God According to the Apostles

GOD ACCORDING TO THE APOSTLES Defending the Godhead

Preface

What we are looking at and trying to find answers to in the Bible. Who is the God of the Bible, is it God the Father or God the Son or God the Holy Spirit? Maybe it is all three? How can we know? This is one of the questions that has been debated for many years. Who is God? Is it a Trinity as many and most believe now or is it the Oneness, one God in three manifestations. This question is starting to rise again in popularity among Christians as we see the second coming of Jesus drawing near. We are starting to question why are so many bad things happening in the World. This is starting to make people ask the question, who is God and what does he want? Well there is only one way to find out, we must go to the Bible. We can find the answer by looking at the Apostles and what they wrote to the different churches and people.

1

God According to the Apostles What I would like to do is start with the greetings of the Apostles in their letters to the churches and people. This will give us an insight to who they call God, and then we will go to Revelations to see some scripture there of who sits on the throne in heaven now and who will sit on the throne after the 1000 years when the new heaven and earth are made. We will start with Paul as Paul did write most of the New Testament, let us go to(Romans 1:7) To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. Here we have Paul writing to the Romans and declaring who he is, a servant of Jesus Christ, called an Apostle, separated to the gospel of God the Father, which the Father promised before through His prophets in the Holy Scriptures, concerning His Son Jesus Christ our Lord. I also want to point out that Christ is not his last name, but a title meaning the Anointed One from the Greek word G5547 Christos or in Hebrew would be Messiah also meaning Anointed. Jesus came through the line of David as the prophets fore told and was declared to be the Son of God with power and according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead paraphrase from verse 4. So with in this statement we will have more questions to answer as we go along, what spirit confirmed that Jesus was the Son of God and who raised Jesus from the dead? As we go along there will be answers and we will ask more questions along the way as well. But remember to find the true answer we must only look at the Bible for it is the only truth we can agree upon. Let’s examine the statement made by Paul as to who the God is, “God

2

the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ”. We have Paul calling the Father God and we have a Lord Jesus that is the Son of God, which is a total of two beings. (Romans 15:6) That ye may with one mind, one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Paul again reaffirms that God the Father is the Father of Jesus. (1 Corinthians 1:3) Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. We see Paul with almost the same opening as in Romans, saying that he is an Apostle of the Jesus through the will of God the Father. It is good that Paul uses almost the same openings in his writings because that shows that he did not change his views. He says again that grace and peace come from two beings, God the Father and his Son our Lord Jesus. Our fellowship with His Son is called by God the Father as according to verse 9 of Corinthians. But is the question answered with Paul who the God of the Bible is? Let us look at (1 Corinthians 8:6) But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him. We see again only two beings as we are in and by and the statement of Paul “that there is only one God, the Father”. This is interesting that Paul does not apply the “God” term to Jesus, Why? Is he not the God of the Bible? What about Hebrews 1:8 where God the Father calls His Son God? (1 Corinthians 15:24) Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

3

There are some verses in Revelation’s that will help explain who the kingdom belongs to, but I don’t want to jump ahead and cause confusion. We must look at other verses first so we fully understand who the God is. (2 Corinthians 1:2) Grace be to you and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. (2 Corinthians 1:3) Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; God is the Father of Jesus and the Father of all comfort. Does the Father comfort us? I thought it was God the Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost? (2 Corinthians 11:31) The God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which is blessed for evermore, knoweth that I lie not. Now this is strange I have never been taught this before, that the God of Jesus was his Father. I was taught growing up that God was his Father at his birth on Earth. But I have never heard this before that the Father was his God. This can’t be, that is not what the Trinity Doctrine teaches. Then Paul also makes sure to say “knoweth that I lie not”. He would have to be lying because the Trinity Doctrine states that the Father and Son are co-equal, coeternal, and co-existent. How can God the Father be the God of the Son? Well just remember you can’t base your belief off one verse and this is only one verse, I am pretty sure the Trinity is sound doctrine. (Galatians 1:1) Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;) This verse here answers the question that we had earlier, “who raised Jesus from the dead?” What have we found so far? That there are only two beings in everything that Paul has wrote, not three, are we sure that Paul is correct? Because this will be the second thing that Paul disagrees with us on

