2 cups of almond
1 cup of pine nut
3 medjool dates (or stevia for a sugar-free recipe
1/2 tsp. cinnamo
1/2 tsp. nutme
1 tbsp. vanilla

Make your two separate batches of nut milk
Combine 2 cups of almonds with 2 cups of water, blend and strain through a nut bag
Combine 1 cup of pine nuts with 1 cup water, blend and strain through a nut bag
Combine both nut milks in a blender, add 3 medjool dates, 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. of nutmeg, and 1 tbsp. of vanilla
Blend and serve! Note: This is a thicker and richer recipe than our regular nut milk.

MY BATTLE WITH ADVANCED OVARIAN CANCER
In 2021, I wasn’t feeling so well and was shocked to discover that I had advanced Ovarian Cancer. The prognosis was not good; I could find only cases of fear and few successes. At this moment, I found a wonderful story about a mother and daughter; both had advanced stage four breast cancer and went to Hippocrates Wellness and healed themselves at different times. I said, “What could it hurt if I tried the same?” At that time, things looked grim for my family, but here we are, two years later, and I am cancer-free! I know the reason this happened. Other than taking my ovaries out, I refused to go through with the suggested mass hysterectomy followed up by nuclear medicine. All too often, I saw what happened to people who went down this road.
