An iconic photo of President Trump with his fist raised as blood trickled down from his ear was snapped by Evan Vucci moments after the shooting in Butler, PA. This could very well be a history-changing photo. Joe Biden must have caught another cold as he had another bad night at what he touted as a “Big Boy Press Conference.” During his speech, he introduced Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky as President Putin and referred to Donald Trump as the Vice President. Look, here’s the deal...anyway.

Change does not always take place overnight; however, I can assure citizens that change is in progress.” City Administrator Monte Walker said that as the city continues to experience growth from developers, improvements in adjoining streets and roads will be high on the list of negotiated items. Mayor McDonald said that the amount of rain such as in May that covered the area plays a major role in the deterioration of streets. The heavy trash trucks during that period made severe ruts in several neighborhoods such as Curtis Lane and Lane Drive. The city sent the public works crew to that area to flatten out the ruts with the backhoe and patch over the area with (Continued on page 3)

“It’s the best we can do at this time until we have the necessary means for a complete rebuild of certain streets,” said McDonald. In the meantime, Howe has signed interlocal agreements with Grayson County to resurface the areas that need to be addressed for this year and stay within the budget. Howe is currently negotiating for property for a wastewater treatment plant and that when the city can internally treat their wastewater, developments will immediately follow which will allow for a larger budget for items such as street repair. “I really want the citizens to understand that progress is being made

Howe’s sales tax down for third straight month Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar announced Wednesday he will send cities, counties, transit systems, and special purpose districts $1.1 billion in local sales tax allocations for July, 0.2 percent less than in July 2023. These allocations are based on sales made in May by businesses that report tax monthly.

Joe Biden, once installed as the unlawful President of the United States, orders Mateo Renzi the Former Prime Minister of Italy to take down the current Prime Minister of Italy Guiseppe Conte. This is done by paying off Conte with millions of dollars in cash to keep him quiet. U.S. Federal Prosecutor John Durham has in his possession documents of evidence that shows Barack Obama illegally moved $400 Million dollars in cash on pallets through the Dubai Embassy with the help of the Italians. They stole $400 Million dollars from America and put the money into a Merrill Lynch account in Geneva Switzerland. Those involved in these atrocious crimes have murdered five Italian government officials in March alone to cover up their crimes. We cannot let them get away with stealing the Presidency of America and murdering innocent people. We must fight for justice and restore the rightful President of the United States. Crazy conspiracy articles by the Howe Enterprise—Mass Formation Psychosis Originally published in the Howe Enterprise, January 3, 2022. Mattias Desmet, a psychologist at the University of Ghent has influenced a number of leaders in the US including Robert Kennedy, Jr. and Dr. Robert Malone. Malone is the original inventor of mRNA and DNA vaccines and is concerned about how the technology is being implemented. Dr. Malone agrees with Desmet’s suggestion of Mass Formation Psychosis taking place all over the world since March 2020 when COVID-19 was slammed down the throats and up the noses of citizens everywhere. Mass Formation Psychosis is basically crowd hypnosis. Dr. Malone suggested this is the exact thing that happened to the German people in the 1930s. They were highly educated and very liberal in the classic sense. How could they go so crazy; So crazy that they were doing what they did to the Jews? How could this happen to a civilized people? Mass Formation Psychosis is the answer to the decades of inquiry in Europe. Preconditions were set in place in 2019 which requires the population to be decoupled from each other and into a fragmented society. This happened thanks to the smartphone and social media. During that time, Dr. Malone suggests that people began to realize that nothing made sense from what they were seeing around them leading to a free floating anxiety which is the source for the greatest psychological pain. When the virus broke out, the world obsessed over it where every person in a cubicle became an expert on molecular virology and epidemiology. We spent our downtime spending all of our time watching the media and trying to figure out what was going on because it didn’t make sense. “When these conditions happen and then the entire population gets focused on one thing, it forms something akin to a hypnosis,” says Dr. Malone. “You can hypnotize somebody if you get them focus on one little, tiny thing and you can do surgery on them. They won’t feel it. This is a fundamental phenomenon of the human mind by the ability to become hypnotized by focusing all your attention on one thing.” Dr. Malone says that once a person is in this state, they lose their ability to have rational thought and judgement. Even if a person wasn’t obsessed, they had fear porn attacking them on a 24/7 basis. He suggests that there was an intentional component where people
were actively managed psychologically by some entity that has financial benefits or power to gain from doing this. “This gets to the point of global totalitarianism,” says Dr. Malone. One this happens, leaders step in that seize the moment. When they are identified as leaders and the crowd can see no evil, hear no evil, and speak no evil—those leaders can say anything. It doesn’t even have to be true, and the crowd will believe it. Furthermore, outside dissenters, anyone who says something that is contrary to the narrative must be attacked. These situations must have a common enemy. This is well described in the book 1984 by George Orwell of the constant threat of the Eurasian Forces which were invisible, yet always used to drive fear into the crowd. Dr. Malone suggests that the leaders that are lying to the public include Tony Fauci. “Those people that have been hypnotized in this way—you can tell them until you’re blue in the face what the data are, what the facts are. You can show them video clips of Tony Fauci lying and it doesn’t matter,” says Dr. Malone. He says people are hypnotized due to the censorship and propaganda we’ve all been subjected to. “When it seems to you that the rest of the world has gone mad, the truth is, they have,” said Dr. Malone. Desmet sees that global totalitarianism is virtually unavoidable at this point. It has already begun in Austria with forced vaccinations (which flies in the face of data). Totalitarianism is a more severe threat than the virus. Losing power to Bill Gates, the World Economic Forum, BlackRock is more severe than COVID. He suggests that once people are on the threshold of losing their rights, they begin to wake up. The breakthrough (Continued on page 8)

