Last Thursday was the Grand Opening of H&M at the Galleria Mall in Fort Lauderdale and we were invited to a press breakfast just before the ribbon cutting. After what we saw, H&M is going to take the Galleria Mall by storm! On Friday Rumors hosted their MC, Daisy Deadpetal's Birthday Party and as usual Daisy was on her “A” game. Afterwards we headed over to Alibi who was celebrating my friend, DJ AJ Reddy's, birthday and his 1 year anniversary DJing on Fridays. As usual, Alibi was packed on Friday evening! Saturday afternoon was such a beautiful day we decided to go to Sebastian beach, and it was filled with sexy men. On Saturday, Our publisher Peter Clark and his Husband Cleto were guests of the Florida LGBTA Democratic Leadership Gala at the Bahia Mar Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. Guest speakers included Robby Hook, Hillary for America Campaign Manager and Congressman Sean Patrick Maloney of New York's 18th district. Vice Mayor, Dean Trantalis of the city of Fort Lauderdale and Broward County Mayor, Marty Kiar presented declarations marking the occasion. A special thanks to Michael Albetta, Ron Mills and the entire organization for their hard work in support of our LGBTQ community in Florida! Also on Saturday, Village Pub presented Divas Live, an Orlando Benefit where employees from various places including VPub performed. Sunday night, we were in the mood for a little disco, so we headed to Hunters T Dance, which as usual was packed! A special shout out to my friend, Steve Moss (Owner of Honey Pot in Tampa) who came to town this weekend and we got to spend some quality time together catching up.

uick- What Florida City is the most populous? What is the largest city in the US by area? Did you guess Jacksonville? If you didn't you are wrong! Because the city limits of Florida's northeastern most city are so vast, it is actually both, Florida's most populous as well as the US' biggest city. Jacksonville grew up around the naval bases that call the area home and is now the unofficial seat of northeast Florida's gay life. While there is no comparing Jacksonville to Wilton Manors or Miami, it is true that the gays are everywhere, so don't be surprised to find some â&#x20AC;&#x153;familyâ&#x20AC;? who call the city home. St. Augustine is the oldest continually occupied European settlement in North America, its history spanning more than 450 years. The city was founded by the Spanish in 1565 and was, for years, the northernmost point on the Spanish mainland which included Mexico, as well as most of Central and South America. It is still a very popular tourist destination as well as being home to a few gay spots that make it worth a night or two if you are looking for a not so far off get away. Daytona Beach is uber famous for its

international speedway, which is home to NASCAR's super bowl, the Daytona 500 which takes over the beach town for a few weeks each February. The city of Daytona Beach is also famous for its hard packed white sand beach that was the original home to stock car racing before its mainstream popularity. The beach is so hard there it's safe and perfectly legal to drive your car onto the beach. During the halcyon days of the 1980's, Daytona Beach was home to some of the most ruckus spring breaks ever. Art of every type, from body painting and live video gaming to music, drama, spoken word and more will be on tap when the annual summer art happening RedEye returns at ArtServe on Saturday, July 16 from 6 â&#x20AC;&#x201C; 10 p.m. This annual event benefits one of Broward County's premier arts service organization and has become known as the one of the hottest tickets in town during the hottest time of year

There will be a surprise at every turn. An original, dramatic short play will be presented, three feature films will be screened, and a spoken word salon will turn words into powerful art. In the SofaLounge, interactive live video gaming will showcase the rising importance of gaming art. The event is presented in conjunction with the “RedEye” exhibition now through July 29. Both take place at ArtServe, located at 1350 E. Sunrise Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale. “Redeye” tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Hunt for the Wilderpeople Film Festival Fave opens in South Florida

he Hunt for the Wilderpeople, written and directed by Taika Waititi (WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS, upcoming THOR: RAGNORAK) opens this weekend in theatres throughout South Florida. The film is based on the book “WILD PORK AND WATERCRESS” written by Barry Crump. rump seems to be very much for women. He seems very much behind the LGBT community because of what happened in North Carolina with the bathroom issue. He backed the LGBT community." - Caitlyn Jenner shares her thoughts on Donald Trump. This reminds me of her infatuation with Ted Cruz. Perhaps she wishes Trump were behind her! As we were preparing for our annual Independence Day jaunt to Provincetown, a crazed male model was running around Times Square at 8AM - an odd hour for public nudity, but that's just me. The crazed model in question was Krit McClean, a 21year-old Thai-British student at Columbia University and a Ford Model. Krit's day started as he walked around Times Square muttering to himself and discarding articles of clothing. When he was approached by a security guard, McClean scrambled up the stairs to the roof of the TKTS Booth. There he continued his striptease - at one point, he hit a woman on the sidewalk with his watch! Police quickly arrived, which happens when a nude male model is screaming and dancing on the roof of a NYC building. At one point, he screamed, "I love fashion. It's

Then, most shockingly, he referred to himself as a virgin! The police set up one of those inflatable bouncy pads on the ground and tried to coax him off. After about 90 minutes, he leapt from the 16-foot roof, just missing the pad and breaking his arm. As he was being transported to Bellevue Hospital, he continued his ranting. She was in town to take part in a fundraiser for Camp Lightbulb, an overnight summer camp in Provincetown for LGBTQ youth ages 14 to 17. Camp Lightbulb is called a place "filled with fun, pride, community, friends, support, self-discovery and memories to last a lifetime!" I'm not sure that's the experience Cait had. Quite a few people heckled her as she walked down Commercial Street. "You're a fraud," and "We don't want you here" were heard, as Cait blithely strolled by with her entourage. I think even we in the gay community are on an educational curve when it comes to transgender people - and having such a polarizing figure as Caitlyn in the spotlight only makes it more confusing.

Kristin Chenoweth just headlined a private reading of "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" for a potential revival on Broadway. This project has been in the works for a couple of years, but it took a while to assemble the perfect cast - even for the reading. Chenoweth was joined by Jennifer Holliday as Jewel, Kevin McKidd as Ed Earl Dodd, Christopher Sieber as Melvin P. Thorpe, and Kerry Butler as Doatsey Mae. From the Chicken Ranch to the Neverland Ranch. Michael Jackson's infamous lair is back in the news. Video from the 2003 raid has revealed details of his so-called "secret sex den" which was behind three deadbolts. He allegedly had a stockpile of pornographic images, animal torture, S&M and gore. While I refuse to believe MJ enjoyed that stuff, I suppose it might entice pre-pubescent boys. One of the items discovered was an autographed photo of Macaulay Culkin, signed "Don't leave me alone in the house!" Sounds like one of those notes you throw out the window hoping a passerby will come across it. At Neverland, it would have been eaten by a passing llama! But the pièce de résistance was a large photo of JonBenet Ramsey. Turns out, it wasn't actually JonBenet it was a look-alike who posed with a noose around her neck! Research backs me up on this. Several studies have shown that male bisexuality, if it exists at all, is VERY rare. In the latest research, scientists put penis sensors on gay, straight and bisexual men and gauged the differences in their arousal when they watched straight porn versus gay porn. Guess what happened? The gay guys were aroused by gay porn but not straight porn. The hetero guys were aroused by straight porn but not gay porn. The guys who self-identified as "bisexual?" They were EXCLUSIVELY aroused by one or the other, usually by gay porn. This latest study is the largest of several reports confirming the same results. Research on sexual orientation has almost always been based on self-reporting.

That's why the average penis size in Kinsey's studies is about six inches while the latest studies show it's closer to five. Let's face it, men lie. Now before I get hate mail from the three genuinely bisexual men in America, I don't think having sex with women makes you bisexual anymore than a straight guy having sex with another man makes him gay.
