平成 29 年 7 月九州北部豪雨 The 2017 flooding and land slide disaster at the northern Kyushu area. Especially, Asakura-city had huge damage. We visited there to find keys to solve issues of disaster.

Disaster victims need long term support. They need sustainable support to re-build their lives.

They have their unique stories that include “wisdom.� After the disaster, they became story tellers.

CONCEPT “ONNKOCHISHINN”
“Onnkochishinn” is a saying by Confucius. It means “reviewing what you have learned and learning a new.”
Disasters have existed from ancient days, and our ancestors have been seeking ways to survive. They used to pass on the skills of survival to future generations as “wisdom” . However, in recent years, we are about to lose the culture to inherit our “wisdom” because of the flow of the times. We almost forgot the wisdom from our ancestors, and have trouble when we face to disaster.
Disaster victims have experience and their own stories. I thought we need “Archivist” to retain our “wisdom” to save future disaster victims. Publishers can play a role of “Archivist.” I designed “An Archive System” as a service of publisher.

This is an archive system of wisdom in disasters. At the same time, it is a platform for authors to get material as references. When authors publish books with their texts, victims who wrote the texts can get royalty.
Victims can post(submit) their stories as text data through the website. Publisher save the data in cloud archive file.

Victims who cannot use digital device can send texts by post. Or Someone can mediate between victims and publisher as interviewer. The interviewer can be close person of the victim or people of publisher. And publisher will save the data as with previous one.
