Project will be funded with Community Development Block Grant and subject to Federal Davis-Bacon requirements. General Contractor shall comply with Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 (12U.S.C.17 IOU) which requires preference be given to hiring low and very low-income residents of San Jose. 1.To all heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors, and
persons who may be interested in the will or estate, or both, of JEAN ANN FEARINGTON AND JEAN FEARINGTON. 2. A Petition for Probate has been filed by JAMES WILLIAM BURGESS in the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara. 3.The Petition for Probate requests that JAMES WILLIAM BURGESS be appointed as personal representative to administer the estate of the decedent.
