Banana & Chocolate Smoothie Recipe Smoothies are perfect and very delicious drinks, but I'm guilty as charged for not trying them before. It's great that there are literally hundreds of combinations for different types of smoothies, depending on basic ingredient you want to use. Recently I had some problems with my teeth, so solid food was something I had to avoid. That's when smoothies came to my mind, as easy to prepare, delicious and nurturing drinks. I was right about that because from that point on, I'm a real smoothie fan! That's when I started to play around with different smoothie recipes. This recipe that I want to show you has been adopted and modified from one other smoothie recipe book that I found.

I've tried it and it was perfect for my taste. Be my guest and try it for yourself. Here's a recipe: Ingredients: 2 bananas (peeled) 1 cup chocolate milk 1/3 cup butter 1/2 cup Silken tofu 6 ice cubes Preparation time: 5 minutes Difficulty: 1/5 (very easy) Preparation: 1. Slice bananas, butter and tofu in smaller pieces, just to make it easier for blender to process it. 2. Put all ingredients in the blender and turn it on. Run it until you get a smooth mixture without any parts of ingredients. 3. Serve it in a glass or cup. To improve presentation, you can add whipped cream on top and cover it with chocolate sauce, like I did. It goes perfectly with this recipe. Enjoy in your smoothie! Don't forget that you can combine different ingredients. Don't be afraid to be creative and try it. For example, instead of classic butter, you can use peanut butter, almond butter, etc. Instead of classic chocolate milk, you can try chocolate almond milk, or similar variations. Test it until you find your perfect combination!
