• Collect communication materials and assess for uniformity • Create a Communications Resource website for branded stationary, power point slides, marketing materials, etc. • Combine the Financial Aid Roadmap with the Enrollment Roadmaps to create a visually appealing, highly engaging video for students Strategic Planning Open Forum

• Identified the lack of a clear and consistent process for capitalizing on connections made between the college and potential students in the community • Convene a roundtable discussion to develop a process for sharing community connections with the Admissions Office • Ensure that messages about Hostos are consistent and that basic information be provided on all campus tours • Materials about the college need to be updated and made consistent Strategic Planning Open Forum