4

according to our Trinity Doctrine. Is he saying that there are only two beings that are in heaven that are to be worshiped and not three? Let us continue and see what Paul is saying. (Galatians 1:3) Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, (Galatians 1:4) Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: According to the will of God our Father, why didn’t he say God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit? Paul is making things difficult to go with the Trinity Doctrine. (Galatians 4:6) And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. God the Father has sent forth the spirit of his Son? No we have God the Holy Spirit sent to us, he is our comforter. Are we sure that our belief is according to scripture? Because so far everything we have read of Paul is saying that God is the Father, His Son is Lord to us and we have the spirit of His Son. Two beings the Father and Son and the spirit is of the Son and of the Father which they our comfort, we have to remember everything that Christ does he does because of his Father’s will. He speaks and teaches and comforts us according to God’s will. Let us continue on maybe there will be some clarification on God the Holy Spirit and why he has not been mentioned yet. (Ephesians 1:2) Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 1:3) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus

5

Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: Okay this is getting weird; a second verse now stating that God the Father is the God of Jesus, but that is only two verses. (Ephesians 1:17) That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: What? Three times Paul has said this, that God the Father is the God of Jesus. This can’t be, what about the Trinity Doctrine? Seriously Paul, you are changing everything I have believed everything I have been taught by my elders, this has been taught for many generations. (Ephesians 4:6) One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. Shouldn’t it say one God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who is above all and in all? (Ephesians 5:20) Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; (Ephesians 6:23) Peace be to the brethren, and love with faith, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. (Philippians 1:2) Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. (Philippians 2:11) And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 4:20) Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and

6

ever. Amen. (Colossians 1:2) To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. (Colossians 1:3) We give thanks to God and the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, Four times the scriptures have said that God the Father is God of our Lord Jesus Christ. Is there a picture starting to form in your minds as to who the God of the Bible is? Can we see that there is only one God the Father and he is God of all including Jesus His Son. There is only one way to know if this is true that God the Father is God of His only begotten Son. We must ask Christ if his God is His Father. (Colossians 3:17) And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him. (1 Thessalonians 1:1) Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians which is in God the Father and in the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ. (1 Thessalonians 1:3) Remembering without ceasing your work of faith, and labour of love, and patience of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of God and our Father; (1 Thessalonians 3:11) Now God himself and our Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, direct our way unto you. (1 Thessalonians 3:13) To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our

7

Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints. (2 Thessalonians 1:1) Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ: (2 Thessalonians 1:2) Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. (2 Thessalonians 2:16) Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, (1 Timothy 1:2) Unto Timothy, my own son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord. (2 Timothy 1:2) To Timothy, my dearly beloved son: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord. (Titus 1:4) To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour. (Philemon 1:3) Grace to you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ. (James 1:27) Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world. (James 3:9) Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God. (1 Peter 1:2) Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

8

(1 Peter 1:3) Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, This is the fifth verse that has said that God the Father is God of Jesus his Son. I think we have enough witnesses to see that the God of the Bible is also the God of his Son. God the Father Jehovah is the God of all. But are the other verses in agreement with this? First, let us finish the verses with who the God of the Bible is. Then we will dive into the God of Jesus. (2 Peter 1:17) For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. (1 John 3:1) Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. (2 John 1:3) Grace be with you, mercy, and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love. (2 John 1:9) Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. (Compare this to Zechariah 6:13) How do we have both the Father and the Son? How can they abide in us? Christ tells us in John 15 when he is talking about the vine and the Branch, He is the vine and we are the branch off that vine. First we must abide in Him through his teaching or keeping the commandments, then he can abide in us through His spirit. (1 John 2:24) Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain

9

in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. We must let the teachings of Jesus the only begotten Son of God abide in us. With this we shall continue or abide in two beings, the Father and His Son Jesus Christ. But how do they abide in us? (Colossians 3:16) Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. We first love one another as God the Father and His Son has loved us.

