畢業於香港演藝學院舞蹈學院，主修音樂劇舞蹈。2 0 0 0及2 0 0 1連續兩年獲成龍慈善基金獎學金。2005年獲香港賽馬會音樂及舞蹈獎學金，赴英國倫敦當代舞蹈學院進修。曾參與多個音樂劇、舞台劇、舞蹈劇場及演唱會等大型製作之演出。近年參與製作包括2 0 0 6多哈亞運會開幕典禮、乙城節《舞都得計劃2008》、香港話劇團《頂頭鎚》、2009年香港藝術節/北京紙老虎《酷》、標局《before the last second》（編舞）、二人獨腳戲《壞人三十》、舞蹈新鮮人系列：標局《無休止者》（編舞 / 演員）、香港藝穗會「藝綻公園」《B I G DANCE小紅帽》及Room 9 Dance Theatre《Room 9》（藝術統籌 / 編舞 / 導演）。 Lee graduated from HKAPA, majoring in Musical Theatre Dance. He has awarded the Jackie Chan Charitable Foundation Scholarship in 2000 and 2001. In 2005, he has awarded The Hong Kong Jockey Club Music and Dance Fund Scholarship to study Contemporary Dance at London Contemporary Dance School. His performances include the opening ceremony of the 15th Asian Games Doha 2006, Bare Stage Project 2008 at City Festival and Cool at Hong Kong Arts Festival/Beijing Paper Tiger Theatre Studio. His choreography includes Before the Last Second, Broke Guy, Keep in Touch, Big Dance and Room 9.

邱頌偉 Yau Chong-wai Franky 聯合導演 / 戲劇指導 Co-Director / Dramaturge 畢業於香港演藝學院，主修表演，麥子劇場教育藝術總監、音樂組合「空氣清新機」成員。近作有林澤群實現劇場《One Night in Falsettoland i n c o n c e r t》、中英劇團《尼古拉伯爵—吸血驚情》、R o o m 9 D a n c e Theatre《Room9》（聯合導演及戲劇指導）、偶友佳作《垃圾山谷怪老頭》等。憑鄧樹榮戲劇工作室《39步@形體澎湃》獲小劇場獎優秀男演員提名。 Yau graduated from HKAPA, majoring in Acting. His recent works include One Night in Falsettoland in Concert with Pichead On Stage, Dracula with the Chung Ying Theatre Company, Room 9 (Co-Director / Dramaturge) with Room 9 Dance Theatre and And Then There Were None with Class 7A Drama Group. He was nominated for the Outstanding Actor award for the second Hong Kong Theatre Libre.

趙朗天 Alain Chiu

音樂 Music

早年獲獎學金前往舊金山音樂學院攻讀編曲，師隨康拉德．蘇薩及大衛．嘉拿，亦隨艾登．真奇斯精修電子音樂。2 0 0 8年再赴巴黎歐美音樂聯會深造，導師包括崔世光和蘭恩．哈德。曾獲加拿大麥基爾大學頒授斯古里克獎學金，亦為2 0 0 9年國際優秀音樂大獎最後入圍者之一。2011年，其編曲作品獲格林美得獎樂團Orchestra of Our Time演繹及灌錄。 Chiu received his Bachelor of Music degree in Composition at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music with a Samuel Clarke Scholarship. In the summer of 2008, Chiu received a scholarship to study at the European American Musical Alliance in Paris. He is the recipient of the prestigious Schulich Scholarship offered by McGill University and a Finalist of the International Music Prizes for Excellence in Composition 2009.

畢業於香港演藝學院現代舞系，2 0 0 8至2 0 0 9年效力城市當代舞蹈團，及後獲賽馬會獎學金到美國霍林斯大學修讀碩士。標局創團成員之一，作品有《無休止者》、《金星人呀，金星人》及《標童》。近期個人作品有《Touch To The Bone》、《I am not sure......indeed》。 Wong studied at HKAPA in 1995 and joined the City Contemporary Dance Company in 2000. In 2009, he received a Hong Kong Jockey Club Music and Dance Fund scholarship to attend the Hollins University/ADF MFA program in the US. He co-founded the company Biuguk. His recent works include Touch To The Bone.

