Professional Home Staging provides a seamless addition to marketing and positioning a property for listing. We work in partnership with RealtorsTM and Investors to ensure properties sell faster and for more money. Our team of Designers carefully consider key areas to highlight within each property, while appealing to a mass market of buyers.

Model Property Brands founder, Jana Uselton, launches Model My Home, setting the stage to change lives one property at a time.
Home Staging & ReDesign Alliance (HSRA) is formed in an effort to educate, unify, create industry standards and assist Home Stagers to grow healthy and thriving business to service the Real Estate Industry. Our flagship company, Model My Home, continues to remain the hub of training and growth for HSRA.
Model My Home moves its headquarters to Grand Praire, expanding from 7,000 square feet to 10,000 with a showroom, coffee shop and conference space.
Our team completes its first Short-Term Rental Styling Service and moves quickly to complete over 50 projects in the first year.
Model Property Brands becomes a founding member of Model Business Alliance –established to help business owners build profitable business to run without them.
Model My Home experiences significant growth in its first few years of operation requiring a move to a 7,000 square foot storage warehouse in Farmers Branch, Texas.
Due to increasing demand, the first fleet of transportation vehicles are purchased allowing Model My Home to further increase capacity and position for continued growth.
Home Staging By the Book
Jana releases her first book in early 2016, Home Staging by the Book. Focused on the basics of Home Staging and why it works.
Listing Your Luxury Property
Listing Your Luxury Property is released in late 2016. An HSRA Industry Bestseller, this book details the success formula for selling luxury properties.
Model Property Brands officially launches with Model My Home, Model My Properties and Model My Stay becoming three subsidiaries under this corporate umbrella.

Model My Home is our Concierge and Home Staging division. We are passionate about what we do and work efficiently to highlight key features of a property, to not only reduce time on market, but to help place the property in the best-selling position. Our 10,000 square foot warehouse is home to a vast assortment of furnishings and décor – well suited for any listing. We have the tools and talent to showcase every property, regardless of price point.

Model My Properties combines our love for designing beautifully balanced spaces for commercial, residential or multi-family projects with a stylish and sophisticated approach. Whether it’s model homes in need of complete Design and Staging services, community clubhouse updates, or apartment model selections and styling for multi-family investments, our team of talented Designers believe your spaces should be a welcoming oasis – a place to retreat, to gather, and to work well every day.
At Model My Stay, we merge our seasoned Home Staging skill set with our Interior Design capabilities to create a comfortable and luxury experience for your guests. Through our own portfolio of Short-Term Rental (STR) properties, we have discovered the possibility of elevated cash flow to include up to 5x Return on Investment. We have personally tested hundreds of products, and can transform a property from empty to rental ready in two weeks or less.
WHAT WE DO
Every Concierge and Home Staging project begins with a Property Assessment. It can be accomplished by phone call, viewing the property online, through photos and video, or by walking the property in person. No matter what level of consultation is needed, our team will ensure we fully understand the space to provide a detailed report of recommended next steps to position the property for success.
Through our Concierge offering, our team can quickly assess a property and identify the potential to increase value and build equity for maximum return. Whether this is through updates in flooring, paint, lighting, fixtures, etc., our goal is to position properties to appraise for higher and sell for more. Our team of professionals are available to manage and oversee it all, down to the professional photography and landscape refresh.

Our team of organized Designers conceptualize beautiful spaces, but also have the project management skills ready to communicate those ideas. From warehousing inventory, directing tradespeople and our logistics team to stuffing the pillows, our experienced Design team makes sure all the pieces of your project are pulled together.

Since completing our first Short-Term Rental set-up, we haven’t looked back. Whether your property is a single-family home, a lake house, high-rise apartment or something in between, we position your property to receive the maximum average daily rate.
After settling on the perfect occupancy, our team will build the design plans, coordinate ideal furnishings through our wholesale vendors, and merchandise the property to maximize use of space with your guests’ best experience top of mind. From stylish selections to stocking kitchens and baths, our team takes care of it all.
