Volume 61, Edition 5, When those who proclaim, “This is a battle for the soul of the nation,” listen to them. The good vs. evil battle is not relegated only to Washington DC. It’s in your hometown. Put on the full armor of God. ***** Joe and Jill Biden are welcoming dozens of NCAA athletes from men’s and women’s national championship teams in Division I, II, and III to support “College Athlete Day” and giving them a chance to celebrate their championships at the White House. However, those who aren't vaccinated will have to wear a mask at all times and maintain at least six feet distance from others. One of these days Americans are going to get fed up with the tyranny that was brought about in 2020. The optics will hopefully wake people up soon. Wakey wakey. ***** We had the pleasure of doing business with our local plumber over the weekend (see the ad at the bottom right). Someone in our house, not me, thought it was a good idea to put 417 strawberries in the garbage disposal in a 1967 house with a seemingly halfinch drain pipe. Trent and his local crew come highly recommended.

fore according to Library Director Torrey Stricklin. The library summer program actually held a kickoff on Friday, June 2 where 124 people were in attendance to see a balloon drop, face painting, and prizes drawn every half hour. The library has 89 kids enrolled in the Summer Reading Program. Texoma Workforce was in attendance at the kickoff with a booth to visit with people about their programs. Last Monday, about 90 people were on -hand for the Ms. Maria program including youngsters from the community, from Koti Academy, and from Summit Hill Elementary summer school. Today’s program will see the Southwest Dairy Farmers which operate The Southwest Dairy Museum and Education Center located in Sulphur Springs, Texas and serves as the headquarters for the many activities sponsored by the Southwest and Southland Dairy Farmers. They will bring a truck and a cow and teach kids about the cows and how to milk the cow. Since the event is outside, people are encouraged to bring a chair. “It just seems pretty cool to me,” said Stricklin who said animal interactions with kids were very popular last year. Next week’s program will be held on Tuesday instead of Monday at 10 am and the library will see a visit from the Perot Museum Tech Truck. They will

set up multiple STEM stations within the library for kids to learn about Science, Technology, and Math. On Monday, June 19 at 10 am, a live kangaroo will visit the library as Monkey See Monkey Do will make a return as they had a presentation in 2022. There will be other animals, but Stricklin was adamant about having a kangaroo. “They had a sloth last year, so I wanted a kangaroo this year,” said Stricklin. It wouldn’t be a summer event without a Touch-A-Truck and the Howe Community Library will host theirs on July 26 at 10 am. Expected to be there are Howe Police Department, Howe Fire Department, Kubota, Bobcat from Sherman, and GCEC. She’s hoping to have the return of the helicopter as well as a trash truck and a county equipment truck. There will also be a book sale that day in conjunction with the event. Stricklin and the staff at the library get help from volunteers as 14 middle school students spend two hours at a time helping out. The library has partnered with the Grayson Crisis Center for Storytime on Tuesdays at 10 am. On Wednesdays at noon, the library hosts a “Crafternoon” program where kids can create crafts by painting, and coloring. There were around 20 on the first day last week. Some made popsicle dragonflies as their crafts. (Continued on page 3)

City sales tax up 27% over June 2023 Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced last week he will send cities, counties, transit systems and special purpose districts $1.03 billion in local sales tax allocations for June, 2 percent more than in June 2022. These allocations are based on sales made in April by businesses that report tax monthly. In Howe, the total of $55,958.05 is an increase of 27% above the June 2022 amount of $44,173.99.

Howe’s Economic Development Director Monte Walker says once the city becomes wastewater self-sufficient, Howe will see skyrocketing increases.

