Can you believe that it is already the 10th annual Home Staging and Real Estate Summit!? I remember attending my first one 5 years ago as an employee and someone brand new to Staging. I was absolutely blown away by everything. The growth and personal development that I get out of attending these, not even as a current Stager or Designer myself, is tremendous. This year is going to be even better with us bringing in top real estate entrepreneurs and experts from all different parts of the industry. You definitely don't want to miss it!

One thing that I always look forward to at The Summit is getting to meet so many incredible people from all over. It's amazing to be able to connect with people who share the same passion as you and who are looking to better themselves professionally. No matter what your level of experience is, you will definitely walk away from The Summit feeling inspired and motivated.

THE POWER OF PROXIMITY AND THE 2022 STAGING & DESIGN SUMMIT (CONFERENCE)

I remember the first Summit I attended in 2017. Our theme was REACHING HIGHER and we focused on doubling profits. Then, in 2018, we focused on MOMENTUM and how to push forward through the growing pains in the business. In 2019, we were ready to ELEVATE our businesses (I remember playing Drake's song, ELEVATE all year that year!) But we were not ready for what was to come in 2020!! Our theme was CLARITY and it was clear that none of us saw what was coming, but we all overcame and realized that now more than ever we needed to create a business that could leave a LEGACY (our 2021 theme).

So preparing for our 2022 Conference, our theme is INFINITE! Infinite Possibilities, Infinite Business, Infinite Partnership our goal is to ALIGN for Infinite Possibilities and how to model our businesses for profit.

What does it mean to have infinite possibilities in your Staging & Design Business? It means that no matter what you want to achieve in your business, it is possible It means setting your sights high and going after your goals with everything you have. It means surrounding yourself with like minded individuals who are committed to seeing you succeed.

So often we get bogged down in the day to day of running our businesses that we forget to dream big. We forget what it feels like to be truly excited about what the future holds.

At the 10th Annual Staging & Design Summit, we will be reminded of the INFINITE possibilities. We will be inspired by speakers who have gone after their dreams and achieved success. We will learn from their mistakes and celebrate their successes. And most importantly, we will walk away with a renewed sense of energy and excitement for what lies ahead.

One of my favorite things about Summit seeing our Members and meeting new people from all over the country (sometimes from other countries!).

It's always so inspiring to hear about what others are doing in their businesses, and you never know when you might meet someone who could end up becoming a lifelong friend (like many of you are to me) or business partner.

By posting on social media, you’re only enhancing your own brand! If you are bringing team members with you to the event, I highly suggest designating a person to be in charge of capturing photo & video content for your business.

Here are a few examples of how you may utilize social media for Summit:

Post a photo of you and your team, tagging your team members and the event.

As you network with fellow business owners, be sure to add them and like their pages. In addition to supporting another business owner, you're adding a connection that you may need in the future.

Record short video blurbs throughout the convention & compile them together at the end to recap your time well spent (& seeing all of the fun you had).
