(b) Each lot is sold as genuine and correctly described , based on individual description as modified by any spec ific notations in this Catalogue , including but not restricte d to the section entitled "Key to Cata loguing ". (c) Quality. Any lot which a purchaser conside rs to be incorrectly described may be returned to Harmers within two weeks of its receipt by such purchaser ("Returning Purchaser "), provide d , however , that the same is received by Harmers within four weeks of the date of the auction ; however, Harmers may, in its discretion , refuse acceptance of such returned lot. If an opinion of a generally recognized authority is desired , the per iod of time within which a lot must be received by Harm ers will be exten ded in accordance with Condition of Sale 8. All matters arising out of this auct ion shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Yor k without giving effect to the choice of law princip les thereof. 12.