Executive Order 13848 to drain the swamp

President Donald Trump’s Executive Order 13848 might be the most monumental piece of paper since the Declaration of Independence. National Emergencies and executive orders were not supposed to be passed down from president to president. When they drag on for decades, it shows that the United States is a federal corporation dating back to the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 which effectively put the US back under the British Crown. Soon thereafter, the British Accreditation Registry (B.A.R.) was instituted for attorneys at law. In 1889, Stoutenburgh v. Hennick outlined that the District of Columbia is a foreign territory. 28 U.S. Code § 3002 – Definitions outline how the United States is a federal corporation. All of this stated above does not represent a Constitutional Republic. Those that constantly say Trump is a “threat to our democracy” are really speaking the truth. We the People have been living under a federal corporation our entire lives and our parents’ entire lives. It’s not our fault, but we can fix it and that is taking place. It’s called the “draining of the swamp.” Executive Order 13848 declared a national emergency under the scopes of election fraud and interference. This national emergency would not benefit the beneficiary recipient of the election interference. Therefore, “Joe Biden” (a fictitious president), assumingly would let this national emergency expire and distance the country away from this topic. However, “Biden” has extended this national emergency and

a

executive order twice, and it now expires in September 2023. Executive Order 13848: “Although there has been no evidence of a foreign power altering the outcome or vote tabulation in any United States election, foreign powers have historically sought to exploit America's free and open political system. In recent years, the proliferation of digital devices and internet-based communications has created significant vulnerabilities and magnified the scope and intensity of the threat of foreign interference, as illustrated in the 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment. I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with this threat.” That clearly states that there is no evidence of foreign power altering the outcome or vote tabulation in ANY United States election (federal, state, county, or local). What it didn’t say is there was no evidence of “domestic” power altering the outcome or vote tabulation of any United States election. Domestic power is what Trump refers to as the swamp while some others refer to it as the Deep State. These are people consisting of not just one party such as the Democrats as many people like to think. But this group is a solidified unit of members from both sides of the aisle that oppose the will of the people and draw from a Marxist ideology. “Draining the swamp” was not just a cutesy slogan for Trump. It meant literal war. Executive Order 13848 was signed on (Continued on page 9)

EO 13848 Draining the swamp (Continued from page 8)

September 12, 2018, before any election had taken place under his term. That means any evidence of domestic powers altering elections must have been known about from 2016 and prior which indicates voting machines and tabulators adding and subtracting votes were known about prior to the mid-term elections in 2018. In other words, this is the greatest sting operation known to man in any of our lifetimes. Federal Continuity Directive 1 issued January 17, 2021, set forth a continuity of government and cancelled all directives previously issued. The United States is under a continuity of government which places the United States Military in full control. The most recent National Continuity Release was issued in April 2023 which states with consistency with Executive Order 13961 (another Trump E.O. issued in December 2020) which is a federal commission resilience strategy. That is clear evidence that we are living under a Continuity of Government where the US Constitution is paused, and the US Military is in control under the Military Occupancy which is found in the Law War Manual which was issued June 12, 2015 – just days before Trump famously came down the escalator. The Military Justice Act of 2016 makes this extremely important because it separates military laws from civil laws. It also separates the office of the President from the Office of the Commander-In-Chief. It also separates the Commander-In-Chief from Article III of the Constitution which is the federal government. On January 6, 2021, after two objections in Congress, the “insurrection” conveniently took place. All of this, however, was a planned military oper-

ation to expose the swamp or Deep State, or whichever villain name you label them. Congress did not adhere to 3 U.S. Code § 15 - Counting electoral votes in Congress which outlines the proper process to rectify the objections after the “insurrection.” That night, Congress broke 18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason; 18 U.S. Code § 2384 - Seditious conspiracy; 18 U.S. Code § 2385 - Advocating overthrow of Government; 52 U.S. Code Chapter 205 - NATIONAL VOTER REGISTRATION. Executive Order 13848 traps all governors, attorney generals, secretaries of state, judges, and lawyers who do not uphold or apply the laws that were put into place. The line was drawn, and those individuals decided their fate by pocket. This operation is multi-layered and is not hidden away from people. All of it is in plain sight on government and military websites in laws and orders. We must be willing to read and educate ourselves against the swamp that operates and controls the narratives that divide us between race, age, gender, religion, and all other avenues. This is biblical.

