A visa is necessary for foreign citizens to enter US territory. You must understand that there are two types of visas for those who want to come to the US; non-immigrant and permanent residence. The former gives temporary authorization to enter the nation and work. They have to be renewed from time to time and have different

You will have to fill out Form I-129 to process Whereas,it. the E-1 is ideal for those who import and export continuously between the US and their country of origin. With this one, the entrepreneur and his family can legally live in the territory, work, access public education for their children, and easily enter the country. The main requirement is to be an importer and exporter generating more than $100,000 a year. You also process it with Form I-129. If your country is on the list, you must show that you have the money with a commercial loan agreement, investor, or bank balance in addition, to meeting requirements such as business licenses and EIN (employer identification number).

For a year and a half, the Diazes’ have brought to Clarksville an innovative concept in the field of floristry. Fort Campbell Florist is a family business that has earned a great reputation in the community and with a lot of work and dedication is serving its clients with professionalism and kindness so that they feel like part of the project. Alondra Díaz is one of the leaders of the company at only 25 years old. She explained that the company is based on her, her father Miguel, and her brother, Brian, “the three of us were the ones who founded the flower shop and we have been working for a year and a half. This idea came about through the pandemic. We wanted to take the risk of opening a business in a pandemic,” she expressed with a little insecurity reflected on her face.

Fort Campbell Florist is a project that they had already thought about, “as a family we have always been in contact and talked about the future, about the plans, so I always sent my dad pictures; if we have to build a flower shop, it would look nice like this and he would say, yes, someday, but he was always dragging his feet. But now, due to the pandemic, we said, that’s it, it’s time to have our own business and space to do things,” she recounted serenely. The idea was to take advantage of Miguel’s experience, who has worked as a florist “since before I was born,” Alondra said with a laugh, “more or less 30 years ago, he has been in the world of flowers, he started in New York.”

The flower shop of the Mexican-American Diaz family is present in all the special moments of its clients. This trio identified by the qualities of the cactus, the Alcatraz flower (calla lily), and the sunflower are the entrepreneurs who adorn and create your ideas with flowers. They are the protagonists of our story.

“Although you might feel that it’s a path of stones, it will be a mountain of flowers at the end”

Whenever we saw what he could create, we would always tell our father, “you could do it by yourself, you just need a push, and we were his support so he could open the flower shop,” she recalled fondly. Diaz Family Seal

With satisfaction, she pointed out that they request “everything,” they ask for various arrangements for events, weddings, Sweet 15, funerals, Mother’s Day, “we are in people’s most special moments,” with colorful and elegant creations that always receive a distinctive touch that makes them stand out.

Amused, she accepted the challenge of naming fifteen flowers with which they work, she began by naming the sunflowers, followed by roses, tulips, gardenias, lilacs, carnations, delphiniums, hydrangeas, alstroemeria, and daisies, “it was unexpected,” she commented laughing. Cobblestone road She admitted that entrepreneurship is easy and difficult at the same time. He explained that it is easier for you when you put passion into what you are going to do and it’s complicated because many elements come together to achieve success, “it involves a lot of work and overtime. You think that you are already an entrepreneur, now you are not going to work overtime, no, on the contrary, you work more than you thought,” she said, maintaining her cheerful attitude.

“My dad lived in New York and we lived in Clarksville, we have very close friends who were the ones who brought us and we have seen the lifestyle that is lived here, which is very different from New York, and during the pandemic, it was horrible that my dad was alone, jobless and locked up in an apartment for months, it was time to take the next step, that’s it we said, it’s time to start a business,” recalls Alondra. This is not the first business carried out by the Díaz family since the matriarch started a business in Mexico and that prompted the young woman to encourage her father to bet on another business except, in the United States. Alondra blurted out that her family and a few close friends from Clarksville were themselves her allies. They contributed their savings to be able to start in an area in which they feel identified because it is the one they have known through their father’s work Theexperience.team is introduced by Alondra Diaz according to their roles: she identifies her 27-yearold brother Brian with the cactus for his resistance, she associates her 53-year-old father, Miguel, with the Alcatraz flower or Cala, for being a symbol of elegance and his native Mexico, finally, she identifies as a sunflower because her mom has always told her that she shines wherever she goes. Hard work and good experience The flower shop distinguishes itself by the “hard work we put in,” assured Alondra with a laugh, confirming what her mother has said, “we are dedicated to the business. We have fresh flowers in stock all year round, we make lastminute arrangements and many details, more for sentimental reasons than for business, more for the pleasure of our customers, who come away with a positive experience having purchased from us.”