何翠亮 Ada Ho

畢業於香港演藝學院，主修中國舞，現為舞空間藝術總監。1 9 9 7年獲亞洲文化協會獎學金赴美參加美國舞蹈節。曾參與多個舞蹈、話劇及音樂劇演出。近期演出有：《烈女圖》、《結界達人》及《瘋狂夜宴搞偷情》。 2008年編寫遊記《非洲蜜語》。 Ho graduated from HKAPA, majoring in Chinese Dance. She received an Asian Cultural Council scholarship, took part in the American Dance Festival in New York and North Carolina, and is the Artistic Director of Dance Space. Her recent performances include Saga of the Battle Women and The Autistic Genius.

畢業於台北巿華岡藝術學校，後赴日本研習木偶操作，現為奇想偶戲劇團副團長。身兼導演及木偶師，作品有《入睡的吉普賽女郎》、《抱抱大榕樹》、《小獮猴毛毛》等。2008年參與高雄國際偶戲節。 Chen graduated from Taipei Hwa Kang Arts School and studied puppeteering at Nyudogumo Theatre, Japan. She is the Deputy Head of Fantasy Puppet Theatre. Her works include The Sleeping Gypsy and The Blessing of the Bayan Tree.

陳詩歷 Chan See-lik Paul

畢業於香港演藝學院應用美術道具系。2 0 0 0年製作《千禧年百利恆聖景》，現展覽於百利恆；2 0 0 3年製作十米高巨型提線木偶，破世界記錄。曾為《天奴的眼睛》及渣打藝趣嘉年華製作大型木偶。 Chan studied at the School of Technical Arts, HKAPA. He created puppets for Nativity Scene in Bethlehem, From Tino's Eye and the Park Mardi Gras. In 2003, he produced a 10m tall marionette which broke the world record.

編舞的話 Choreographer’s Notes 我們對慾望的追求，成為我們每天存在的証據、安全感的來源。我們不停地滿足這些慾望，直到反被吞噬，

說我是個藝術家，其實我更是一個普通人。是地球裏的一點微塵；是樂曲裏的一個音符；是機器裏的一件零件。

就像一些寂寞的人，食飽、扣喉、再食。

說我只是一個普通人，我不認同，至少我並沒有閉起雙眼過生活。

Our urges and desires perhaps reflect our need to be recognised, they provide evidence of our presence.

所以我在發問。所以我做舞蹈。

Or perhaps they are a source of comfort and security. We keep on feeding our desires until they evolve into a giant black hole from which nothing, including ourselves, can escape. Just like the vulture of loneliness who circles over the cycle of over eating, vomiting, over eating...

I am an artist. I am an ordinary person. Merely a piece of dust of the earth, merely a note in a song, merely a gear in a machine. I am nothing but ordinary. Perhaps I am more; at least I do not blindfold my eyes. That's why I question. That's why I choreograph.

許俊傑 Hui Chun-kit Cyrus

當今香港新銳年青編舞之一。出生於香港，畢業於香港演藝學院舞蹈學院，獲香港賽馬會音樂及舞蹈信託基金獎學金前往德國富克旺根藝術大學深造，於2 0 0 8年決定回港發展。曾跟隨舞蹈家多明尼克．梅西學習舞蹈。現為自由身編舞、舞者及舞蹈導師的許俊傑熱愛舞蹈創作及演出，曾於德國、法國、意大利、廣州及台灣等地演出其個人作品。近年較重要的編演的作品包括動藝舞蹈團《氧化》（2 0 1 1）、香港舞台設計有限公司《六翻自己》（2010）、舞蹈新鮮人系列《曾經發生﹐一些相似的事情》（2010）及香港乙城節《舞都得計劃》的《That‘s Dance》（2009）。 Born in Hong Kong, Hui studied at the School of Dance, HKAPA and the Folkwang University of the Arts in Germany under Dominique Mercy. He is currently a freelance choreographer, performing artist and dance instructor in Hong Kong. He performed and launched works in Germany, France, Italy, Guangzhou and Taiwan. His major choreographic works and performances include Overdue (2011) with DanceArt, Positioning (2010) with the Hong Kong Theatre Design Company Limited, Here it goes again (2010) of the New Force in Motion Series and Bare Stage Project: That's Dance at the City Festival 2009.

劉天明 Lau Tin-ming

Lee graduated from HKAPA, majoring in Modern Dance. He performed in Dialogue in the Dance on Parallel Lines Series; Converging Beams with the E-Side Dance Company; Seeing is Believing with the Hong Kong Dance Alliance; Chopin VS Ca with the Unlock Dancing Plaza; and moEo in the new ‘REAL’ Showcase Series.