for some has been the forced vaccinations of their children. “Those are underlying things. The real problem, to be blunt, is that our society is sick,” said Dr. Malone. He says some have fought through the hypnosis due to losing jobs, understanding the corruptness of mainstream media, or the corruption of “Big Science.” His message is of healing instead of division and of trying to empower people to build local communities. This can be done through phone call lists,
working through churches. “Find physicians that will administer early treatment. Now is the time to build local community,” says Dr. Malone. “Get the word to older people who are alone and scared.”

City of Howe SECONDS COUNT IN AN EMERGENCY! That's why the City of Howe has instituted the CodeRED Emergency Notification System - an ultra high-speed telephone communication service for emergency notifications. This system allows us to telephone all or targeted areas in case of an emergency situation that requires immediate action (such as a boil-water notice, missing child or evacuation notices). The system is capable of dialing 60,000 phone numbers per hour. It then delivers a pre-recorded message describing the situations to a live person or an answering machine in the affected area possibly including instructions requiring action on the part of the recipient. Once the situation is remedied, another call will be placed to the area signaling that the issue has been addressed and that normal activities can be resumed. The following information is required to add a telephone number into the "CodeRED" database: first and last name; address (physical address, no P.O. boxes); city; state; Zip Code; and primary phone number. The system works with cellular phones but requires a valid street address. When entering information, please fill out all of the screens because the newest data entered will replace the old data. Texas History Minute Texas has been a land under control of many different flags in its long history. From the early Native American tribes to the European coloKen Bridges nial powers to the United States, each era has left an impact on the state. One of those figures to claim Texas was Louis XIV, king of France. He was the first French king to claim Texas, an important moment in Texas History, and would greatly influence all of Europe. The future Louis XIV was born in 1638 at the royal palace of his father, King Louis XIII, and his mother, Queen Anne. Born into ostentatious luxury and unlimited power, he wanted for nothing. In 1643, his father died after a prolonged illness. As the oldest surviving male heir, he became king while only four years old. Since he was so young, a regency was declared by his father’s ministers. At such a young age, he could not begin to understand even the most basic functions of the government. Cardinal Jules Mazarin, who had been chief minister to Louis XIII and a senior official in the Roman Catholic Church, would retain his position and make decisions in the young king’s name. In spite of his church position, Mazarin was a veteran European politician and diplomat, known for his skills and his cunning far more than his faith. Louis XIV’s widowed mother doted on him. Both his mother and Cardinal Mazarin made sure he grew up with the idea of the “divine right of kings,” a system of absolute and unquestioned power of the king that meant he answered only to God for his actions since God gave him the throne. It was a system that would allow corruption to inevitably work its way into the system and would leave him and his successors completely disconnected from the needs of his subjects. In 1651, at age 18, he was allowed to rule but continued to have Mazarin at his side. Civil unrest had marked much of his childhood, and he was determined to restore order. After the death of Mazarin in 1661, he immediately embarked on a series of financial reforms to curtail embezzlement within his government. “I am the state!” he once bellowed, declaring that France was his and his alone. He often referred to himself as the “Sun King,” styling himself as the source of all light and goodness and prosperity for his people. He stripped Protestants of their rights and their property, forcing many to flee and others to convert to Catholicism. He became a great patron of the arts, and he commissioned dozens of works from some of the most famous artists of the seventeenth century. He founded the Royal Academy of Dance and the Academy of Opera, and along with his major building campaigns made

