Quarterly Bonus
Quarterly bonuses are paid based on make ready inventory, vacant electric, vacancy loss, and online reputation
On Call Bonus & Technician of the Month
On-call bonuses are offered for completing on-call hours and are specific to the property and client. All Hawthorne properties are eligible to receive a $200 holiday on-call bonus, eligible for 8 holidays over the course of the year A technician of the month bonus of $300 is awarded monthly to selected, nominated employees
