Pachanga is locally owned and has been preparing Mexican food in Eureka since 1999. We use very little canned or pre-packaged food, and make both fresh fl our tortillas and fresh corn tortillas every day in the front of our kitchen, where you are invited to watch.

When seasons permit we get many of our locally grown organic vegetables from local farmers. Our chile peppers and chile rellenos don’t come from a frozen box or a can. They are prepared using fresh chiles in our kitchen.

We take orders to go, and can cater events both large and small. A Banquet Room for parties, luncheons, meetings, and other special gatherings is available for reservation.