This information is a summary of the research from Derek Johnson, a retired Army veteran.

City of Howe SECONDS COUNT IN AN EMERGENCY! That's why the City of Howe has instituted the CodeRED Emergency Notification System - an ultra high-speed telephone communication service for emergency notifications. This system allows us to telephone all or targeted areas in case of an emergency situation that requires immediate action (such as a boil-water notice, missing child or evacuation notices). The system is capable of dialing 60,000 phone numbers per hour. It then delivers a pre-recorded message describing the situations to a live person or an answering machine in the affected area possibly including instructions requiring action on the part of the recipient. Once the situation is remedied, another call will be placed to the area signaling that the issue has been addressed and that normal activities can be resumed. The following information is required to add a telephone number into the "CodeRED" database: first and last name; address (physical address, no P.O. boxes); city; state; Zip Code; and primary phone number. The system works with cellular phones but requires a valid street address. When entering information, please fill out all of the screens because the newest data entered will replace the old data. Texas History Minute Adversity, it is said, is the truest test of character. When times are flush and problems scarce, few will have to find a way Ken Bridges to rise to the occasion when the occasion has risen for them. Gov. Joseph Sayers was a man who faced many crises in his life and faced even greater crises as governor as the state weathered a number of natural disasters. Even in the face of disaster, Sayers found ways to pave a path forward for Texas. Joseph Draper Sayers was born in Granada, in northern Mississippi, in 1841. It was a family of farmers, as most families were at that time. Tragedy befell the family while he was still young. His mother died in 1851; and as a result, his distraught father moved him and his younger brother to Texas to start over. Eventually, the family settled in the Bastrop area, and the two brothers both attended the Bastrop Military Institute. When the Civil War erupted, he and his brother both enlisted in the Confederate army. As it turned out, Sayers would become one of the last Civil War veterans to serve as Texas governor. He served in the 5th Texas Cavalry and was noted for his bravery in actions in New Mexico and Louisiana. The war put his life in danger often, but he pressed on in the face of steadily advancing Union armies. He was twice wounded in combat and rose to the rank of major before the Confederate surrender in 1865. After returning to Bastrop, Sayers decided not to live a life of bitterness and regret but instead chose to give back to the community and build a future. Though Sayers never attended college himself, he nevertheless continued his

own education and worked to bring opportunities to others. He opened a school in Bastrop and began studying law at night. Within a year, he gained admission to the state bar and began practicing law. In 1872, Sayers was elected to the state senate and steadily moved up the political ladder. He would go on to serve as chairman of the State Democratic Committee; and in 1878, he was elected lieutenant governor. He was elected to the first of seven terms in Congress in 1884, eventually rising to chair the House Appropriations Committee for the 1893-1894 term, one of the most coveted and respected positions in Congress. In 1898, he was elected as the state’s twenty-second governor. In the spring of 1899, Texas faced major flooding as spring rains relentlessly soaked the state. The Brazos River overflowed its banks, causing many people to flee for their lives. Sayers stepped forward immediately to make sure state authorities helped those in danger and later helped those rebuild. In 1900, Galveston was devastated by the deadliest hurricane in American History when more than 6,000 people died. Sayers immediately dispatched food, medicine, and state personnel to the devastated city to help survivors in the face of impending starvation, disease, and riots. Impressed with his response to these disasters and management of the state, voters re-elected Sayers in 1900. He advocated a number of reforms as governor, most concentrating on antitrust laws. He worked to ban railroad rebates to preferred customers, insisting customers be treated equally. Labor unions were exempted from antitrust laws as they had become targets of many early anti-trust lawsuits. He also worked to expand education funding.