岑智頤 Henry Shum

畢業於香港演藝學院，主修中國舞。曾參演馬來西亞J S舞團《F r a g i l e》及香港中樂團《薩滿與精靈》，其他演出包括《霎時》、《R o o m 9》、《Seeing is Believing》、東邊舞蹈團《聚光》、不加鎖舞踊館《康城記》、舞蹈劇場《蕭邦 vs Ca幫》及舞在平行線系列《點．破》。 Shum graduated from HKAPA, majoring in Chinese dance. His performances include Right Here, Right Now, Room 9, Seeing is Believing, Converging Beams, Chopin vs Ca and Dance on Parallel Lines Series (1): Pulsate; Fragile at the Malaysian JS Dance Theatre and The Mystic Realm with the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra.

畢業於香港大學，主修比較文學、藝術史，哲學碩士重點研究香港九十年代現代舞發展歷史。不懂得創作音樂，卻積極用音樂建構想像。

李婷炘 Sylvia Lee

Lau finished his Master of Philosophy at the University of Hong Kong researching the modern dance history of Hong Kong. He knows little about music composition but is very keen to create imageries with music.

畢業於香港演藝學院，主修芭蕾舞，英國皇家舞蹈學院註冊導師，現為自由身舞者及舞蹈導師。曾獲成龍慈善基金獎學金等。參與演出包括《梁山伯與祝英台》、香港芭蕾舞學會《天鵝湖》及《吉賽爾》、香港舞蹈團《笑傲江湖》、動藝製作《抱抱》等。

林丰 Fung Lam

音樂 Music

曾獲多個本地及國際知名團體委約作曲，作品被世界享負盛名的團體演奏，包括倫敦交響樂團、英國廣播公司愛樂樂團、東京愛樂樂團等。他是獲英國廣播公司委約的最年輕華人作曲家。最近委約包括第四部為英國廣播公司創作的管弦樂作品。網站：www.FungLam.com Lam is a composer in Hong Kong, receiving commissions from local and international organisations. His music has been performed by London Symphony Orchestra, BBC Philharmonic, Tokyo Philharmonic etc. He is the first Hong Kong composer and the youngest Chinese composer to be commissioned by the BBC.

李家祺 Lee Ka-ki

畢業於香港演藝學院，主修現代舞。參與的舞蹈表演有舞在平行線系列《對話》、東邊舞蹈團《聚光》、香港舞蹈聯盟《看到真實》及不加鎖舞踊館《蕭邦 v s C a幫》。近期發表 22

的個人創作有《真演出》新系列《m o跳過》及東邊舞蹈團主辦動畫畫動的《囚人》等。

Lee graduated from HKAPA, majoring in ballet. Her performances include The Story of Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai, Swan Lake and Giselle with the Hong Kong Ballet Group; The Smiling, Proud Wanderer (HK and Shanghai tour) with the Hong Kong Dance Company; and Hug Hug with DanceArt.

畢業於香港演藝學院現代舞系。2 0 0 8年為香港舞蹈聯盟的舞蹈平台編舞，2 0 0 9年為國際青春編舞營編作小品《一步兩步，再多一大步》， 2 0 1 0年參與乙城節《舞都得計劃2 0 1 0》與《六翻自己系列》，憑《六翻自己系列》獲頒2011舞蹈年獎。 Leung graduated from the School of Modern Dance, HKAPA. This is a simple question… The answer to which is probably crystal clear to us… But do we… go with the flow? Or treat it like a game?

很高興也很榮幸被邀請參加這次香港藝術節的當代舞蹈平台，這次的舞者都是我的好友。記得去年1 0月份，我們在一次聚會上突然聊到我們畢業這麼久了，什麼時候能一起創作一個作品，結果就開始計劃申請。那次的申請失敗了，但是我們沒有放棄。我一直相信一句話，創作一個優秀的作品，背後必須要有一個很優秀的團隊。很開心這次我也擁有很多朋友幫助，他們對我的那份真摯，深深的推動着我去努力。想在這裏感謝他們，沒有他們，我相信也不會有今天這個作品的呈現。作為較年輕的編舞，我們都需要機會，同時也希望香港能給我們這些機會，去支持我們，讓我們去努力。最後最要感謝香港藝術節給我這次機會！ I feel so excited and honoured to be invited, as a choreographer, to this year’s Festival. All the dancers are friends of mine. Only last October we were brooding over the possibility of producing something creative together again — we had parted ways after graduation. I have long subscribed to a saying that behind an excellent production stands an excellent team and I am happy to have the support of so many friends, whose genuine interest and sincerity spur me on. I wish to thank all of them. Without their support our work would never see the stage. As part of a younger generation of choreographers, we are hungry for opportunities to show the world our talents, while hoping that the city we love can endorse and endow us with plenty of opportunities. I am grateful to the Hong Kong Arts Festival for giving us this chance.

生於江西省南昌市，1 9 9 8年考入上海市舞蹈學校，主修中國民間舞； 2 0 0 4年畢業，獲獎學金就讀新加坡拉薩爾新航藝術學院，學習現代舞； 2 0 0 6年獲得匯豐銀行全額獎學金，入讀香港演藝學院現代舞系，同年獲得亞洲文化協會資助赴紐約艾文．艾利舞蹈學校學習；2008年畢業後即加入香港芭蕾舞團。他曾於2 0 0 2年參加亞洲國際舞蹈藝術節，獲最佳表演獎；2003年參加桃李杯舞蹈大賽少年組民間舞比賽，獲優秀表演獎；2004年參加上海青年舞蹈大賽獲二等獎；2005年參加CSTD亞太舞蹈比賽獲得獨舞金獎及雙人舞金獎。2010至 2 0 1 1年，胡頌威為香港芭蕾舞團創作了短篇舞蹈作品《雙生》及《聲．息》，均獲好評； 2011年作品《雙生》獲邀去上海演出。 Born in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province, Hu studied Chinese dance at the Dance School of Shanghai Theatre Academy and graduated in 2004. He studied modern dance at LASALLE College of the Arts in Singapore (2004), at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts (HKAPA) (2006), and at the Alvin Ailey School in New York (2006). He joined the Hong Kong Ballet upon graduation in 2008. He won the Best Performance Award at the 2002 Asian Art Festival Dance Competition; the Outstanding Performance Award in the junior category of the Tao Li Cup Dance Competition; a Second Award in the Shanghai Youth Dance Competition; and the Gold Medals in both solo and duo dance in the CSTD Asia Pacific Dance Competition. He choreographed Twins and Sounds, two short dance pieces for the Hong Kong Ballet. Twins has been invited to perform in Shanghai.

畢業於香港演藝學院，主修現代舞和編舞。在校期間獲徐美琪傑出表演藝術家獎、城市當代舞團獎學金及匯豐銀行獎學金，並隨學校出訪歐洲多國，於廣東現代舞週演出鄭中龍作品《記憶》。2008年參演與香港話劇團《頂頭槌》。 Li trained at HKAPA in Modern Dance and Choreography receiving many awards and scholarships whilst studying. She toured internationally with the Academy ensemble and performed in Fragments of Memory in the Guangdong Modern Dance Festival. In 2008 she was featured in Field of Dreams by Hong Kong Repertory Theatre.

高比良洋 Takahira Yo

生於日本福島，四歲開始學習現代舞。在日本於余芳美芭蕾舞學校接受芭蕾舞訓練，2002年入讀北京舞蹈學院附屬中學，畢業後即加入中國國家芭蕾舞團，並隨團於中國巡演。2005年9月加入香港芭蕾舞團，2009年起任群舞領舞員。 Born in Fukushima, Japan, Takahira studied modern dance at the early age of four, later training in ballet at Rika Oriental Ballet and then the Secondary School of Beijing Dance Academy. He toured with the National Ballet of China then joined the Hong Kong Ballet in 2005 being promoted to coryphée in 2009.

楊浩 Yang Hao

生於上海，現任香港芭蕾舞團舞蹈員。經常參與音樂創作及製作，曾擔任芭蕾舞劇《糊塗爆竹賀新年》的聲音協作。2 0 1 1年4月香港芭蕾舞團編舞工作坊中的舞蹈作品《OIOIO》就採用了李嘉博的創作《開水白菜》。其作品《勾綫＋鋪色》也被用於上海的多個舞蹈演出。

生於重慶，由北京中國歌舞團藝術學校畢業後加入廣州市歌舞團；2005至 2 0 0 7年效力廣東現代舞團；2 0 0 7年獲獎學金赴香港演藝學院修讀舞蹈學士課程；2009年加入城市當代舞團，參與了其間舞團所有舞蹈製作和多次海內外演出。編舞作品有《男語》。

Li was born in Shanghai. He is currently a dancer at Hong Kong Ballet and is often involved in music creation and production. He contributed to the sound design of Hong Kong Ballet’s Firecracker. His choreography featured in Hong Kong Ballet’s Choreographic Showcase 2011 and were performed in Shanghai.

