Submissions posted on HP Blog may also be promoted through social media platforms, facebook, Linkedin, twitter etc. Submissions accepted for publication will be edited to meet all professional standards, news value, space requirements, and other editorial considerations.Please do not send formatted editorial as all formatting is removed prior to editing. Headlines are at the full discretion of editor Article length and word count News stories may be limited to 300 words with a photo in print, with the full story and extra photos appearing in the blog online. Authored articles in print may have a maximum of 600 words or 450 words with additional photo. Longer articles may be carried over, continued to a following month or continued to the full article on the HP blog as www.high-profile.com/article-title. New Releases HP publishes reports of newly approved, ongoing, and recently completed vertical projects as well as ground breakings and toppingoff ceremonies, and philanthropic and charitable events. News Releases should be limited to accurate and important information in the category of who, what, where and when something occurred or is about to occur and identify the owner, architect, contractor and specialty contractors involved in each project.

HP proofreaders may correct spelling, typos, or punctuation errors. Links Blog links are limited to advertisers, sponsors and calendar items. Images Printing requires image size at 200 dpi or larger. HP prefers a JPEG attached (not embedded) to the email. Please identify photo in caption. Photographers credits do not apply to headshots. Photo credits are at the discretion of the editors. Profiles and Feature Stories Organization profiles, project profiles, anniversary profiles combine special features and formatting that all additional photos, side bar articles and advertisements to appear as a stand alone multi page feature.
