Pfandl Service Deluxe Gourmet delights . . . We are delighted to serve our hearty and fine dishes, freshly prepared, directly in your Chalet-Apartment between 6.30pm and 8pm. Choose a dish with your companions and friends! (*) We always provide a nice bowl of fresh, seasonal salad! Try our homemade Schlutzkrapfen or the South Tyrolean dumpling tris. Or would you prefer a spicy fillet of beef with roasted potatoes, maybe a hearty goulash or fresh grilled vegetables with Camembert or perhaps we can tempt you with some delicious Kaiserschmarrn? ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: On the day of arrival, the Chalets are available from 3pm. If you will arrive later than 6pm, we kindly ask that you notify us. On the day of departure, we request that you vacate the Chalet by 10am at the latest. RESERVATION: A reservation is considered confirmed only after you have made a deposit. The deposit can be sent to us by Postal Order, Bank Transfer or Credit Card. CANCELLATION FEES: For cancellations made up to 1 month before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the booked stay. For cancellations made between 14 to 3 days, 70% of the booked stay is charged. From 2 days before arrival, in case of cancelation, late arrival or early departure 100% of the booked stay will be charged. TRAVEL INSURANCE: To avoid cancellation fees incurred due to late Arrival, sickness, or other justified causes, we recommend our travel insurance. We will be pleased to give you further information upon request or when booking. PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Cash, Visa, Euro / MasterCard, American Express or EC / Debit Card. PETS: We are sorry to inform you that pets are not allowed.
