Dicky Waffles

Kinky's Dessert Bar, New York City's first (extremely) adult bakery, has a no-prudes policy when it comes to its XXX-rated confections, like blush-worthy Dicky Waffles, crisp phallic-shaped cakes filled with an array of homemade creams and finished off with finger-licking glazes. Anatomically correct VaJayJay versions of the waffles also are available, along with “Fuck Me” graphic cookies and cupcakes with pierced nipple toppings. Reinberger Nut Butters

Some products naturally lean into a gay-ish aesthetic, like Reinberger's Nut Butters, created by namesake co-founders Luke Rein, who identifies as bisexual, and Joseph Berger – a team of Olympictrained rowers who sought to fill a hole (in the spreadable nut market) for a plant-based source of vital nutrients and energy-providing protein. Our favorite? Traveler's Treat, a trail mix/peanut butter hybrid packed with bits of raisin, banana and coconut. ReinbergerNB.com

Essential Tips for

Macro Meal Management By Rorie Weisberg

42 | HotspotsMagazine.com

Have you heard all about the magic of Macro Meals? Combining a protein, healthy fat, carb and fiber source in all your meals and snacks makes them Macro Meals, and they will keep you all fueled up for hours. That's what to eat. Then there's when to eat. While each meal should include all four parts of a Macro Meal, your body needs a stronger emphasis on different macros throughout the day. Here are tips to help you in your macro meal management:

Breakfast

You know how everyone always says that breakfast is the most important meal of the day? As a certified health coach, I can tell you that if you skip breakfast, your body won't let you forget it. Eventually, you'll eat, but you will never fully shake that gnawing, craving feeling in your stomach. And it's not just any breakfast your body needs. You guessed it – it's a Macro breakfast. I find fats to be a crucial component of breakfast. Without enough fat in the early part of the day, you'll be craving excess carbs later on – typically 4:00 pm! Sound familiar?

Lunch

While breakfast is the time our bodies need the most fat, lunch is the best time of day to pack in the protein. The body is at its most active in the middle of the day. Your metabolism is all revved up and in need of amino acids that only protein can provide. So, make sure that lunch gives you a real, solid protein, preferably fish, meat or chicken, along with the other macros.

Dinner

If you're a seasoned dieter, this part will shock you, because the fat phobia of the '90s has evolved into the carb phobia of today. The macronutrient I always highlight at dinner is complex carbohydrates.

Women who have learned to be scared of carbs often avoid them at dinner, because they reason that they “can't burn them off” at the end of the day. But those same women find themselves experiencing late-night cravings and even sleeping issues. That's because we need a quality whole carb source to help our bodies wind down in the evening. Carbs raise our serotonin (calming hormone) levels, bring down cortisol (stress hormone) levels, and increase melatonin (sleepy hormone) levels. They are literally comfort food! Besides, we're tired at night, and we tend to gravitate to sweet foods. Why not satisfy our sweet tooth with something that's full of nutrients? When clients of mine need to limit their carb intake due to metabolic issues or in order to achieve a healthy weight, I encourage them to save their higheststarch vegetable for dinner. Just having chicken and salad with olive oil is not a filling option at any time of day, and at dinner, it can prevent you from balancing your hormones for a peaceful night's sleep. Make a concerted effort to eat clean, balanced meals and feel the freedom fullness brings. If you need help with your meal planning, check out my brand new cookbook, Food You Love: That Loves You Back. It features over 200 recipes that are kosher and made with wholesome, easy-to-find ingredients. Many of the recipes are also gluten-free! Wishing you the best of health!

Islanders Decend On The Island City By Jameer Baptiste

54 | HotspotsMagazine.com

Yep, you heard that right! Preparation is in order because there's an invasion that's about to engulf the Island city. The Island folk of Trinidad, Bahamas, Haiti, Cuba, Jamaica, Guyana, just to name a few are on their way. To prepare accordingly make sure to purchase feathers, gems, and the skimpiest of boy shorts and string bathing suits. You're going to need them to endure the sizzle that's about to take place in Wilton Manors on Saturday, August 13, 2022. It's PrideFête, An LGBTQ+ Caribbean Festival at Richardson Historic Park and Nature Preserve from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Once an annual sight to be seen was taken away from the Island City for a couple of years. But now it's back in all its galore and benevolence. So, get ready to whine your waist to the Caribbean beats and fill your belly with the soul cooking