Are we dedicated to accomplish His will? We might as well lay all the cards on the table and establish that it’s easier to go to church and put some money in the offering plate than to Dr. Billy Holland develop a consistent relationship with God. Along with our genuine love for Him is to recognize the need for a fervent prayer life. Being religious without praying is popular. Why is this? Because we do not care enough to pray. Prayer meetings? Really? The first thing that comes to our mind is that we can pray at home. This is true, but if you already have a faithful prayer life, it seems you would want to be the first one to show up and lead the way. This is blunt, but most people do not feel comfortable being alone with God because they are not used to it. They might say they pray, but asking God for personal blessings is not all there is to it. What about the needs of others? Remember when Christ when He was in the Garden of Gethsemane? That was an intense time of pleading and weeping, not to avoid the pain, but He was praying for us. His attitude of love was a complete surrender to the Father’s will. Contrition is a place of brokenness and reverence. When Jesus died on the cross, the veil in the temple was torn in half from the top to the bottom. This curtain was used as a dividing barrier to the entrance to the holy of holies. This is where the presence of God was dwelling on earth and when the priest would enter once a year behind the veil with the pure blood of animal sacrifices, God would forgive the sins of His people. When the veil was ripped apart, it meant that anyone that loves Jesus and receives Him as Lord can now come before God’s throne and receive forgiveness because of the blood sacrifice that Christ made with His body. You can read all about this in chapter 9 of Hebrews, but Jesus became our High Priest and is now the mediator of the New Covenant that allows God and His saints to be joined together forever. Because of His endless love for us, we

are to be dedicated to follow His voice. We notice that Jesus would often slip away to find a private place where He could be with His Father. It is written so that we can see the perfect example He wanted us to follow. Making prayer our highest priority is hardly mentioned anymore because people do not want to be convicted or condemned for failing in their responsibility to walk with God. You see, prayer has everything to do with love, and being exposed as someone who does not pray reveals their lack of love. If we do not love others we will certainly not pray for them. The most popular message today is about how Jesus paid it all and we do not need to do anything. Faith activates grace, and it's our responsibility to embrace the opportunity to come before His throne with confidence, holiness, and purpose. For those of you that have made a valiant effort to dwell in the secret place of the Most High, you know exactly what I mean when I say there is more here than meets the eye. It’s spiritual warfare 101 and not for the faint of heart. If you’ve never attempted to have a designated time to talk to God and be committed to it, I recommend dusting off your armor and sharpening your sword. Let’s say you set a time to get alone with God at 7:30 each evening and you plan to pray, meditate, and listen for 30 minutes. This seems doable don’t you agree? Try it and you will be surprised by the amount of resistance. Not only will there be distractions and interference, but even your own mind will rebel against you. In closing, if there is not a burning passion to draw closer to God, you will easily talk yourself out of it. However, if you are determined, a great place to begin is to just ask Him to give you more compassion and a burden to pray. He is listening. The Holy Spirit will help you develop a stronger level of sensitivity and remind you to make a prayer list, but you cannot hear Him if you are not listening. Before you know it, your highest purpose will be to walk in the constant awareness of God’s presence. Read more about the Christian life at billyhollandministries.com