Alondra commented that they did not seek out any organization to support them to start the business, they only relied on their father’s experience, “we have been his apprentices, we have learned a lot,” he said happily.

She stressed that, despite all the effort, you receive benefits such as peace when you finish building the premises and the investments, “when you are already established it is a blessing. Being able to help others, as many tell me, you must like doing deliveries because you always gift us with a smile every time you come and you make us smile with the arrangements, that’s Regardingsatisfying.”thedifference between Hispanic clients and Americans, he stated that the former knows how to express themselves, they say, for example, they are beautiful!, while “Americans are more reserved with their feelings, but the two have been an incredible support, they are very good people.”

considers that it is necessary to have a place because you need to meet several requirements, including having a refrigerator for the flowers. She stressed that it is also essential to seek advice from an accounting team, shelving with various heights to place plants and flowers, passion and patience, “because you don’t make yourself known overnight, it’s a process. Little by little over the months you will Supportedgrow.” and embraced by that vision from and for the family, they have worked hard and now they rate the result of the enterprise in this year and a half of operation as good, “thanks be to God, we have been blessed, we see the difference. Every holiday there is more work and we have more clients, who are like family to us.”

He added that they required nothing more than the basic state licenses, “other than that it was not very complicated thanks to the accountant, María Jiménez, who guided us through all the licensing and was a great help to Sheus.”

At Christmas we have poinsettias, at Halloween, we make pumpkins with flowers, baskets for spring, and Mother’s Day baskets with sweets or fruit. We are always changing with the season, for Valentine’s Day, chocolates and stuffed animals. Every holiday is something different and special,” she celebrates. Race against time Among the benefits that she finds when opening a flower shop, she highlights with a smile that there is always work. But there are also disadvantages such as sacrificing their own days of rest so they can serve customers during the Onholidays.theother hand, she thinks that investment is an important point to consider in to keep fresh flowers available every day because you have to replace them since they don’t last that long, “it’s like a food business, it’s a daily job” working against the clock. Despite the difficulties and challenges, Alondra would bet on entrepreneurship again, “the business has changed our lives, both family and personal. A change for good and growth. Confidence in the process

“You have to be sure that it is something that you are passionate about so that you don’t only get halfway to your goal, because you have to be very clear about just how far you want to go, the sacrifices involved in obtaining a venture,” Alondra pointed out vehemently to those wanting to start a business.

“Don’t give up, be patient, trust the process, which in the end will be a blessing. Although you might feel that it’s a path of stones, it will be a mountain of flowers at the end. I recommend that you continue doing it, that you give it all you got. If you have a work team, love them and appreciate what they do for you, all of this will bring you blessings at the end of the road. If you want to start a business, do it,” she said in closing, her face bright.

By showing you that you are valuable in the eyes of God, Jesus tells you (paraphrasing) “Why do you worry so much? Your life is valuable, God will give you what you need when your trust is in Him” Jesus shows you the love of God for you. So, don’t let anxiety steal your time, don’t let worry take your eyes off what really matters.

13

The state of mind that steals time

Anxiety is a mental and emotional state that becomes a reality for many people. Even so in the times we live in, we are facing stress, danger, uncertainty that has never been seen. Perhaps you find yourself being anxious or worried about your finances, about work, perhaps about investments, or perhaps about academic studies, or about what will happen tomorrow. In the end, you find yourself drowning more and more into the worry and anxiety that is stealing your time. Why do I say that it steals your time?

The Bible tells us something very interesting about this matter. In Matthew 6:27 Jesus says “Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?” Jesus knew that anxiety will do nothing for us, it will not give us more time, it will not give us more strength, it will not help us at all. If it continues, anxiety and worry will rob us of all those things we need in order to live a strong and healthy life. But Jesus knew another powerful truth, and the truth is that there is a heavenly Father who values your life as His creation. That is why in the previous verse (Matt. 6:26) he says: “Are you not much more valuable than they?” Jesus knew God’s love for you, and he knew when you come to trust God, you will come to see your value in His eyes. A value that is not based on your financial status, your social standing, your job title, or what you have or what happens in the world around you, but it is entirely based on the fact that you are His creation, that God saw your need for eternal salvation and offers you that salvation through Jesus Christ.

Pastor José – Iglesia Mateo 28, Clarksville, TN Pastor Jose Iglesia Mateo 28

The important thing is your life, your family, your health and your peace. Instead of worrying, seek help, find someone to talk to, find resources in your community that can help you, and most of all: seek God. You are worth a lot to God.
