Croissant sandwich with lettuce, cucumber and tomato.
Filler for Romaine lettuce cups or cucumber boats Make tea sandwiches by removing the crust from the sandwich bread and cutting into four pieces
INGREDIENTS I4 cups diced chicken breast (two full Chicken breasts from a plain rotisserie chicken ½ cup chopped celery ¼ cup red onion 1 large tablespoon Dijon mustard ½ cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1 tablespoon dried tarragon ( fresh is great too but you can use more) ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon Kosher salt (or less to taste)

Mix it all up! Let it sit for about 15 minutes for the flavors to meld.
Switch up the flavor OMIT dijon, tarragon and salt and ADD yellow curry powder or jerk seasoning. A lot of curry powders and jerk seasonings have salt. Check the ingredients and salt, if necessary. FRIDAY FREEBIE: WWW.SETAPARTSHOP.COM
