DIGITAL DESIGN 3D PRINT FABRICATION
Parametric grasshopper techniques, 3d printed. Heavy masses can be seen supported by thin joins, creating gravitational illusions through the use of a cantilever. Clear thresholds have been defined through the define d edges of the mass. Compressive and open spaces can be seen throughout the shape as the Mass utilizes light to create a variance of space and function through the use of shadow and time. The cantilever provides shade and protection, whilst also connecting to the external spaces. The shape offers a variety of affordances for occupants.
