Stepping UP classes support adults with limited knowledge of computers to build their digital skills in small easy steps. The programme is for anyone wanting basic computer knowledge who wishes to develop digital skills relevant to their work and life. Better Digital Futures supports seniors (people aged 65+) seeking help in going online. Participants choose one of four pathways to learn new skills and build confidence with computers and the internet. Please check on our website or in our libraries for dates and times.

Before I Die This initiative by Te Omanga Hospice aims to explore our hopes and fears about life and death. Boards will be displayed at sites around Lower Hutt for anyone to write what they would like to do before they die on it. At the end of each week, the board will be photographed and the hospice will report back to the local community. Examples of how these boards have been done before can be found at beforeidieproject.com/walls.
Pick up a form at your local Hutt City Libraries branch or download from our website, and get designing your soup!
The boards will be at:
