RATIONALE
During Grade 8 E-Week, students embark on a transformative journey of selfdiscovery. This immersive experience is crafted to unveil their unique voice, talents, and leadership style, empowering them to positively influence Middle School culture.
Through a blend of outdoor adventures and leadership-building activities, students cultivate the confidence and skills necessary to mentor younger peers and shape their community. As they commemorate their final year in Middle School, students also have the opportunity to showcase their achievements in various outdoor skills.
Complementing this experiential journey, the curriculum introduces foundational concepts and discussions, enriching the exploration of identity and leadership.
