frame to complete the repairs. It is good to ask that the repairs be completed by licensed contractors so there is no question of the quality of work. Once the repairs are complete the seller will supply the buyer with notice and any invoices and receipts that they received from the completed work. At this time it is always recommended that the buyer get a re-inspect on the work completed. It is always best to have the inspector that completed the home inspection also complete the re-inspect. Once the inspector completes the re-inspect and all parties agree to move forward, this concludes the property inspection period.

Completing a window replacement project at your home can seem like a daunting task. However, a good plan, the right product and installation crew, and a little patience can make it an enjoyable experience. Knowing what you want to accomplish with the project up front and communicating that at the initial consultation is one of the biggest factors to help ensure a successful project. Do you want to add more ventilation or increase energy efficiency? Are you mostly interested in sound control or are you simply looking to upgrade your home? You may be able to accomplish all of these to some degree with new vinyl or wood windows. Your sales consultant will be able to help you select the right window to accomplish your goals. Today’s windows have evolved to be highly energy efficient while allowing more natural light into a room. Nearly all of them include a lifetime warranty to the original homeowner against fading of the frames and moisture build-up between the panes. You should also

Game Itchy Skin By Dr. Eric Glaze, Albany Animal Hospital (541) 926-8817 Itchy skin, also known as pruritus, is a condition that we see every day in veterinary practice. Allergies are by far the most common cause of itchy skin in dogs and cats. Allergies in dogs and cats can be separated into three major categories; Fleas, Food and Seasonal Allergies. Allergies are for the most part a protein based phenomena. For animals with flea bite hypersensitivity the reaction is to flea salivary proteins. Animals with food based allergies react to certain proteins in their diet. Proteins found in wheat, beef, dairy, corn and chicken have been known to cause allergic reactions in dogs with food allergies. Seasonal allergies are also protein based in the form of many environmental allergens like pollens, mold spores, skin dander etc... The first step to finding out why our pets are itchy involves a trip to the veterinarian. He or she will eliminate other less common causes of itchiness like sarcoptic mange and lice as well as determine whether or not your pet needs any medical treatment for opportunistic skin infections that can arise in the face of an allergic skin reaction. Certain patterns of itchiness can give us clues as to the source of the allergens. Flea allergies in dogs have a characteristic pattern involving the back half of the body that intensifies as you move towards the tail along the back. If you see this pattern your dog has flea allergies whether you see fleas or not. Food allergies and seasonal allergies are indistinguishable from each other based on their skin patterns. These patients tend to be itchy all over, not just the back half. Itchiness can concentrate around the eyes, ears, feet, and be accompanied by opportunistic yeast and or bacterial infections that may require treatment. It is important to note that these infections are typically from organisms that naturally live on you pets skin rather than from

contagious organisms. Cats get secondary infections far less frequently than dogs. Cats with allergies will often present with little scabs around the head and neck and along the back. One clue that can help distinguish food from seasonal allergies is whether or not the itchiness comes and goes throughout the year. When trying to determine what allergens are contributing to your pet’s itchiness we start by eliminating the allergens that we can control. We can eliminate fleas with quality flea control products and we can control what are pets eat. Our initial goal is to attempt to eliminate as many known allergens from our pets system as we can. Many pets with allergies have allergies to a combination of sources. The Willamette valley provides ideal climate for fleas so if your pet is itchy you should treat for fleas monthly whether you see them or not. When testing whether or not food is a source of allergens it is important to feed a grain free product that has no beef, chicken, or soy. It is also crucial to not accidentally feed your pet allergens in the form of treats like milk bones, raw hide chews (beef) or dairy products. It is recommended that you and your vet discuss the strategy behind a food elimination trial as well as the common pitfalls owners will find themselves in as well as various options for food trials such as prescription diets versus home cooked diets. The important thing to remember is that we start with flea control and specific diet changes. If flea control and food trials do not control your pet’s itchiness then we are most likely dealing with seasonal allergies. The treatment for seasonal allergies is more involved as it often requires treatment for life and involves medically suppressing your pet’s itchiness and or the process of desensitization with a series of serum allergy injections given over months to years. This process should be conducted under the guidance of a board certified veterinary dermatologist. So start with fleas and food!

Tonight I Said Goodbye By Michael Koryta
This is the debut novel by Michael Koryta, who is now up to eleven books. This first one is a clear tribute to the old-fashioned private eye stories. Scott We meet Givens, our hero Browsers Lincoln Bookstores, Perry as he and fellow is sitting in reviewer, a mansion daughter, listening to Amanda a grieving Givens father wanting to hire Perry to investigate his son’s death—the police think it was suicide, but the father is sure it was murder. The son’s wife and young child have also disappeared, making the police think it was a suicide/murder, but the father also wants Perry to find the family, who he believes are still alive. The investigation gets off to a slow start, following old leads, until Perry stumbles upon some repeated links between the son, a private investigator named Wayne Weston, and the Russian mob. The story is set in Cleveland, the time is the present (well, 2004 when the book was written.) You might be thinking: Russian mafia in Cleveland? According to a 2014 report by Fortune magazine, the Russian mafia is the world’s #1 organized crime group. At an estimated $8.5 billion per year, this is no mom & pop business but a brutally deadly money-making machine. The fact the Putin has been seeing the mafia’s worldwide actions
“not as a threat or an embarrassment but a potential opportunity” (Newsweek) makes it a political issue now, especially with one of our presidential contenders courting Putin. At the time of Koryta’s writing, however, the Russian mob is just that: a crime group. In Cleveland, a very rich man, owner of many properties and puller of various strings, had hired Weston, but no one seems to know why. When Perry confronts this wealthy businessman, he is met with predictable denials and lies. Perry is not working alone. He has a partner in his business, a retired police officer. The back-and-forth repartee between these two is not quite slapstick, but at times can be as funny as anything Robert B. Parker wrote. As these two continue to investigate a mess of crime and corruption, there is a necessary reaction from the people being investigated. That reaction is not always healthy for Lincoln Perry. There is also the matter of police and FBI investigators. They aren’t exactly happy with Perry stirring things up, especially when Perry discovers information that they didn’t know. No plot spoilers here, but then again, because this is so classically plotted, the reader pretty much knows what’s going to happen, and if you’ve ever read Raymond Chandler, you already know “whodunit.” This is not a mystery puzzle for us to try to solve, but a story to be told. We’re enjoying the ride without concern for the destination.

intestinal muscles and reduce cramping. 4 Multi-vitamin and Mineral complex that contains copper, manganese selenium and potassium is very important because Crohn’s, etc., are characterized by malabsorption. 5 Vitamins E is essential in the repair of epithelial tissue of the intestinal tract and acts as an anti-oxidant. 6 Vitamin A, approximately 50,000 IU per day unless you are pregnant. You may take this in capsule form, but I suggest raw carrots put though a juicer. The carrots should be peeled as the skin contains most of the chemicals and pesticides that can irritate your intestine. 7 Calcium and Magnesium, at least 2,000mg daily 8 Vitamin C, in very high doses combined with bioflavonoids is essential as it minimizes inflammation. 9 Garlic, is known for preventing free radicals from attacking the intestinal lining. 10 Vitamin B12 and Folic acid, 11 N-acetylglucosamine (NAG), protects intestinal lining from enzymes that could damage it. Drinking lots of fluids, herbal teas, cabbage juice, papaya seeds, avoiding stress, chocolate (boo), alcohol, Coke and Pepsi, are all essential. The above will help you and your child deal with these conditions a little easier, but the number one recommendation I could make is to call us; we can help!