The Patriot Pony Postal Service Releases Final Report – Contract Trump indictment reignites concerns of Driver Jesse Morgan Vindicated – Report disparate DOJ treatment of Biden, Clinton CONFIRMS He Hauled Trailer of Ballots Much of Trump's legal argument has rested upon an interpretation of the Presidential Records Act from NYto PAin Late October 2020 sion of a years-long investigation into By Jim Holt, The Gateway Pundit As The Gateway Pundit reported in 2020, election fraud whistleblowers came forward in December following the controversial election, including one who witnessed the shipping of an estimated 144,000-288,000 completed ballots across three state lines on October 21. The new information was made public at a press conference by the Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, a national constitutional litigation organization. The Amistad Project said that they have sworn declarations that state over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona, 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania. They claim that their evidence reveals multi-state illegal efforts by USPS workers to influence the election in at least three of six swing states. The whistleblower statements include potentially hundreds of thousands of completed absentee ballots being transported across three state lines, and a trailer filled with ballots disappearing in Pennsylvania. Attorney Phil Kline said, “130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election were shipped from Bethpage, NY, to Lancaster, PA, where those ballots and the trailer in which they were shipped disappeared.” Truck driver Jesse Morgan was present at the press conference and spoke for 9 minutes about his unbelievable ordeal. Morgan was tasked with delivering completed ballots to Pennsylvania from New York State. This was explosive testimony. Jesse Morgan: In total I saw 24 gaylords, or large cardboard containers of ballots, loaded into my trailer. These gaylords contained plastic trays, I call them totes or trays of ballots stacked on top of each other. All the envelopes were the same size. I saw the envelopes had return addresses… They were complete ballots.” Jesse went on to say that he sat in Harrisburg for hours, and when he was told to leave, the supervisor at the post office would not give him a slip or an overtime slip so he could get paid. Jesse said the manager-supervisor was “kinda rude.” Jesse’s testimony revealed that United States Post Office employees were in on the conspiracy to steal the votes. The Gateway Pundit later discovered

that rather than investigate this massive alleged crime, US Attorney General Bill Barr called up investigator Tony Shaffer and KILLED the investigation! He never lifted a finger to investigate this enormous act of election fraud! In June 2022 The Gateway Pundit reported that the United States Postal Service investigated the allegations by the truck drivers – but they would NOT release their report. Now this- The American Thinker published a report this weekend. The USPS finally released their report on the accusations of truck drivers hauling completed ballots across state lines into Pennsylvania before election day! Jesse Morgan was exonerated. No wonder they hid this for a year! You might think that this is a yarn that Morgan made up, but you’d be wrong. In its highly-redacted “Closing Memorandum,” the Post Office Inspector General (OIG) does not deny that Morgan was a subcontractor truck driver who took mail from Bethpage to Harrisburg, and then to Lancaster. The OIG claims that Morgan identified the wrong trailer number, and that his estimate of ballots could be much lower. In the document, the OIG acknowledges that a contractor in Rochester, New York printed 650,000 general election ballots that went to Pennsylvania. Of the total, 450,000 went to Philadelphia County and 200,000 went to Chester County. In explaining how the printing company delivered the ballots to the Pennsylvania counties, the OIG states: [Redacted name of printing company] explained, but could not confirm, the ballots for both PA BOEs [Pennsylvania Boards of Elections] were most likely delivered to those respective locations by their delivery trucks, or entered in the mail stream locally in Rochester, NY (emphasis added). So, after more than a year of investigation, the Post Office IG was still not sure if the two batches of printed ballots were shipped into Pennsylvania in trucks owned by the printing company, or were taken to Rochester-area post offices to be delivered in government trucks. Wouldn’t the Post Office know whether or not it delivered the 650,000 ballots?

Clinton as secretary of state using a private email server for official communications.

By Ben Whedon The Justice Department's unsealing Friday of a 37-count indictment against former President Donald Trump related to his handling of sensitive materials is stoking long-standing concerns that Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden have been treated differently in their classified memos case. Special Counsel Jack Smith has pursued the case since November of last year. Prior to his appointment, the FBI raided Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida in August 2022 seeking classified materials he may have removed from the White House. Former federal prosecutor and Trump administration official Kash Patel argued Smith will face some big legal hurdles to get the case to trial – including that he has overcharged Trump and failed in the 49-page document to even "charge the president with unauthorized possession of classified documents." "But what they did do was take an ancient statute under the National Defense Information Act, Espionage Act, and charged him with improperly taking materials related to National Defense Information and using them against the interests of the United States of America," Patel said on the "John Solomon Reports" podcast. "That is what they charged him with. And instead of charging him with one count for all the documents, they enter with a separate count for each document because that is what overzealous prosecutors do." "I don't think this goes to a jury," he continued. "Maybe I'm crazy. I think there's too many legal issues that this judge is going to have to resolve." Patel also contrasted the DOJ's handling of the Trump case with those of President Joe Biden and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, each of whom having attracted scrutiny for allegedly improperly handling sensitive materials. In July 2016, late in Clinton's Democratic presidential campaign against Trump, the FBI announced the conclu-