Born in Chongqing, China, Yang joined the Guangzhou Song and Dance Troupe then the Guangdong Modern Dance Company (2005-2007). After completing a BA (Hons) degree in Dance at HKAPA, majoring in Modern Dance, he joined the City Contemporary Dance Company in 2009. He choreographed Talk to Him.

香港城市大學創意媒體學院理學學士。主力編寫互動媒體電腦程式。 Kong graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the School of Creative Media, City University of Hong Kong. He is an Interactive Media Engineer.

袁勝倫 Yuan Sheng-lun

畢業於廣東舞蹈學校，2 0 0 4年獲全獎進入香港演藝學院，畢業後加入香港舞蹈團。曾獲全國少數民族大匯演金獎。參演舞劇包括《神雕俠侶》、《三國風流》、《帝女花》、《天上人間》等，並為香港舞蹈團八樓平台《舞飛揚》自編自演獨舞《影背》。 A graduate of the HKAPA, Yuan joined the Hong Kong Dance Company. He received the Gold Award in the National Fold Dance Competition. Dance performances include Eagle Companions, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Princess Changping and Everlasting Love, and a solo dance piece Shooting the Back.

編舞的話 Choreographer’s Notes

還記得中二那年買了一對「會發聲」的皮鞋，一穿就是三年。上學的操場，課室的地板和回家的路上都是我自創和胡亂踢躂的地方。因為那時看了一部叫《Ta p Dogs》的錄影帶，影片裹那對鑲了鐵片的破鞋一直把我的心敲動着。中四那年我買到了人生第一對踢躂舞鞋，有一天我興奮到把它當作了皮鞋穿着上學去…… 十幾年後的今天我找到了許許多多「會發聲」的朋友。排舞室、電腦前、網路上……都是我隨手可得的踢躂好地方。不過當我越來越容易得到和擁有越來越多時，就會自問：我還有着最初的那份感動嗎？心還被那聲音敲動着嗎？

Way back when I was in form two, I bought a pair of “sound-emitting” leather shoes. For the next three years they were with me wherever I went: the school playground, the classroom floor and the roads leading to my home. All these places became my private, fancy haunts, where I immersed myself in tapping. My indulgence stems from Tap Dogs, a video I watched at that time. The rundown steel toe boots featured in the film have long been tapping in my heart. In form four I got my first pair of tap shoes. I was so excited that I wore them to school one day. Today, after ten years, I’ve managed to make a lot of “sound-emitting” acquaintances. Dance studios, computer keyboards and online networks are all perfect tapping grounds. But now that things are getting so much easier, I can’t help but ask myself: is my primal passion in tact? Is my heart still moved by the tapping sound?

Previously, he worked in Germany as a guest performer. He received the Hong Kong Dance Award 2011 for Outstanding Achievement in Independent Dance. Recent choreography includes Pulsate; seeing is Believing?; Galatea and Pygmalion; Sleeping Temple Street and Passenger for Positioning (solo piece); Studio Storm; Angel #666 vs Demon #999; A place for us (Tap Ensemble); A Serpent Eating Its Own Tail; Machine; Pause; Under The Hood; and Beat • Me • Tap. His multimedia design work can be seen in Hong Kong Dance Federation's As Time Goes By; BAU's Give me a chance and CCDC's Six Degrees.

孫穎麟1 9 9 7年赴英國衛甘遜藝術中學主修音樂及藝術，2 0 0 1年獲全額獎學金入讀倫敦吉爾德霍爾音樂及戲劇學院，隨後獲該校獎學金進修碩士課程，2006年以優異成績畢業。曾為香港小交響樂團及澳門樂團擔任特約薩克斯風樂師，亦是澳門青年管樂團及澳門青年交響樂團的成員；自2008年起擔任澳門演藝學院音樂學校的薩克斯管及長笛導師。2009年創立澳門首個薩克斯風合奏團，隨即獲邀在澳門藝術節及澳門管樂繽紛大匯演中演出。 Macau-born Sun began studying violin aged seven. In 1997 he studied saxophone and clarinet at Ellen Wilkinson High School of Art in England, in 2001 he did a Bachelor’s degree at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and in 2006 he completed a Master’s. A freelance saxophonist with the Hong Kong Sinfonietta and Macao Orchestra, and a member of the Macao Youth Symphonic Band and Macao Youth Symphony Orchestra, he teaches saxophone and flute at the Macao Conservatory. In 2009, he founded the first saxophone ensemble.

