Arriving at Holland Bloorview Guests should arrive between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m.

Please ask for the Accommodations Coordinator at Main Reception upon arrival.

Check out Guests are required to check out by 1:00 p.m. with the Accommodations Coordinator.

Off hours If your arrival or check out must take place after hours, or on a weekend, please visit Main Reception for assistance.

A secure place for your belongings will be provided if you arrive early and your room is not yet available, or if you must stay for a clinic visit booked after your check out time.

About Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital is Canada’s largest children’s rehabilitation hospital.

Our vision is to create a world of possibility for kids with disability. We pioneer treatments, technologies, therapies and real-world programs that give children with disabilities the tools to participate fully in life.

Accommodation Suites

Holland Bloorview serves about 7,000 children each year, with about 600 inpatient admissions and 58,000 outpatient visits. Holland Bloorview is a world-class teaching hospital fully affiliated with the University of Toronto. We train future healthcare specialists in the field of childhood disability.

The Bloorview Research Institute is located onsite, allowing us to integrate cutting-edge research and teaching with frontline care to improve children’s quality of life.

Accessible overnight accommodation at Holland Bloorview

Our priority is to serve Holland Bloorview families who are actively receiving services. Note: inpatient clients are not eligible to stay in Accommodations.

Rooms may be made available to other guests.

Please check with the Accommodations Coordinator for availability and rates.

Holland Bloorview reserves the right to restrict reservations.

Welcome Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital is pleased to offer overnight guests a stay in our accessible, comfortable and private Accommodation Suites.

The Accommodation Suites were built into the design of our state-of-the-art facility, to provide Holland Bloorview families a secure and home-like environment while their child is an inpatient, or when accessing outpatient services.

Our overnight accessible accommodations facilities: Each room has an accessible washroom, telephone, flat screen television with DVD player, small fridge and ceiling lift (family must provide own sling) in the bedroom.

Guests enjoy a common cooking and eating area.

Laundry facilities are also available within the accommodations area. Modems and /or laptops may be available for use in your room.

Holland Bloorview is a non-smoking environment.

The use of alcohol or illicit drugs is strictly forbidden.

A service fee of $20.00 will apply.

Holland Bloorview family rates We have studio rooms and suites available: Studios There are studio style suites with two single beds. *$45.00 per night $35.00 per night after 4 consecutive weeks Suites There are three one-bedroom suites with two single beds and a double–size sofa bed in the living area. *$65.00 per night $55.00 per night after 4 consecutive weeks *Rates are subject to change without notice. *Families needing financial support should approach their Social Worker for alternative funding possibilities. *Room rates decrease (as indicated above) ONLY for families not receiving external funding Payment Options: Bookings should be secured in advance by one of these methods of payment: • Visa • MasterCard • American Express • Personal cheque • On-line banking payments • Interac (in person only) • Cash (in person only)