The agency concluded that Clinton had been "extremely careless." However, FBI Director James Comey recommended no charges be filed against Clinton because she did not act with criminal intent. Afterward, some federal agencies concluded about 100 of her emails should have been deemed classified. "We're right on the money when you have Hillary Clinton, the most corrupt politician in U.S. history, coming out here celebrating about her emails, literally trying to make money off of her emails with some hat campaign," he said about her response to the Trump indictment. "Well, her emails are the ones that she should have been charged for, because the president's records that don't apply to her." The former first lady is selling "But Her Emails" merchandise in the wake of the indictment, seemingly referencing her own scandal. Much of Trump's legal argument has rested upon an interpretation of the Presidential Records Act and the contention that the commander-in-chief enjoys sweeping authority to declassify documents. Trump himself maintains he had the authority to declassify the materials recovered from his estate and has previously pointed to a standing order to that effect. However, Clinton never served as president so such an argument does not apply to her. Patel also said Clinton's past defenders over the scandal are now saying, "Wait a second, what did you do differently than what they're alleging President Trump did? Why aren't you in prison? And by the way, you weren't a president. So the Records Act doesn't apply." "And let's not forget she had classified documents being transmitted over unsecure servers accessible to our enemies. Talk about someone who wanted to give our enemies something against America," he continued. Harvard Law School Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz pointed to Comey's decision not to pursue charg(Continued on page 15)

The Patriot Pony Republican outrage over FBI swells as more problems about bureau emerge "You've got this political cabal that is weaponizing the FBI and DOJ against private citizens for their own political power," Sen. Marsha Blackburn said

By Charlotte Hazard The nearly steady flow of reports and leaks about alleged corruption and cover-ups within the FBI have resulted in a growing chorus of criticism and calls for reform among Republican lawmakers. "There are good people who work there," Tennessee Republican Sen. Marsha Blackburn said Wednesday, in support of what she considers patriotic employees in the bureau and the larger Justice Department who continue to do good work. "But you've got this political cabal that is weaponizing the FBI and DOJ against private citizens for their own political power," she said. "That is why they're doing this, and people are appalled." Blackburn, the top Republican on the Consumer Protection, Product Safety and Data Security Subcommittee, made the comments on the "Just the News, No Noise" TV show after House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer reviewed a document that purportedly contains an allegation from a human source saying that President Biden, while vice president, was involved in a $5 million bribery scheme involving a foreign national. “Americans have lost trust in the FBI’s ability to enforce the law impartially, and demand answers, transparency and accountability,” Comer said after the bureau finally agreed to allow the entire panel to see the document. However, that has not been the only revelation in the past couple of weeks, months and years that has tarnished the reputation of the country's top crime fighting agencies. Last month, FBI whistleblowers testified before a House committee about having been suspended for vocalizing concerns about the bureau's treatment of whistleblowers who come forward and what they consider the politically motivated weaponization of the FBI. Also in May, special counsel John

Durham released a final report highly critical of the FBI, Justice Department and U.S. intelligence community for pursuing an investigation into alleged collusion between the 2016 Trump presidential campaign and the Russian government without evidence to substantiate the underlying allegations. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan is among Republican lawmakers and others who also argued the FBI and Justice Department operate on a "two-tier" justice system – one that appears to allow Democrats to go unchecked and another that's fixated on trying to ensnare Republicans, including former President Trump, who was the focal point of the Russia collusion probe. "It's more of the same of this double standard we see all too often, which is what's so frustrating for the American people and why the approval rating of the Justice Department and the FBI is what it is," Jordan said. A poll published earlier this week by Rasmussen Reports found that 60% of likely U.S. voters believe that the FBI was involved in covering up the Biden family's alleged crimes. The survey found 48% of respondents thought a cover-up was "very likely" compared to 33% who didn't believe it was likely. The poll also found the FBI's favorability rating has fallen underwater for the first time. Only 44% of likely voters said they had a favorable view of the bureau, down from 60% in 2018. Independents also held a harsh view with only 36% viewing the bureau in a favorable light. Arizona GOP Rep. Andy Biggs has said that the FBI either needs to be defunded or drastically reformed. "That's why I have advocated for either you have to dissolve the FBI and reconstitute something that's more trustworthy, or you have to just start parceling out and getting rid of some of the parts of the FBI that are corrupt," Biggs said in an interview last month. "The leadership of the FBI and DOJ seems to be hopelessly corrupted politically," he also said. "There's just no reason to trust them."

