What to Know Before you Grow

Seed Storage: Store all seed at room temperature in an air tight container such as a jar or bucket.

Seed Quantities: Start with 1 tablespoon. Adjust quantities as necessary.

Leafy Sprouts will increase in size and weight 9 to 10 times. This means that 1 tablespoon of dry seeds will yield 9 to 10 Tablespoons of sprouts.

Leafy Sprouts can be added to a salad, or simply eaten alone. They can also be juiced in a juicer that is capable of juicing wheatgrass.

2. Processuntilafinecrumbleisachieved.

3. Addtheremainingingredientsandprocess well.Themixturewillcometogetherasslightlysticky dough.

4. Formthemixtureintoalargeball.

5. Usingateflexsheet,unbleachedparchmentpaperor plasticwrapbeneath, placethedough ballonadehydratortray.

6. Smoothouttoformalargecircle, leavingtheedges raisedasthecrust.

7. Dehydrateovernight.

8. Flipanddehydratefortheremainderoftheday.

9. Sauceandtopwithyourchoiceoftoppings anddehydrateagainovernight.

Pepperoni Marinade

3 T.paprika, heaping

2oz.lemonjuice

1tsp.garlicpowder

2redpeppersroughlychopped

1. Combineallingredientsinablenderandprocess untilsmooth.

2. Slicezucchini.

3. Letzucchinimarinateforonehour.

Marinated Mushrooms

1. Combinemushrooms, garlicpowderandthymein abowlandmixwell.

2. Add Bragg'stotaste, notappearance.

3. Letmushroomsmarinatefortwohoursormore. Thelongerthemushroomssit, themorecookedthe appearance.
