HYDRATE

HYDRATE with Herbal Tea

Ingredients

I am in a constant state of dehydration. I know I need to drink more, but I honestly get bored and I don’t like to spend money on flavored waters. I’m also inherently cheap. I have one of those pitchers that uses fruit to infuse your water. Love it! I've made cucumber/lime and ginger/lemon water. However, when the fridge gets packed, the pitcher of water is the first to hit the counter. We drink herbal tea pretty regularly, in the afternoon and again during our evening wind down. Herbal teas also hit the spot for hydration. It dawned on me to make an individual cold brew tea. I figure this will certainly help me get that extra 20 ounces of hydration that I always seems to miss. CHEERS!

Two herbal tea bags Filtered water Sweetener of choice 20 oz water personal/reusable water bottle Add ins: collagen powder, lemon, lime, agave, the possibilities are endless

Directions

Put the tea bags in the water bottle & fill with the filtered water. Tighten cap and put in the fridge. The next day you will have perfectly chilled cold-brewed herbal tea to sip on. I don’t sweeten mine but you can choose any add in that you choose. Just shake it up and enjoy