from the different Caribbean islands. PrideFête will have a wealth of stage performances and deejays that embodied the Caribbean Carnival spirit along with traditional Caribbean food that hit the right spot and community vendors that celebrate and cater to both the Caribbean culture and the LGBTQ+ community. Not to mention, drinks on deck to loosen you up so those hips can gyrate up until the late evening. It'll be nonstop bachata, merenque, compas, dancehall, reggae, soca, zouk and so much more. It's a cultural experience that you're not going to want to miss out on. And get this, it's open and welcoming to all - all races, all genders, all nationalities! And don't you dare feel that just because you don't whine your waist, you can't join in on the festivities. Believe you me the music will permeate you to the core and the inability won’t matter. This is an enjoyable experience for all. A moment and time to experience a unique and distinctive culture that embodies dance, food and body positivity. Why body positivity you ask? Because those skimpy boy shorts and string bathing suits that accompany the elaborate gems

“...get ready to whine your waist to the Caribbean beats and fill your belly with the soul cooking from the different Caribbean islands.” and feathered Carnival costumes are made for all shapes and sizes, and the Caribbean culture loves them all. Whether your physique is lean and muscular or bold and voluptuous, the barely-there Carnival outfits fit the mold of each body type. Both your eyes and ears are going to be titillated. In fact, all your senses will be, sight, taste, touch and hearing. But don't take my word for it. Come and experience the Island City Islander invasion for yourself. Pre-sale tickets are available now for $5 General Admission and $50 VIP, which include festival entry for 1, access to the indoor VIP lounge, 5 free drink tickets with a private VIP bar and complimentary Caribbean Hors D' oeuvres. How to Put Together the Perfect Wine Menu for Your Next Meal, Party or Event

By Mason

60 | HotspotsMagazine.com

Wine pairing is a real skill that takes time to master. That being said, sharpening your skills and developing your palate will never be a waste of time. The right combination of food and wine can transform a meal and take it to another level. When you start learning how to pair food and wine, the most important thing you can do is to experiment. There is no way to know if something will work for sure unless you try it. Wine pairing is a skill that others always find fascinating, and it will help you to start lots of conversations with new and interesting people. It has a reputation for being an elitist skill, but it is something everyone can enjoy – even if you don't know very much about wine. We have put together this guide to help you dive into the world

of wine pairing. Now, you can make the pairing choices yourself, rather than relying on notes on the bottle or stranger's recommendations on the internet.

Basic Tips

Before we take a deep dive into the rules of wine pairing, let's cover some of the basics. We also have different taste buds and different taste pallets, so what one person finds delicious, another person might not enjoy. It is important to bear this in mind when you first start learning to pair wine and food. The more pairs you try, the more you will learn about your personal tastes and the preferences of the people around you.

Play A Game Of Matchmaking

When you first start wine pairing, start by looking for food and wines that are considered by most to be a good match. These pairs will often share characteristics. For example, you might want to pair a light and citrusy fish dish with an airy white wine with notes of lemon. Or you may want to pair a rich, dark dessert with a red wine that has notes of dates and cocoa. As you are getting used to flavor profiles, start by pairing robust wines with bold and flavorsome meals. And pair white wines with light meals you might want to enjoy on a summer's day.

You may find it helpful to keep notes on your journey to becoming a wine tasting master.

Pair Low-Alcohol Wines With Spicy Dishes. If you are eating a spicy meal, the last thing you want to do is pair it with a bottle of strong wine. And not just because there will be too many flavors. Alcohol actually makes the experience of eating spicy food a lot more intense. It won't dampen down the burning in your mouth – if anything it will make the sensation harder to bear. If you still want to pair a wine with your spicy food, then we suggest picking out something with lower alcohol content. Look for something between 9% and 11%.

Pair Red Meats With Red Wines

Some people consider this to be a cardinal rule of wine pairing – but trust us, red meats can pair well with many types of wine. However, this is a good place to start when you are first getting used to pairing dishes HotspotsMagazine.com | 61

That being said, a chocolate-based dessert might pair well with something a little richer. Or you might even be tempted to serve your dish with a dessert wine. It is best to try these combinations before serving them to guests.

