In this report, the solution for SITA mainly focuses on horizon 1, system integration. While we also envision this development. Two road maps are created. Figure 14 shows the values of different stakeholders, needed data and te This roadmap can be used for operational use within SITA's internal department. The second roadmap can be used in Appendix 13. This roadmap can be showcased to SITA's stakeholders.

Design Innovation 4.0 in Supply Networks is a thirteen-week course at Delft University of Technology. In this course, students from different faculties collaborated together to provide a proposal to a real-life problem encountered by a big company. This year, our client is SITA - a multinational information technology company providing IT and telecommunication services to the air transport industry. A short introduction to the content of the report: The growing cruise market poses both challenges as well as opportunities. A solution based on interfirm system integration and interfirm collaboration to enable the seamless baggage-free passenger experience from the cruise port to the airport is proposed in this report. Implications of this transformation are also thoroughly discussed. The report also provides a tentative roadmap that envisions the directions for further development.
