En el Residencial Las Olas, Tenerife algunas áreas con función representativa como las zonas de entrada y el muro de ceñida frente calle, presentan un grado de perfeccionamiento no adecuado al resto de la estructura y problemas de seguridad. En esta propuesta hay sugerencias e indicaciones técnicas para poder dar solución a estas faltas, de modo coordinado con la identidad del edificio. In the Residence Las Olas, Tenerife, some areas with a representative function, like the entrance areas and the wall on the front road, show a level of finish not suitable to the rest of the structure and some safety problems. In this proposal there are suggestions and technical indications to give solution to these lacks, in line with the identity of the building.

El muro externo sobre la calle todavía es al estado tosco y está en contraste estético con el resto del’edificio. Es aconsejable acabar y pintar, interponiendo elementos para dividir en ojos el muro e interrumpir visualmente de ello la extensión indiferenciada The external wall on the road is still to the raw state and in aesthetical contrast with the rest of the building. It is advisable to plaster and to paint, interposing elements to divide in spans the wall and to visually interrupt its undiversified extension.

En correspondencia de cada ojo, por un total de 14 sobre el tramo mayor del muro, una solución simple es aplicar una tira de baldosas tipo Porcelanosa Samoa, actualmente en producción, (parecidos a los originales no más producidos), y ya utilizáis en otras partes del edificio. In correspondence of every span between the apartments, for a total of 14 on the main extention of the wall, a simple solution it is to apply a strip of tiles type Porcelanosa Samoa, currently in production, (similar to the original ones not more produced) and already used in other parts of the building. El área de la cancela peatonal y transitable de las dos entradas al edificio presenta un aspecto pobre y escasamente caracterizado, además de problemas de seguridad por el hecho que es fácil escalarlo cuando cerrado. The area of the pedestrian and cart gate of the two entrances to the building introduces a poor aspect and poorly characterized, besides safety problems for the fact that is easy to climb him/it when closed.

La aplicación de una hoja de acero inoxidable satinado con entalladuras al láser permite de conseguir múltiples resultados sea de seguridad que estéticos: hacer más difícil superar las cancelas por falta de agarraderos, mayor privacy visual, personalización con logo gráfico del nombre del residencial actualmente faltante, del número cívico diferenciado por las dos entradas (2 y 2A), y una intervención decorativa constituida por la traducción del nombre en varios idiomas. The application of a polished inox steel sheet with laser carvings allows to get many results both about safety and aesthetical: more difficulty to climb over the gates for lack of grips, more visual privacy, personalization with graphic logo of the name of the lacking residence currently, of the civic number diversified for the two entries, and a decorative intervention constituted by the translation of the name in various languages

La hoja de acero puede ser de espesor 1 o mehor 1,5 mm, sobrepuesto con tornillos inox para metal a hueco torx. Las entalladuras, para mayor seguridad sonos en correspondencia de las barras horizontales The steel sheet can be 1 or better 1,5 mm thick, applied with screw torx inox for metal. The carvings are passing, and for more safety they are in correspondence of the horizontal bars.