Earthy Foods Go Best With Earthy Wines

Many people struggle to find wines that compliment foods with earthy flavors. So, pairing earthy foods with a bottle of wine often requires a little practice. The best thing you can do is to taste the dish first and write down the key flavor notes and then start looking for wines that contain similar flavors. Test the pairing, and if that doesn't work start looking for a new wine.

Acidic Wines Cut Through Fattier Dishes

and bottles. Red meat has a high-fat content, which is what gives it a lot of flavors. If you want a wine that is going to stand up to those flavors, you can't go wrong with a bottle of red wine. The tannin in the red wine gives it a bold flavor profile.

For Desserts, Look Toward The Light

Another rule of thumb (which we believe should be broken often) is to pair lighter, mostly white wines, with dessert. If a dessert is full of fruit then you are going to find that many sweet and fruity white wines will pair really well with the dish. You don't want to pick a wine that is going to change the way the dessert tastes in your mouth.

62 | HotspotsMagazine.com

If you are serving a dish with a high-fat content then you are going to want to look for a wine that is going to cut through that – rather than make the flavors more intense. An easy way to find a wine to do this is to get one with acidic notes. Most red wines will have acidic notes because of their high tannin content. But you will also find that some of the dryer white wines can do the job just as well. You can use the other rules on this list to help guide you toward the right wine. Acidic Wines Do Not Go With Dairy. There is a sugar in dairy called lactose. This sugar does not mix well with acidic flavors. Mixing acid into a cup of milk would cause it to curdle. Therefore, you do not want to mix acidic wines with dairyheavy dishes. It will create a strange and unpleasant mix of tastes and textures in your mouth. If you are trying to find a wine to pair with a dairy-filled dish, then look for something on the sweeter side – with notes of stone fruits or something similar.

Do Not Mix Bitter With Bitter

If you wanted paint to be less red, you wouldn't mix another red paint into it. So, if you are looking to make a dish less bitter overall then you are not going to want to pair it with a glass of bitter wine. If you are cooking up a dish with lots of tannins in it, then you are not going to want to pair it with a red wine. Instead, you will want to look for something light, sweet, and fresh to pair with it. A wine that will almost act like a palate cleanser that allows you to enjoy your meal more.

Red wines to pair with red meat:

Cabernets Zinfandel Shiraz Merlot Malbec

White wines to pair with red meat: Chardonnay Pinot Grigio Sauvignon Blanc Riesling Champagne

Wines that will pair well with salads: Sancerre Pouilly-Fume Oaked Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc

Summary

Pair Wines And Foods From The Same Region

Our final piece of advice is to choose your wine based on the type of cuisine you are cooking. Are you serving up a Japanese dish? Then pair it with sake. Are you enjoying an Italian fish dish, then pair it with a glass of Italian white wine? A traditional, heavy French dish might pair with a rich Bordeaux wine. Using this method to pick the wine will give you a more authentic dining experience. It will allow you to enjoy the meal in the way the locals would.

Wine pairing is a skill that can help you to improve every evening meal you eat – or lunch if you like a glass of wine at midday. It is a skill you can use to impress your friends and to make new ones. Now that you have learned how to pair wines with food – it's time for you to head out to your local wine shop and grab yourself a couple of bottles. For research purposes of course. Island City Stage Presents “One in Two” by Donja R. Love Aug 4-Sept 4 Three actors sit in an ethereal waiting room. Each performance, the audience chooses which actor must portray the lead character of a Black man diagnosed with HIV in Island City Stage's newest production of “One in Two,” by Donja R. Love. This compelling story, an unflinching portrait of being Black and gay in America today, will run from August 4 – September 4. “One in Two” is the last production of the awardwinning theater company's 10th Anniversary 2021-22 South Florida Season. Directed by San Diego's Moxie Theatre co-founder and NAACP theatre awardwinner Delicia Turner Sonnenberg, “One in Two” refers to the current HIV projection rate that 1 in 2 black men who have sex 88 | HotspotsMagazine.com