France one of the most important centers of art in Europe for centuries afterward. In the 1660s, he transformed his father’s hunting lodge outside Paris into the palace of Versailles, moving his official residence to the grounds in 1682. Versailles became an overwhelming display of wealth, with each room riddled with gold, silver, crystal, and exquisite displays of art. It included running water and hundreds of acres of expertly manicured gardens. The palace could hold thousands of guests and dignitaries. It became a model for other royal palaces across Europe. France steadily expanded its power under his reign. Warfare was common, and France fought wars with Spain, England, and Holland. The New World was in the midst of a scramble for power between the European states. Under his father’s reign, France had established colonies along the St. Lawrence River Valley of what is now Canada and the Great Lakes region. His influence spread even further with the efforts of French explorers Jacques Marquette and Louis Joliet down the Mississippi River all the way to Arkansas in 1673. This claim was solidified with Robert Cavalier, Seuer de la Salle laying claim to all the Mississippi River and its tributaries in 1682. La Salle called the area Louisiana in honor of Louis XIV. The king’s government gave its blessing for La Salle’s plan to settle Louisiana. In 1685, La Salle and his party of colonists missed the mouth of the Mississippi River and went further west, landing on the coast of Matagorda Bay in Texas. Though Spain claimed the area, the Spanish were stretched thin and unable to enforce the claim. La Salle nevertheless established Fort St. Louis. The settlement proved to be a disaster and was wiped out by the neighboring Native American tribes by 1687. While Louis XIV welcomed the enlarged realm, he gave little thought to the strategic importance of the Mississippi River Valley and the claims on Texas. He made no further attempts to settle the Texas coast. Though Spain contested the French claim, France continued to claim portions of the Red River Valley and East Texas until the Louisiana Territory was sold to the United States with the Louisiana Purchase in 1803. He died in 1715 at the age of 76. Of his six children with his wife, he had outlived all of them. He had outlived most of his grandchildren. He had more than a dozen children out of wedlock with numerous mistresses, none of whom could be in line to the throne. Instead, his successor would be his five-year-old great-grandson, King Louis XV. France had established itself as a major center of European diplomacy, culture, and politics under Louis XIV. It had cemented its position as a major military power and greatly expanded its influence in the Americas.

Ministers and leaders, God is calling you to give Him these heavy weights of concern so that you can be refreshed with His excitement and joy. We cannot help others or give away what we do not have. I was teaching a Bible study in a Veterans health care facility a while back and closed with a song called, “God will take care of you” written by Civilla Martin in 1904. I love this old hymn and it’s simple yet profound message of security and peace. When we become entangled with the distractions of this life, God’s perfect will can become cloudy and distant. God will take care of us, but we need to let Him. Have you noticed that discouragement is always lurking in the shadows? It’s a fierce weapon the enemy uses to shut us down, and if we allow negativity, doubt, and fear from our frustrations to saturate and control our minds, this feeds stress and anxiety. Along with resisting the devil, those who serve God on the front lines must learn that slipping away with Jesus and having some quiet time with Him is the best way to live in the confidence of His presence. Often our joy leaks out and our fire needs to be rekindled and getting alone with Him will restore and refresh. Have you heard His still small voice calling you to slip away with Him lately? Within the New Testament, we read that Jesus would make time to slip
away and pray to His Father. We notice in Luke chapter four, as Jesus begins His ministry He is filled and led by the Holy Spirit into the wilderness for 40 days to fast and pray. At the end of His life, we find Him in the garden of Gethsemane praying with such intense agony His sweat became as drops of blood. He is our perfect example and this dedicated and sanctified lifestyle of developing an awareness of His presence is the answer to being an overcomer for His glory. The Bible reassures us that God has always known everything, and as a man, Christ knows all about physical and emotional suffering. “I the Lord search the heart and examine the mind” Jeremiah 17:10. If we choose to live a religious life without sacrifice or desire to serve God in our ministry, life is easy and, likely, you will not relate to this message. However, the deeper we become involved with following God and the more of our will we submit to Him, the more we cherish being in the secret place of the Most High. Jesus was tired with laying hands on the masses, healing the sick, crowds seeking Him, manifesting miracles, worrying about His friends, and knowing the cross was waiting for Him, just to mention a few. The demands of life and the responsibilities to manage situations while walking in His Spirit can be overwhelming. Jesus knows ministry is exhausting and our batteries can run down, which is why He draws us to His power source to recharge. There is no physical pain, no spiritual wound, no anguish of soul or heartache, no infirmity or weakness you or I will ever suffer that the Savior did not experience. Isaiah 53:4 promises that He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows, and Isaiah 43:2 declares, “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze.” In times of disappointment and weakness, you may cry out, “No one knows what I’m going through” but the love of God always knows and understands and is ready to intervene.
