Cuando tomas la opción de confiar en un universo benevolente, te colocas en el fluir de la vida, en el flow, como dicen en inglés. En lugar de luchar contra lo que está sucediendo a tu alrededor con miedo y enfado, eliges soltar... confiar... y fluir con lo que es.
Una vez que empieces a creer que el universo está a tu favor... y no en tu contra... empezarán a aparecer señales para mostrarte que estás en el camino adecuado. Entrarán personas en tu vida aportando energía positiva y mensajes de apoyo: el libro, video o maestro perfecto aparecerán justo cuando estés preparado para ellos; te empezarás a dar cuenta de sincronicidades. Estas son ‘coincidencias’ que la mayoría de las personas diría que son accidentales, pero que de hecho son una guía por parte de una fuente más elevada. towards greater purpose, greater connection, more kindness, and more compassion. When you make this choice, to trust in a benevolent universe, you put yourself in the flow of life. Instead of fighting against what is happening around you with fear and anger, you choose to let go... to trust... to flow with what is.
Once you begin to believe that the universe is for you, not against you, signs will appear to prove that you are on the right path. People will come into your life bringing positive energy and supportive messages; the perfect book, video or teacher will turn up just as you are ready for it; you will become aware of synchronicities. These are ‘coincidences’ that most people would call accidental, but they are actually guidance from a higher source. Synchronicities can be anything meaningful that arises unexpectedly... a song that comes on with exactly the words you need to hear; a road sign that carries a message for you; seeing or hearing from someone just

Un ejemplo perfecto de ello es cuando algo en tu vida no sucede como querrías. Nos condicionan a reaccionar ante estas situaciones con emociones basadas en el miedo, como el enfado, la preocupación y la ansiedad... pero tienes otra opción. Puedes confiar en que este evento aparentemente negativo de alguna manera te está llevando a donde deberías ir en este punto de tu vida... aunque no entiendas cómo ni por qué. Piensa en las ocasiones en que te has sentido como si algo que había sucedido fuese ‘el fin del mundo’... y sin embargo, mirando atrás puedes ver que fue una bendición: after you had been thinking about them. A perfect example of this is when something in your life does not go the way you want it to. We are conditioned to react to these situations with fear-based emotions like anger, worry and anxiety, but you have another choice. You can trust that this seemingly negative event is somehow taking you where you are meant to go at this point in your life, even though you don’t understand how or why. Think back to the times when you thought something that happened was ‘the end of the world’... yet in retrospect you can see that it was

Trusting that we live in a friendly universe allows you to bring positive loving energy to difficult situations, and this is how you evolve towards a higher consciousness... but that is not all. Each time that an individual makes a conscious loving choice, the entire world becomes a better place.
As more and more people become conscious, our world becomes more conscious as well. This does not make sense to people who are still stuck in the old mindset that the universe is a hostile place. They think that those of us who envision the possibility of a more beautiful world are

La humanidad está preparada para dar el siguiente gran paso en nuestra evolución: cambiar la visión del mundo actual basada en el miedo, la escasez y la limitación, hacia un nuevo paradigma anclado en el amor, la abundancia y la libertad. Por tanto, ¿cuál es el siguiente paso? Vivir en el flow, fluir con la vida, nos permite crecer de forma individual, pero para realmente crear un mundo más bello debemos ‘expandir ese amor’ a muchas más personas. Humanity is poised to take the next step in our evolution – to shift from the current worldview based on fear, lack and limitation toward a new paradigm grounded in love, abundance and freedom. So what is the next step? Living in the flow allows us to grow individually, but to truly create a more beautiful world we need to ‘spread the love’ to many more people. Die Menschheit ist aufgefordert, den nächsten Schritt auf der Evolutionsleiter zu tun, die auf Angst basierenden Weltanschauungen und Limitierungen über Bord zu werfen und auf neue Paradigmen der Liebe, Fülle und des Friedens umzuschwenken. Was ist der nächste Schritt? Wer dem Fluss des Lebens folgt, kann persönlich wachsen, doch wenn wir eine schönere Welt erschaffen wollen, müssen wir diese „Liebe“ auch an viele andere Menschen weitergeben. Eine großartige Möglichkeit, dies zu tun, sind Veranstaltungen, die uns zusammenbringen, um alternative Sichtweisen auf die Welt zu erforschen und zu zelebrieren.

Aquí en Ibiza tenemos la suerte de tener muchas oportunidades de participar en actividades que nos ayudan a fluir en la vida, y la más grande de ellas es el bianual IBIZA SPIRIT FESTIVAL. La próxima edición de este evento será el 26 de abril. El hermoso agroturismo Atzaró será una vez más el escenario para este día tan especial que inspira a las personas a abrir sus corazones y sus mentes a nuevas formas de pensar y de ser. Habrá danza creativa, yoga, tantra, talleres inspiradores, terapias alternativas, meditaciones, círculos de canto y un Jardín Mágico para niños y niñas de todas las edades, creada con amor. Los sonidos sanadores de música con alma acompañarán el día, culminando con una Fiesta de Danza fantástica al anochecer. El Ibiza Spirit Festival es una celebración de cómo, al encontrarnos en espíritu de amor, podemos crear olas de energía positiva que iluminarán al mundo hacia un mundo más hermoso.

Here on Ibiza we are lucky to have many opportunities to participate in activities that help us to get into the flow, and the largest of these is the bi-annual IBIZA SPIRIT FESTIVAL. The next edition of this transformative event will be on Sunday 26 April. The beautiful agroturismo Atzaró will once again be the setting for this special day that inspires people to open their hearts and minds to new ways of thinking and being. There will be creative dance, yoga, tantra, inspirational workshops, alternative therapies, meditations, singing circles, and a magical Children’s Garden created with love for kids of all ages. The healing sounds of soulful live music will fill the air all day, culminating with a fantastic Dance Party in the evening. The Ibiza Spirit Festival is a celebration of how, by coming together in the spirit of love, we can create waves of positive energy that will light the way to a more beautiful world.