沈樂民 Shum Lok-man Lego

沈樂民自學成為獨當一面的鼓手和音樂家。他兼任香港公開大學、香港中文大學及香港演藝學院的音樂導師，時與各個音樂團體攜手演出，並為廣東流行樂壇歌手伴奏。 Shum is a self-taught drummer and musician. He is a music tutor for the Open University, Chinese University and HKAPA. He also works with a number of groups and as a session musician for canto-pop singers.

踢躂舞表演者、編舞、音樂劇演員及導師，現為自由身藝術工作者。畢業於香港演藝學院音樂劇舞系，在學期間曾獲獎學金赴美進修音樂劇。考獲英國皇家舞蹈教師協會踢躂舞高級（1）證書及澳洲聯邦舞蹈教師協會踢躂舞金星（榮譽）證書。2002年創立「踢躂領域」舞蹈團，多年來參與世界各地的踢躂舞節並赴日本進修舞技。 Born in Hong Kong, Suen graduated from HKAPA majoring in Musical Theatre Dance. He completed the musical theatre training program CAP21 in New York, and is certified with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (ISTD) and the Australia’s Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (CSTD). In 2002, he founded Tap Ensemble and in 2006 produced an original tap dance theatre show, A Place for Us. He is a freelance performer, and teaches both privately and at the CCDC Dance Centre.

編舞的話 Choreographer’s Notes

棋子總是愈下愈少，人生總是愈來愈短，於早時落錯了子，後來都要加倍苦惱地應付。而棋子一顆一顆地去了，愈是剩下的少，便愈得小心地下。贏，固然漂亮；輸了也要努力撐下去。誰說我們不是一顆棋子。雖行走的路綫不盡相同，但面對生活我們却往往是身不由己，任人擺布。人生的棋局，也是「起手無回」；但觀棋的人，卻不會「觀棋不語」。下一步棋子應放何處，理應三思而後行。回頭一看，人生本是一盤變幻無窮的棋局，何時當棋子，何時當玩家，你真的在乎麼？

Diminishing are the chess pieces as the game deepens, dwindling are our remaining days as time flies by. A wrong move at the onset begets grief and a host of ills, and can only be set right with tremendous effort at a later time. The fewer pieces we have, the more cautious we need to be in making each move. It feels great to come out triumphant; but even if you are on the losing side, you have to stick it out and stay in the game.

能夠被邀為香港當代舞蹈平台作編舞，實在感到非常榮幸。衷心感謝香港藝術節對本地不同舞蹈種類之包容，亦提供理想的平台給予各編舞家作新嘗試。這支舞從選曲與構思，除了我一貫的街舞風格外，我亦特別嘗試加入一些我未曾試過的音樂元素，例如電子音樂與純人聲。在舞蹈編排方面，我亦嘗試以另一角度去閱讀與感受音樂，務求能在舞台上擦出一些新火花。很期待這支作品……

It fills me with a deep sense of honour to be invited as a choreographer to this Contemporary Dance Series. My heartfelt gratitude goes to the Hong Kong Arts Festival for their openness to different genres of dance, and for procuring a good platform for choreographers to experiment with new ideas. When arranging the music and choreographing this piece, I introduced some music elements that I have never tried in my typical street dance style, such as electronic music and vocal music. In arranging the dance movements, I have been reading and feeling music from an alternative angle, with the hope of engendering new sparks on stage. I truly look forward to this dance piece…

Who says our lives amount to more than that of a chess piece? The courses we take differ, but this in itself is a painful facet of life. If only we could fully steer the course of our lives, not fall prey to circumstance. There is no turning back in the game of “life”; though unlike typical chess games, onlookers are rarely muted. Think twice before moving another pawn. In retrospect, life has always been a game of chess, bound by sweeping changes and infinite possibilities. Do you care enough to know – or know enough to care – when you are a pawn, and when a player?