(John 14:15-23) If ye love me, keep my commandments. (16) And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter,G3875 that he may abide with you for ever; (17) Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. (18) I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. (19) Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. (20) At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. (21) He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. (22) Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? (23) Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. What is another word for Comforter? Advocate Who is our Advocate? Jesus

10

G3875, παράκλητος, paraklētos

(par-ak'-lay-tos)

An intercessor, consoler: - advocate, comforter. Total KJV occurrences: 5 (John 14:16; John 14:26; John 15:26; John 16:7; 1John 2:1.) What is another word for Comforter? Advocate Who is our Advocate? Jesus (1 John 2:1) My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

Jesus is our Comforter. He is the Holy Spirit. He is with us as he promised. He will not leave us; he will comfort us as according to verse 18. But look also at verse 23 of John 14 it says “we”. We who? The Father and Son. What will they do? They will come unto us. How? Through the Holy Spirit, the spirit is the spirit of the Father and of the Son. (Mark 13:11) But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost. (Matthew 10:19-20) But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak. (20) For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you. Who is speaking through us? It is the Father and we already saw that the spirit is the Son as well. This is how they make their abode with us. For the spirit is the Father and it is the Son. What did 1 John 2:24 say or who do

11

we continue in? (1 John 2:24) Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. The Father and Son will abide in us and we will continue in the Son and the Father. The only two beings that are to be exalted. (Jude 1:1) Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called: Who are we sanctified by? The Father through the Son; now let’s do a recap of what we have learned so far, Paul, Timothy, James, Peter and John all teach that God is the Father and His Son is Lord. They also taught that God the Father was the God of Jesus. Did Jesus ever say that? (Matthew 27:46) And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

(John 20:17) Jesus saith unto her, Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God. (Hebrews 1:8-9) But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God (Jesus), is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. (9) Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God (the Father), even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

12

(Psalms 45:6-7) Thy throne, O God (this is the Father saying to the Son), is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre. (7) Thou lovest righteousness, and hatest wickedness: therefore God (the Father), thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

(Revelation 1:6) And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. (Revelation 3:12) Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

(Revelation 3:21) To him that over cometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. What have we learned so far? That Jesus is the Son of God the Father and that the Father is the God of Jesus his Son, this has been made clear to us by the Apostles of Jesus the only begotten Son of Jehovah. I want to look at one verse that people use to help show that the Holy Spirit is God the Holy Spirit Acts chapter 5.

(Acts 5:1-9) But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, (2) And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet. (3) But

13

Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land? (4) Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.

This verse helps cause the confusion over the spirit as God the Holy Spirit, but I want you to see the truth. Men have conceived in their heart a lie from Satan, to teach a false doctrine that God is made up of three persons, but we did not see that earlier. We read that God was only one person the Father, his name in Hebrew YHWH or Yehovah and now modern English spelling of Jehovah. The Father is the only true God, as Jesus said in John 17:3. We are lead astray if we do not understand the scriptures and study them in the Holy Spirit (in the spirit of Christ). We are then lost and lead by man’s traditions? We also read earlier that the Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost was the spirit of the Father. According to Peter, God is the Father. With this understanding let us go back and put in the missing pieces that people have removed to create a false understanding of this verse.

(Acts 5:1-9) But a certain man named Ananias, with Sapphira his wife, sold a possession, (2) And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet. (3) But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the spirit of your Father, and to keep back part of the price of the land? (4) Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God the Father. (5) And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things. (6) And the young men arose, wound him up, and

14

carried him out, and buried him. (7) And it was about the space of three hours after, when his wife, not knowing what was done, came in. (8) And Peter answered unto her, Tell me whether ye sold the land for so much? And she said, Yea, for so much. (9) Then Peter said unto her, How is it that ye have agreed together to tempt the spirit of Jesus? behold, the feet of them which have buried thy husband are at the door, and shall carry thee out.

