This home was pre launched with a video 5 days prior to going on market for sale. The video sent to top agents and spread through social media, generated 15 showing requests. We received 7 more showing requests upon going live on the MLS. We hosted the 22 buyers over a weekend requesting offers for a Monday review with the seller. We received 7 offers. Two of the offers came in at $6,000,000 but the winning buyer offered to pay $50k over the highest bid and offered to waive all contingencies and any request for repairs. He bought the home “as is” for $550,000 over asking price. The winning buyer complimented our video as the reason they came to see the home.

She said the full length home video is what brought her to the home. At the time of sale, we had generated two simultaneous offers of which the seller was able to choose the best price and terms.
