SPECIAL OCCASIONS BENEFITTING THE HOCKADAY PARENTS’ ASSOCIATION 2018 BENEFIT SALE DATE: OCTOBER 17 – 27, 2017
WE ARE THRILLED TO PRESENT SPECIAL OCCASIONS 2017 – 2018 These fabulous events are hosted by Hockaday friends and families with the goal of engaging students, parents, faculty, and staff through offerings that are dynamic and entertaining. Celebrating the spirit of our Hockaday community, Special Occasions events range in price from $25 to $200 per person. Sales are on a first-come, first-served basis and will be open for purchase starting at 9:00 am on Tuesday, October 17 at www.hockaday.org/benefit and will close at 10:00 pm CST on Friday, October 27. All proceeds exclusively benefit the support of the new, permanent Hockaday Child Development Center that serves our faculty and staff. For 20 years, the HCDC has been the heart of the School by continuing the tradition of caring for our faculty and staff members’ children. Children from six-weeks-old to age four come to the HCDC while their mothers and fathers are teaching Hockaday students in their own classrooms. The new facility will allow the School’s youngest students to grow and learn in facilities comparable to the rest of Hockaday’s campus. With our community’s support, a permanent home for Hockaday’s Child Development Center will become a reality, and this will help Hockaday recruit and retain outstanding faculty and staff.