It is much clearer with the understanding that Peter had to who God is. Ananias was lying to God the Father because he was there in spirit, in Peter and the other disciples. Then in verse 9 when he was talking to Sapphira his wife he said the “spirit of the Lord” and who did we find that spirit of the Lord is? Jesus, he, the only begotten Son of God, was there in spirit in the Apostle Peter and the others. (2 Corinthians 3:17) Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

If Jesus is the Lord how would this verse then translate? (2 Corinthians 3:17) Now Jesus is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of Jesus is, there is liberty. Amen Last question, how many beings are there in the New Jerusalem? (Revelation 4:2) And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. If you read chapter 4 of Revelation’s you will see that there is a throne

15

and one sits on that throne, where 24 elders and 4 beasts give glory, praise and worship to God Almighty that is due him. (Revelation 5:1) And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals. Here in chapter 5 we see the One God Almighty with a scroll in his hand; and a mighty angel asking the question who is worthy to open these seals. In verse 6 we see that someone or some being is able to open the scroll because he has been found worthy when no one else was. It is the Lamb. We have here two beings that are in the throne. One is God Almighty, and one is the Lamb. Who is God Almighty and who is the Lamb? According to John, God is the Father. We can understand this from the previous study that we just did. God Almighty would be the Father and the lamb would be His Son. How do we know that? Let us go to scripture. (John 1:29) The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world. We now understand that the Father is sitting on the throne and his son comes before him and takes the scroll from his hand. Why? That is a question you need to study. Going on from there you have the next scene of the throne room in chapter 7, the 144,000 are before the throne. (Revelation 7:9-17) After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; (10) And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb (you only see two being worship). (11) And all the angels stood

16

round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God, (12) Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen. (13) And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? (14) And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, these are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. (15) Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple (refer back to Revelation 3:12 there you will find that Jesus says the temple belongs to his God): and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. (16) They shall hunger no more, neither thirst anymore; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. (17) For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. Oh what a beautiful promise from God the Father and the only begotten Son of God, they are going to wipe away all sorrows. I want to rewrite this for you with the understanding of who God is and who the Lamb is, so we can see more clearly. What I will do is put [] brackets around the changed words, I am not changing anything that John hasn’t said. (Revelation 7:9-17) After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne [of the Father, Jehovah], and before [Jesus], clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands; (10) And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our [Father] which sitteth upon the throne, and unto [Jesus]. (11) And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped [the Father], (12) Saying, Amen: Blessing, and

17

glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our [Father] for ever and ever. Amen. (13) And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, what are these which are arrayed in white robes? And whence came they? (14) And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of [Jesus]. (15) Therefore are they before the throne of [the Father], and serve him day and night in [the Father’s] temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. (16) They shall hunger no more, neither thirst anymore; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. (17) For [Jesus who] is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and [the Father] shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. Do you see that the Father and the Son are the ones that are there with us? Both of them are here with us now through their Spirit. Jesus promised never to leave us and he said he would be with us unto the end of the world. The Spirit will be in us forever for the Spirit of the Father and Son give us life. We can’t live without the Spirit of the Father and the Son. It is the third person of the Godhead or Divinity but not separate from the Father and the Son. It is not God the Holy Spirit because you will never find that term used by anybody in the scriptures. Let me ask you a question. If you say the term “God the Holy Spirit” is Biblical, where is your scriptural proof for saying that? What verses do you have that say “God the Holy Spirit”? If you don’t, how can you say it is Biblical if you don’t find it in the Bible? I want to take a closer look at verse 15 and compare it to Revelation 3:12. Jesus says there in verse 12 of chapter 3 that if we overcome the world he will make us pillars in the temple of his God. What did verse 15 of chapter 7 say? That the ones that went through the great tribulation will be

