Most of the well known fashion designers and fashion stores are near to the site. currently there is no permanent place for fashion shows in india.This proposed fashion hub can be used as a permanent place for conducting fashion shows fashion related exhibitions etc. Also the site is located near sainik farms it is a residential area for high income group this attracts the potential investors and promoters to fashion start ups.