with men (MSM) and 1 in 4 Latino MSM in the United States will be diagnosed with HIV during their lifetime, according to a 2016 analysis by researchers at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Unlike other plays, in this production, the audience chooses nightly which actor must portray the fated lead character. "When I first discovered 'One in Two' during its Off-Broadway run, just prior to Covid, I knew it was a story we needed to tell,” said Andy Rogow, artistic director of Island City Stage. “We're looking forward to sharing this story that is not often heard in our community - how HIV positive vulnerable men are treated by the LGBT+ and Black communities. We hope theatregoers will come away with a deeper understanding of this epidemic and be motivated to make a difference to help end this very real stigma and disease.” “One in Two” stars Kevane Coleman, Randall Swinton and Nathaniel J. Ryan. “One in Two” is sponsored by Sue Wilder with additional support from Community Foundation of Broward, the Broward County Cultural Council and Florida Department of State Division of Arts & Culture. Island City Stage's 10th anniversary 2021-22 “One in Two” by Donja Love is the company's final season performance. Island City Stage is located at 2304 N. Dixie Highway in Wilton Manors. Show tickets are $35 each and are available at islandcitystage.org/one-in-two. Visit islandcitystage.org, call (954) 928-9800 or email md@islandcitystage.org.

Foodies Special Issue

Diets:

Decoded By S. Elfman

As the years pass you may notice that everyone around you is on some new diet you've never heard of or following some special eating plan. You invite a friend to dinner, they accept, but warn you they are 94 | HotspotsMagazine.com

gluten-free and Pescatarian. What does this mean? You want to bring a hottie to the latest foodie spot but they're vegan–what do you do? Don't cancel any plans yet Hotspots is here to help.

Vegan

Those who follow a vegan diet do not eat any food derived from animals. This includes meat, pork, poultry, fish, dairy, eggs, gelatin and sometimes honey (depending on the person). A Vegan's aim typically is to reduce the suffering of animals, not eating the healthiest food.

Impossible burgers and greasy fries are aok. Bring on the sweets!

Plant-Based

Same as vegan, but followed for health reasons. They do not eat vegan “junk food” like fries, pizza with vegan cheese, etc. and eat food from plant-sources. Think a lessfun version of Veganism. Lots of greens–skip desert.

Vegetarian

Those who follow a Vegetarian diet do not eat meat, pork, poultry and fish. They do eat dairy, eggs and honey. This can be defined even further, if you were not already confused: Lacto-ovo-vegetarian: They do not eat meat and fish, but do eat dairy products and eggs.

Lacto-vegetarian: They do not eat any meat, fish or eggs, but do eat dairy products. Ovo-vegetarian: They do not eat any meat, fish or dairy products, but do eat eggs. Luckily most people following these variations identify as vegetarian so you won't have to commit all this to memory. Phew!

Pescatarian

Those who follow a Pescatarian diet eat similarly to a Vegetarian diet – no meat, poultry or pork – but with the addition of fish and seafood. Fish and Chips anyone?

Gluten-free

A Gluten-free diet excludes products with gluten. Mind-blowing, I know. What is gluten you may ask? Well, it is a protein found in wheat and grains. Many eaters who have wheat allergies or suffer from celiac disease can only eat gluten-free foods. There are products and even restaurants that specialize in these diets. When entertaining a person with these restrictions it's important to ask them what foods are safe. There are also some that choose this diet simply for weight loss.

HotspotsMagazine.com | 95

Fruitarian

Similar to veganism, as followers of this diet do not eat any food derived from animals, but Fruitarians eat mainly fruits, seeds and nuts.

Raw Diet

Keto

Those on the Keto diet follow a low-carb, high fat diet and it is similar to the trendy Atkins Diet from back in the day. Keto followers avoid sugar, starch, most fruit, beans, root vegetables, unhealthy fats, sugar-free junk food, sweet condiments and alcohol. But, they can eat a lot of meat.

Flexitarian

A Flexitarian is a vegetarian who occasionally strays from the diet and eats meat, poultry, pork or fish. Are you cheating vegetarian? We got a name for ya!

Macrobiotic

Inspired by Zen Buddism, a Macrobiotic diet is about finding balance in your life and is based on the yin and yang of the food you eat. Not following? Me either. In easier terms, those who follow a Macrobiotic diet aim to eat local foods in season and focus on eating thoughtfully. It is mostly vegan and followers avoid foods in the nightshade family – potatoes, eggplant and tomatoes – for example. 96 | HotspotsMagazine.com

It sounds a little sexy – and seemed it as most of us were introduced to the concept through Smith's first appearance on “Sex and the City,” but it is mostly just a diet of food that is unprocesed. A Raw diet is just like it says– a diet mainly composed of raw food.