18

there before the throne of the Father and that they (144,000 group) will serve him, day and night in the Father’s Temple. Do you see the comparison I am getting at? The Father’s Temple is the Temple of Jesus’ God in verse 12 of chapter 3. The next place to go is to Chapter 14 of Revelation to look at the next scene with the Father and Son. I am also going to change the terms of the Lamb and God to the Father and the Son with in the [] brackets. (Revelation 14:1-6) And I looked, and, lo, [Jesus] stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads. (2) And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: (3) And they sung as it were a new song before the throne [of the Father], and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. (4) These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow [Jesus] whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the first fruits unto [the Father] and to [Jesus]. (5) And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of [the Father]. Wow, take a minute and contemplate on what we have read so far. Now that you have done that, LOOK! The Father’s name is written in the foreheads of the 144,000, not the Trinity a name of Mystery. No, it is the Father’s name. Some translations will say the Father and son’s name, these are the names that seal us and keeps us from dying the second death. For further study on the sealing and understanding what happens in the church right before Jesus comes back to put an end to all of this read chapters 8 and 9 of Ezekiel. These chapters will walk you through step by step of what will happen in the body of Christ right before the closing scenes.

19

Now let us look at the last two chapters of Revelation, chapters 21 and 22. Now as I put this down make sure and compare it to your Bible. Hopefully you have already taken your Bible out and have been checking what I have said against it. DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT! Also, do not take the word of your pastor, family member, husband or wife, study this for yourself out of the word of God. Now as I go through the last to chapters of Revelation I am going to be using different terms then what the translators had put in there. I am going to be using the terms that John used in other places to help clarify the meaning. (Revelation 21:1-4) And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. (2) And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from [the Father] out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband [Jesus]. (3) And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of [the Father] is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and [the Father] himself shall be with them, and be their God. (4) And [the Father] shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. At this point in time which is still in the future we are reconciled to the Father. Jesus the Son of God has brought us back to the Father in full standing. We are no longer sinners, free from sin and temptation. This was the Father’s plan all along. Remember that Jesus said he only does as he is commanded by his Father. (Revelation 21:9-11) And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, [Jesus’] wife. (10) And he

carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from [the Father], (11) Having the glory of [the Father]: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal; (Revelation 21:22-23) And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty [the Father] and the Lamb [Jesus] are the temple of it. (23) And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of [the Father] did lighten it, and [Jesus] is the light thereof. How many have you seen so far? Is there a Trinity? (Revelation 22:1-5) And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of [the Father] and of [Jesus]. (2) In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. (3) And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of [the Father] and of [Jesus] shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: (4) And they shall see [the Father’s] face; and [the Father’s] name shall be in their foreheads. (5) And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God [the Father] giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. The conclusion of the whole matter; there is one God, which is the Father, and his name, is Jehovah. That this God had a son way back in eternity before anything was created. The Son came forth from the Father as Eve came forth from Adam. I believe this is what God the Father was trying to show us and the angels. Because Satan was trying to obscure this fact, so the Father and Son showed everyone how the Son is really the Son. They didn’t go into detail or explain how he was able to do this or anything like that but that the Son did come forth from the Father in the form of the Father. Now, I know there are many that will not believe this and they may

even say it is impossible. Some may even ask the question how God could have a Son without a Mother. The same question could be asked of Jesus’ birth here on earth, how could Jesus be born of a woman without a Father? How can a virgin give birth? Before I say anything else, the question may be in your mind, do I believe that Jesus was created? The answer is NO, he was not created he was born two times, one from divinity and another time of a woman. How? I don’t know. There is one more verse I would like to show you, and it is pretty mind blowing. Let’s look at (John 14:28) “Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.” Look at the last part of this verse. “For my Father is greater than I” do you know what that word greater means? Look at the Greek word meizōn G3187 it occurs 45 times in the KJV, meaning (larger (literally or figuratively, specifically in age): - elder, greater (-est), more). Then go to (Romans 9:12) It was said unto her, the elder shall serve the younger. This is the same word as greater in John. Was Jesus saying “for my Father is older than I”?