方家諾 Rock Fang

畢業於香港中文大學體育運動科學系，香港知名舞蹈及排舞老師，舞蹈組合S D C R E W成員。在校期間連續兩年在「全港大專聯校舞蹈邀請賽」中獲得「最佳排舞師」獎，更在2 0 0 9年擔任評審。方家諾2 0 0 0年已在多個知名歌手的演唱會中擔任舞者，近年為古巨基、Tw i n s、鍾舒漫、泳兒、 Blush等海內外藝人編舞，並獲邀於國際七人欖球賽與Justin Bieber香港演唱會中表演。此外，他亦參與不少知名品牌的電視廣告製作，如可口可樂、佳能等。運動品牌Nike也曾邀請他作Kobe Bryant Asia Tour 2009香港站活動的編舞。曾獲新加坡及挪威工作室邀請作客席導師，多次到訪美國深造舞藝，2 0 0 7年贏得「合味道天下第一H i p Hop舞蹈大會」冠軍，海外表演包括「Dance Delight-Taiwan 2009」、新加坡「The Big Groove 2009」和澳門「Show What 2009」。 Fang graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, majoring in physical education and sports science. He has worked as a back-up dancer for many artists including Leon Lai, Twins and Coco Lee. He has choreographed for Leo Ku, Twins, Sherman Chung, Vincy Chan and the Pan-Asia Group – Blush; and won the best choreographer award in two consecutive years in the Intra Varsity Dance Competition (IVDC). He appeared in television and advertising including MTV, TVC, Coca-Cola and Canon. He was invited by Nike to be the choreographer of the Kobe Bryant Asia Tour 2009 in Hong Kong. He has also performed at Dance Delight Taiwan 2009, and conducted guest dance workshops in Norway and Singapore. He currently works as a dance instructor.

梁基爵 Gaybird Leung

音樂 Music

畢業於香港演藝學院，主修音樂，2008年獲得音樂碩士學位。1996年起以音樂總監、作曲家、編曲及監製身分參與過上百個不同種類的音樂會、唱片製作、劇場製作、電影及廣告製作等。作品曾於亞洲作曲家同盟青年作曲家大賽、金帆獎、香港電影金像獎、台灣金馬獎以及多個流行音樂獎中獲得獎項或提名。現為香港城市大學創意媒體學院之研究生，研究課題包括控制介面設計、現場互動音樂及新媒體藝術等。 Born in Hong Kong, Leung graduated from the HKAPA with Bachelor Degree in Music in 1996 and received his Master’s Degree in Music in 2008. He has been involved in more than one hundred music productions, concerts, theatres, and film scorings as a music director, composer and/or producer. His compositions have been awarded or nominated by Asian Composer League Music Competition, CASH Golden Sail Music Award, Hong Kong Film Award, Taiwan Golden House Film Award and TVB music awards. He is doing research on human control interface design, interactive live music and new media art at City University of Hong Kong now.

陳永康 Hongboy Chan

舞者 Dancer

香港B-Boy舞團「節拍攻擊」的創團成員，致力推廣本地街舞文化。2000 起曾多次代表香港到世界各地參加比賽，與美國、德國、日本、新加坡、台灣等地的B-B o y高手交流切磋。他與其舞團曾獲多項獎項，亦曾獲邀為本地及外地歌手作舞者以及在多個大型街舞活動中表演。陳永康亦是一位 house dance舞者及舞蹈教師。 Chan is a member of Hong Kong's top B-Boy crew, Rhythm Attack. Since forming Rhythm Attack in 2000, he has traveled to the US, Germany, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and China and has “battled” with some of the world's top B boys. Chan has danced for several artists including Vanness, William Chan, Grasshoppers, Kary Ng and Vangie Tang.

陳偉成 Lil Shing Chan

「節拍攻擊」主要成員之一，他與其舞團獲獎無數，曾在許多大型機構舉辦的舞蹈比賽中勝出，更於近年勇奪世界知名B-Boy比賽「Battle of the Year」中國站的最佳B-Boy。2008年成為SD Crew重心成員後積極到新加坡、台灣及澳門等地表演交流，2010年更到美國西岸參與Body Rock 2010舞蹈比賽。 Chan is a member of dance crew Rhythm Attack, and has won numerous competitions held by Adidas, Carlsberg and Pepsi. He was the Best Breaker in Battle of The Year China station. Since becoming a member of SD Crew in 2008, he has taken part in Dance Delight Taiwan, The Big Groove in Singapore, Show What in Macau and Body Rock 2010.

