One of the things that makes HurleyHafen unique is that they understand hospitality. Prior to venturing into real estate development and design, John Hurley & Justin Hafen created and operated thirteen restaurants and bars throughout the Bay Area.
ABOUT HILLARY RYAN
Based in the St. Helena Sotheby’s International Realty office, Hillary focuses on helping her clients transact property including residential, vineyard, and land development opportunities. Hillary draws upon her strong local network and over two decades of real estate experience to help her clients select, understand, and transact Wine Country real estate.
Since the start of her career in 1997, Hillary has closed high-value real estate. Hillary has wide range of real estate experience including brokerage, banking, and commercial real estate investment. She focused the first part of her career working for highly reputable, Bay Area based companies including: First Republic Bank, Prado Group, AMB Property Corporation (now ProLogis), and DivcoWest.
Hillary is native to Northern California and has had the joy of residing in San Francisco, Marin County, and Napa Valley. She attended The Hamlin School in San Francisco, Justin Siena High School in Napa, and obtained her BS from UC Berkeley in Economics. She lives in Napa Valley with her husband, four active sons and an indulged, rescue dog. Hillary proudly holds a position as a Board Member at the Queen of the Valley Foundation and is passionate about giving back to the community of Napa Valley.
Hillary is currently the #1 real estate agent in Napa County by 2021 sales volume. In 2021, Hillary was recognized #104 of real estate professionals in the United States by RealTrends based on her production volume. In 2015, she was in the top 100, and in 2017, 2019, and 2020 she was again named to the top 200.