DOJ es against Clinton, saying that hers and Trump's each were matters of prosecutorial discretion. "When you're going after a former president or even more importantly a man who was running against the incumbent president, it better be a slamdunk, open-and-shut case with no possible defense, that there is no choice but to bring," he said on the "Just the News, No Noise" television show. "And this was a case of discretion, much like the Comey discretion that he used not to prosecute Hillary?" Biden's case is more similar to Trump's. Special counsel Robert Hur is looking into Biden's handling of classified materials after serving as vice president, but there have been so suggestions of a possible indictment. Documents were found in a former office at the Penn Biden Center in Washington, D.C., and at his home in Wilmington, Del.. Some of the documents reportedly were marked classified and contained sensitive intelligence related to Iran and Ukraine. And Numerous documents were found to have been moved from Washington to the office of Biden attorney Patrick Moore in Boston that the government picked up in March. Trump's home was raid amid ongoing negotiations to return the documents. Biden's were found first by an attorney

and returned to authorities. The FBI was later reportedly involved in search and recovery efforts, but did not conduct a raid. Article III Project Founder Mike Davis also appeared on the "Just the News, No Noise" show on Friday and expressed incredulity at remarks Smith made during a press conference explaining the charges during which he insisted that all Americans are equally subject to the law. "I don't know if he felt like he needed to clarify or explain or whatever the case may be," Davis said. "There were a number of things that he said that caught me off guard. One of them was we have one set of laws and they apply to everyone. I know. That's what he's saying. "Jack Smith ... did not charge ... Biden with espionage for what he did with stolen classified records that he moved several times unguarded." He also said Smith is a Democrat prosecutor who in 2014 convicted thenVirginia GOP Gov. Bob McDonnell on a "bogus legal theory" that was later overturned [unanimously] by the Supreme Court and that Smith's wife produced a biography for for the Obamas. "This is not a neutral prosecutor," he said. "This is a partisan prosecutor who is on a hit job to take out President Trump." Ben Whedon is an editor and reporter for Just the News. Federal criminal indictment against Trump unsealed, 37 counts The indictment includes several separate charges, according to reports

By Charlotte Hazard An indictment charging former President Donald Trump with mishandling classified documents was unsealed Friday. The indictment shows that Trump is facing a total of 37 counts, including for allegedly making false statements, conspiracy to obstruct and destruction and falsification of records. You can read the document here. The indictment alleges that Trump kept the classified documents in multiple locations, including a bathroom, a ballroom, an office and a bedroom. There is a picture presented in the indictment that shows boxes stacked in rows on a ballroom stage. Other photographs showed boxes in storage with one document marked

SECRET/REL TO USA, FVEY," which means that information in those documents could only be presented to intelligence alliance members Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. Trump also allegedly showed the boxes to other people on different occasions, including a writer at his Trump National Golf Club in New Jersey. In another situation, he also allegedly described a Pentagon “plan of attack” and displayed “a classified map related to a military operation” to a representative from his political action committee. The 49-page document shows the Justice Department’s alleged evidence for a criminal case against Trump for the mishandling of classified documents at his Florida home, Mar-a-Lago. Trump announced the indictment Thursday evening on TRUTH Social, calling it a "dark day" in American history.
