Easy Omelette Recipe - With Cheese and Ham Omelette is probably the fastest meal you can prepare and that's why it's great choice for a quick meal. However, most people prepare it in a really "boring" way, which is why they don't prepare it as often as they could. Omelette is everything but boring, if you prepare it in good way, like I will show you in this recipe. Here is a photo of omelette that I've prepared using this recipe:

And here is the actual recipe:

Ingredients: 3 eggs Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper Grated cheese (cheddar cheese) - to your taste (I've used around 5 tbsp.) Grated pizza ham (or similar) - to your taste (I've used around 5 tbsp.) Preparation time: 5 minutes Difficulty: 2/5 (easy) Preparation: 1. In one semi-large bowl put eggs, salt and pepper. 2. Wisk the eggs and pour them in the non-sticking pan. 3. In the first 20 seconds you can spread the egg mixture, or simply said, stir it across the pan, basically to get uniform mixture all over the pan. 4. After around 30 seconds you should be able to notice a soft "crust" around the edges, while the middle should be still soft and liquid. 5. Now you can take some cheese (cheddar cheese is probably the best choice) and grate it over the eggs. 6. Do the same with pizza ham. You can use any type of ham you like, but I prefer pizza ham. 7. Turn down the heat to low, for about 30 seconds. That will be enough time for the soft and liquid middle part to fry. At the same time cheese will melt and combine with ham and eggs. That will give your meal great flavors.

8. Use kitchen slice tool and go around the edges to separate egg's "crust" from the pan. You should be able to move the omelette freely across the pan. 9. Put the kitchen slice tool underneath the omelette and simply flip it over. Your perfect omelette with cheese and ham is ready! You can serve it with some salad or fresh vegetables. If you like, you can try different topping instead of cheese and ham. For example, you can make your omelette with bacon, mushrooms, tomato and other vegetables. Be creative!
