Get creative and learn the basics of Minecraft in the Library!

Artist Sian Torrington will be working with us to share exciting new ways of creating art. We’ll make art about where we come from, the places we feel at home, and our connection in those places together. For ages 13-18. New Clubhouse members welcome!

Stories in the Sun

Stepping UP Computer Classes

Join library staff for storytelling out in the sun to celebrate Parks Week (9-17 March).

Our FREE computer classes with the 20/20 Trust are back for people with basic, or no computer skills.

Suitable for ages 2 and up, all tamariki should be accompanied by an adult. If the weather isn't looking too good the session will move into the local library.

Classes are available at Naenae, Petone, Stokes Valley, Taita, Wainuiomata and War Memorial Libraries.

Some sessions are followed by rock painting. We'll create our own story stones with paint supplied by Resene! War Memorial Library Tuesday 12 March, 2pm Friday 15 March, 10:30am