GET CHISELED THIS SUMMER!

The summer heat is a big reason for you to pump up, strip down, and show it off! Most bodybuilders know how to bulk up by eating more chicken, beef and fish as well as enhancing with a variety of supplements, some legal, some not so much. But if you look and feel too thick you may not be showing off your hard work to its true advantage. Chiseling down to look leaner and more cut for a contest, photo shoot or just a new bathing

suit takes a little more time and preparation. Simply cutting calories or worse yet, starving your self, won’t work. Such a strategy will cause you to lose a few pounds of fat, but mostly you’ll sacrifice lean muscle. This will only cause your metabolism to spiral down the toilet. Your body needs good quality, low glycemic index carbs for energy. Your muscles crave lean quality protein to recover and grow after monster workouts. In addition, a certain amount of fat in your diet is

”Your last meal is also crucial to your metabolism. In general, consume most of your much needed carbohydrates after 4 or 5 in the evening.”

necessary to produce and benefit from vital hormones. When dieting, never miss meals! Instead, try eating 4-6 smaller meals every 2-3 hours throughout the day. Your metabolism increases every time you eat, and a faster metabolism burns more fat and builds more muscle. If you skip meals and end up in a state of chronic hunger, your body will decline into a catabolic state, and you’ll lose lean muscle. Starving your body also causes it to store fat more easily. Especially critical is your first meal: a national survey of several thousand people who had dropped an average of 70 pounds and kept it off for at least a year found that 78% ate breakfast every day. Your last meal is also crucial to your metabolism. In general, consume most of your much needed carbohydrates after 4 or 5 in the evening. Your final feeding should be low in carbohydrates not only because you will be expending less energy, but also because eating a carb-rich meal late in the day can trigger an insulin response while you sleep. Over time, insulin tends to cause an increase in body fat storage. Never eat at night unless you train late in the day. Naturally, late evening grazing and snacking is a “no, no”!

When planning your meals always try to focus upon a 3-2-1 ratio of carbs, protein and unsaturated fat obtained from good, clean, healthy foods. Emphasize less refined foods and lower-glycemic, fiber- based carbohydrates. Oatmeal, beans and yams are “good carbs.” Beer, cookies and donuts are “bad carbs.” While chiseling that beefy body, expect to lose no more than ½ lb.to 3 pounds of body weight per week. Losing too much too soon is a recipe for lower metabolism and the lower your metabolism, the less energy you will have and the more your body will cling to fat. Doing cardio-vascular training and increasing activity level is important, but don’t overdo heavy duty cardio. 3 to 4 times per week for 40 minutes should produce the lean muscular results you desire!

political operative Roy Cohn (who was himself closeted and viciously homophobic until his death from AIDS in the 1980s) and then continuing through the decades, the characters will move in and out of each other's lives as history unfolds. The eight-episode series is created by Ron Nyswaner (“Philadelphia”) and will begin production in Toronto soon, so be on the lookout for a trip to the bad old days coming in, we're guessing, 2023.

Bommer Meets Bridgerton in “Fellow Travelers” Jonathan Bailey played Anthony Bridgerton on the wildly popular Netflix series “Bridgerton,” but he's about to trade in his aristocratic period costumes for a different sort of journey into the past, alongside Matt Bomer and Allison Williams in the upcoming Showtime limited series “Fellow Travelers.” Bailey and Bomer, 110 | HotspotsMagazine.com

both of whom are gay, will play gay men working in the world of post-WWII Washington, D.C. politics, when there was no choice but to be closeted during the harrowing 1950s “Lavender Scare.” Set in moment when Joseph McCarthy hunted “subsersives and sexual deviants” alongside

CLEA DUVALL TAKES A “DAY JOB” We've admired Clea DuVall's no-nonsense demeanor as an actor since the' 90s in “But I'm A Cheerleader,” all the way up to projects like “Argo and “Veep.” Then we cheered for her when she became a director of queer comedies like “Happiest Season.” Now she's behind the camera as well as in front for her new

series, “Day Job.” Taking on producing, writing, directing and acting, DuVall co-stars alongside Mary Holland (“Physical,” “Happiest Season”), who plays a woman entering the workforce with no life experiences or skills. There's very little information besides that brief synopsis and those stars, but if DuVall is in the driver's seat, we're automatically interested. We'll be checking back in as it takes shape. For now, rejoice at lesbians getting things done in Hollywood.

extended family of SpiderMan stories. Kraven, a supervillain from the Spider-Man comics, will be played by Aaron TaylorJohnson (he's part of the same world as other tangential Spider-Man villains Morbius and Venom) and co-starring alongside DeBose are Russell Crowe, Alessandro Nivola, and Christopher Abbott. Will Tom Hardy or Jared Leto join the cast, too, since they're Venom and Morbius, respectively? Look, we don't even know what character DeBose has taken, so we'll all just wait until various sneak peek trailers drop at upcoming Comic-Cons. These things take time and they always arrive cloaked in spoilerproof battle gear.

ARIANA DEBOSE JOINS THE MCU Once you have most of the major awards under your belt, the offers start rolling in. And now that queer AfroLatina icon Ariana DeBose (“West Side Story”) has more than a few to her name, Marvel asked for her talents. Luckily for the MCU, she consented to be in one of their projects. It's called “Kraven The Hunter,” with acclaimed filmmaker J.C. Chandor (“A Most Violent Year”) at the helm, it's currently in production in London, and it's part of the

BILLY PORTER, LUKE EVANS SQUARE OFF OVER 'OUR SON' Billy Porter's directorial debut, “Anything's Possible,” is fresh to streaming on Amazon as you read this, so now the “Pose” star is heading back to the other side of the camera. “Our Son,” currently in pre-production

from filmmaker Bill Oliver and screenwriter Peter Nickowitz — who previously collaborated on the 2018 feature, “Jonathan” — will star Porter and Luke Evans (“Nine Perfect Strangers”) who will play a married couple going through a divorce and fighting over the custody of their 8-year-old son. So far Evans and Porter are the only announced cast, and the project is currently nailing down a distributor, so this is early in the process. But we're thrilled to see two gay actors playing gay roles, resigned to the inevitability of queer media covering the messiness of divorce and custody, and convinced that the creative team will come up with humane and stylish work-throughs regarding which divorcé will be the strict dad on a tight schedule and a car pool rotation shift and which will be the cool dad who takes the kid out for ice cream. Let's take a safe guess and aim this one for 2023, just in time for the Supreme Court to gut samesex marriage.

By Andreus Quinones

Dear Andreus, I have a friend and we used to be really close, but we don’t talk or hang out much anymore. Recently, I have been seeing his ex-boyfriend whenever I go out barhopping. There has always been some attraction and sexual energy between his ex and I, but I never acted on it out of respect for my friendship with my friend. Now that the dynamics have changed in our friendship, is it okay for me to pursue something with his ex, or even sleep with him? Help! Sincerely, Joseph R. Dear Joseph, That is a very delicate situation. I am a person very true to “friend-code”, which basically means that people that your friends have dated, had relationships with or are interested in – are off limits. Everyone does not live by this code, therefore you should probably talk to your friend to see how he feels about it, if you still have or value your friendship. I tend to think of friendships first, since oftentimes they are more long-lasting than

relationships in our lifestyle. If you feel comfortable doing so, talk to your friend and let him know how you feel, before you move forward with anything. If you do decide to go for it without speaking to your friend, just know that there can be consequences like losing that friendship. Ultimately, only you know. Hope it works out for all involved! Dear Andreus, I am dating someone, and I really like where it is going, but I am afraid to tell him my secret. I am homeless. Every time we meet, I have him to pick me up in a general location, or at a friend’s house. He has recently started asking when he can “come over”, because I always go to his place. I lost nearly everything during the pandemic and have not been able to find stable housing. I am afraid that sharing this might cause him to look at me differently. What should I do? Sincerely, Francois S. Dear Francois, If I have said it once, I have said it a million times. Honesty is the best policy. If he judges you based on your current life circumstances (which it seems were out of your control), then you must question if this is the right person for you. Tell him, exactly what you just told me. The pandemic hit a lot of people hard, and there was a lot of loss. I am pretty sure that he will be understanding and might even offer to help. If he does, don’t let pride get in the way. If he reacts badly, then maybe you should cut your losses now. No one needs anyone kicking them when they are down, we should be lifting each other up. I hope that this helps. Be honest, let the chips fall where they may and act accordingly.