何嘉欣 Ho Ka-yan

畢業於香港中文大學，全職舞者及Studiodanz舞蹈教師。曾為Twins、莫文蔚及古巨基等眾多歌手作舞者。加入香港著名舞團S D C r e w後，曾隨團赴美參與世界性舞蹈比賽Body Rock2010。其舞團G-NEX亦在Hong Kong's Best Dance Crew 2010及Dance Delight 2011 (香港及澳門站）獲得亞軍。 Ho graduated the Chinese University of Hong Kong then joined Studiodanz's Showbiz Project in 2007. She has danced for Twins, Karen Mok, Raymond Lam, G.E.M. and Jace, and at several TVB variety shows. With SD Crew, she participated in Body Rock 2010, San Diego, and with G-NEX, won the Converse Dance Contest 2011. She is a freelance dancer and teacher at Studiodanz.

鄺兆峰 Jeremy Kwong

香港舞團Smooth Boggie成員之一，致力推廣香港popping文化。主攻 popping及boogaloo，曾在香港、深圳、廣州的街舞比賽中獲得過多次冠亞軍及四強，亦活躍於齊舞比賽，曾在動漫節D a n c e P o w e r比賽中獲 Freestyle 2on2 Battle冠軍及齊舞冠軍。舞齡雖只有四年，教授及演出經驗已非常豐富。 A member of the dance crew Smooth Boogie, Kwong specialises in popping and boogaloo. He has won numerous awards in battles in Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Guangzhou including championships in Dance Power (freestyle 2on2), Dance Power (hip hop group) and Waacking aint Wack (popping 1on1). He is now a faculty member of Studiodanz and actively promotes popping in Hong Kong.

香港演藝學院畢業，主修佈景及服裝設計，自由舞台工作者、香港演藝學院客席講師。合作單位包括康文署、香港演藝學院、劇埸組合、新域劇團、香港舞蹈團、香港話劇團等，憑演戲家族《四川好人》獲第十三屆香港舞台劇獎最佳服裝設計獎。其舞台攝影作品曾在台灣及日本展出。

畢業於香港演藝學院，主修舞台管理。參與的藝術節包括香港藝術節、新視野藝術節、世界文化藝術節—遊藝亞洲等。另參與2007特奧會開幕典禮及香港回歸十周年學院巡迴。合作團體有多空間舞團、春天實驗劇團等。

Yuen graduated from HKAPA, majoring in Set and Costume Design. He received the Best Costume Design Award from the Hong Kong Drama Awards for his design in The Good Person of Szechwan. He is currently a freelance stage artist and stage photographer.

Recent credits include Spring Awakening for the Hong Kong Youth Arts Foundation, Songs after Midnight for Trinity Theatre and House of Unbelievable for Commercial Radio Production.

陳慧妍 Bethia Chan 執行舞台監督（節目二） Deputy Stage Manager (Programme 2) 畢業於大一藝術設計學院。曾任職於城市當代舞蹈團、香港迪士尼樂園及香港海洋公園，參與的演出有、《鯨魚背上的慾望》、《得閒飲茶》、《澳門回歸十周年文藝晚會》、《真話》等。 Chan studied Commercial and Advertising Design at DesignFirst. She toured with the City Contemporary Dance Company, worked at Disneyland and Ocean Park. Theatre includes: In the Solitude of Cotton Fields, Asunder, Teabreak and Invincible Truth.

畢業於香港演藝學院舞台音響及音樂錄音系，曾參與多個舞台劇製作及音樂錄音、混音工程，合作團體包括城市當代舞蹈團、中英劇團、春天舞台、創作社、進念．二十面體、香港青年藝術協會、香港藝術節及ABA Productions等。近期作品有《全院滿座》、《踢躂城》、《唱K回億錄》及新加坡聖淘沙《生之旅》等。 Ha graduated from the Theatre Sound and Music Recording Department of HKAPA. She has worked with many organisations including CCDC, Chung Ying Theatre and ABA Productions. Her recent works include Off Screen, Little Hong Kong Season 3, Tap Building, Remembrance of Karaoke Past and Voyage de la Ve in Sentosa, Singapore. 48

Lai graduated from the School of Technical Arts, HKAPA. She has worked the Hong Kong Arts Festival, Silk Road Arts Festival and World Cultures Festival.
