Winter Ice Cream Recipe This is a quick recipe for a very delicious dessert that will fit perfectly during winter, but also through the entire year. We like to make it as replacement for ice cream during cold winter days. Basically, these ice creams are just usual ice cream cones filled with very sweet mixture or egg whites and sugar covered with tasty melted chocolate. I'm pretty sure you will love this dessert, as much as I do. Here is photo of how these winter ice creams look like:

Ingredients: Filling: 7 egg whites 2/3 cup + 1 1/4 cup sugar 5 tbsp. vanilla sugar 1 tbsp. gelatin powder Sauce: 3.5 oz chocolate 1/4 cup butter 3 tbsp. milk 15 cones Preparation time: around 20 minutes Difficulty: 3/5 (medium) Preparation: 1. Whisk egg whites with 2/3 cup of sugar until you get firm and thick "snow". Use electric mixer; 2. Boil 1 1/4 cups of sugar with vanilla sugar until you get a thick syrup; 3. Add gelatin powder to the syrup and let it melt. Stir occasionally. 4. When gelatin powder melts with syrup, pour it very slowly into the "snow" of egg whites and mix with electric mixer until combined; 5. When it's well scrambled, the mixture is ready. Now use syringes, fill it with mixture and then fill up cones; 6. Melt chocolate, butter and milk on the stove. Top of filled cone dip into melted chocolate, or pour melted chocolate over filled cone using a tablespoon;

6. Filled cones put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to harden; That’s it! Enjoy in this delicious dessert that we like to call “winter ice cream”! Thomas Miller www.HisRecipes.com
